        화물차의 제동장치에서 발생하는 과열 예측방안 연구

        최근 국내외 온라인 전자상거래 플랫폼의 증가와 국내 항만 컨테이너 물동량 증가로 인해 대형 화물차의 운행 비율이 높아지면서 지속적으로 화물차 화재발생 건수가 증가하고 있다. 특히 화물차의 화재발생 요인 중 높은 비율을 차지하는 원인이 자연발화현상이다. 화물차 화재 예방을 위한 다양한 학문적 접근이 시도되고 있으나 제동 시 발생하는 타이어 자연발화현상에 대한 연구가 부족하여 본 연구에서는 화물차의 제동장치와 유사한 환경을 구축하기위해 실험 장치를 직접 설계 및 제작하였다. 실험 장치의 제동장치에 비접촉식 온도센서를 장착하여 제동장치에서 발생하는 온도데이터를 수집하였으며 제동장치의 온도센서와 타이어 표면의 온도센서로부터 수집한 데이터를 기반으로 시계열 예측모델 중 ARIMA 모델을 활용하여 차량의 온도변화 추이에 맞는 적절한 모수를 선정하였으며 