        메틸클로로실란류의 열분해를 이용한 탄화규소의 화학증착

        The DDS((CH3)2SiCl2)+H2 gas mixture, where C atoms exist in excess in the molecules, was used for chemical vapor deposition of SiC in order to prevent codeposition of free Si in MTS(Ch3SiCl3)+H2 system. The deposition rate was more rapid than MTS, however differ from that of MTS, it decreased after shwoing a maximum at 140$0^{\circ}C$. The stoichiometry was highly improved by using the DDS as a precursor, although there exist a little pyrolytic C at 150$0^{\circ}C$. The preferred orientation was (220) in MTS, however, it changed to (111) in DDS. The microstructure of the layer deposited at lower temperature were dense, however it grew coarse with the increase in the temperature.

        이탈리아 파시즘 시기 선전물의 쟁점과 어법 : 무솔리니의 도상을 중심으로

        1922년부터 2차 세계 대전까지 이탈리아의 파시즘 정부는 역사적 전통과 근대화의 이미지를 복합적으로 절충하고 중첩해서 정치적 이데올로기를 메시지로 고안했다. 이 과정에서 무솔리니를 다룬 선전물은 이 같은 메시지에서 가장 중요한 매체였다. 연구를 통해서 확인할 수 있었던 것은 그를 다루는사진, 포스터, 영화가 현실에서 차용한 이미지를 활용했지만 이를 조합하고 계열화 해서 독립적인파시즘의 상징적 의미 체계를 만들어냈다는 점이다. Mussolini's image, which was immortalized during the twenty years of fascism, played a particularly important role in fascist propaganda. It became an allegory for fascist political ideology, and by virtue of this, his cult could be developed. Mussolini's representation was intended to establish a consensus, and to ensure the adherence of Italians to fascism. This study aims to provide an overview of the iconography of Mussolini, focusing on some of the recurring images found in remaining photographs, posters, and films. Changes in Mussolini's image over time, as his representation adapted to the development of propaganda, are also presented. Some concrete examples are explored to elucidate how Mussolini's representation, which borrows an image of reality and renders it more persuasive, created an independent metaphor for fascism, with its principles but also contradictions.

        QPATR를 이용한 독일어 파생어의 어휘구조 분석 - 통합에 기반한 어휘통사론적 접근 -

        In diesem Aufsatz wird versucht, die Wortbildungsstruktur der deutschen Ableitungen zu analysieren und in QPATR zu implementieren. $Daf\"{u}r$ werden die deutschen Ableitungen in morphosyntaktischer Hinsicht betrachtet. Die Wortbildungsstruktur der Ableitungen wird durch Phrasenstrukturregeln mit den detaillierten Unterspezifikationen beschrieben, die durch Unifikation definiert sind. Es wird davon ausgegangen, $da{\ss}\;S\"{a}tze$ durch Phrasenstrukturregeln, die syntaktische Kombinierbarkeit der unmittelbaren Konstituenten definieren, zu analysieren sind. In Wortern sind auch die Regeln $f\"{u}r$ die Erzeugung und Analyse von abgeleiteten $W\"{o}rtern$ zu finden. Die Wortbildungsregln und die Phrasenstrukturregeln von $S\"{a}tzen$ haben $\"{A}hnlichkeit$ von der Form her. $Au{\ss}erdem$ kann man die mophosyntaktischen $Ph\"{a}nomene$ der Kongruenz oder die Selektionsrestriktion nicht nur auf der Satzsyntax, sondern auch auf der Wortsyntax betrachten. D.h. wenn man durch einen Parser mit Hilfe der Phrasenstrukturregeln einen Satz analysieren kann, kann man auch ein Wort aufgrund der Wortbildungsregeln parsen. Im ersten Abschnitt werden die grundlegenden Begriffe der 'unifikationsbasierten Grammatiken', $n\"{a}mlich$ die Begriffe 'Merkmalstruktur', 'Unifikation', und 'Subsumption' $eingef\"{u}hrt$. Im zweiten Abschnitt wird der QPATR - Parser vorgestellt, der aufgrund des 'PATR-II'-Formalismus in $D\"{u}sseldorf$ entwickelt worden ist. Im dritten Abschnitt werden die deutschen abgeleiteten $W\"{o}rter$ durch QPATR analysiert. Bei der Analyse der Worter wird gezeigt, wie die Left-corner-parsing-Strategie funktioniert, und Wie die spezifizierten Informationen durch Unifikation als 'Constraints' die zu kombinierenden unmittelbaren Konstituenten $beschr\"{a}nken$. Zum $Schlu{\ss}$ werden die Ergebnisse der Analyse durch Baumstruktur und Merkmalstruktur $repr\"{a}sentiert$, die durch QPATR automatisch erzeugt werden.

        A Society in which we live is called as high-lvel industrial society, post industrial society, super industrial society, information society, late industrial society, and so on. The starting point as such stems from the titantic development of technology. In these days, every nation devotes to the economic modernization which automatically accompanies a reinforcement of production technique on the plea of public good. In this process, the superiority of instrumentalism - A fetishism of science and technology - does not set limits to section of production. It permeates in every aspect of human life and acts as destructive power. There are two different schools in evaluating the effects of scientific and technological development. The one is an optimistic view that the development of science and technology gives us wishful future and improves the quality of human life. In ??복사불량 communication field, it goes back to Mashall McLnhan?? and Harold Innis who prospects information Society. Their cream has come trne by the development of electronic technology, fiber optics skill and computer science. The Information Society, the tern coined by Kenichi Kohyama, refers to the ?? after the stage of industrial society. It takes place through the information revolution?? with the development of science and technology. The other is a passimistic view that the development of science and technology bring about the alicention of human being. In the modern industrial society, ruling class uses the technological rationality as the supporter of ruling legitimacy. The technological rationality has organized the society mechanically in the same way to be applied for nature and have erased the rational sphere. It is degraded into instrument through the perfomance of ideological function which protects the ruling legitimacy. In this pross, mass media takes charge of ideological function. To put this another way, acculemics of pessimistic shool regard the mass media chiefly as agencies of social control, blocking pathway of radical social change and propping up the status quo.

        독일어 형용사 어휘 학습을 위한 어휘망 구축과 활용

        Seit geraumer Zeit befasst man sich mit einer neuen Bedeutungstheorie, die in Anlehnung an Psychologie und Informatik entwickelt wurde, die aber auf die liguistische Wortfeldtheorie zurückzuführen ist : WordNet (oder Semantisches Netz). In dieser Arbeit werden zuerst theoretische Grundlagen der Feldtheorie und der Prototypentheorie kurz erläutert, um Zusammenhänge mit dem Wortnetz herzustellen. Danach werden das koreanische Wortnetz 'CoreNet' und das deutsche Wortnetz ‘GermaNet’, ein machinenlesbares lexikalisch- semanisches Netz der deutschen Sprache, eingehend untersucht und miteinander verglichen. Auf der Basis des GermaNet wird dann ein deutsch-koreanisches Netz für Adjektive konzipiert und schließlich vorgestellt, wie es im DaF-Unterricht angewendet werden kann. Dieses Netzkonzept ist noch für weitere Wortklassen wie Nomen und Verben erweiterungsfähig, so dass es auch als Online-Datenbank für den DaF-Unterricht ohne weiteres sinnvoll verwendet werden kann.

        피렌체 스티버트 박물관의 전시와 컬렉터의 정체성 : <성 게오르기우스>의 재탄생과 고전의 의미

        본 연구는 프레드릭 스티버트가 1905년 피렌체 시에 기증한 스티버트 박물관(Stibbert Museum) 의 컬렉션과 전시를 통해 컬렉터의 문화적 의도를 분석한다. 하우스 뮤지엄으로 컬렉터가 직접 수집하고 기획한 전시 공간은 만국박람회의 구조를 차용해서 의상과 갑옷을 중심으로 유럽 귀족의 역사를 강조하고 있다. 이를 통해 그는 산업혁명과 이탈리아 통일운동의 격변기 속에서 자신이 속한 사회계급인 귀족에 대한 관점을 전시를 통해 시각화했고, 박물관에서 가장 중요한 ‘병기고의 방’에서 전시기준을 구성하는 <성 게오르기우스>의 도상학적 역사에 대한 분석은 그가 이탈리아의 통일에 대한 역사적 근거를 강조하며 동시에 영국인이자 이탈리아인으로서 자신의 정체성을 투영했다는 점을 알 수있다. This study attempts to infer the intent of Frederick Stibbert through an analysis of collections at the Stibbert Museum, a house museum founded by Stibbert and donated to the city of Florence after his death. Its collections project the viewpoints of aristocratic class to which Stibbert belonged against the backdrop of industrial revolution and Italian unification movement. This study finds that St. George and Dragon, which is the centerpiece of the Armory room, could be the key to understanding Stibbert’s intent. It serves as a prominent reminder of his dual identities – one as an Englishman and the other as an Italian who looked upon St. George as an embodiment of Risorgimento, Italian unification movement. Using the Stibbert Museum as an example, this study shows that museums could serve as media through which the collector asserts his or her views on contemporary events of social or historical significance.
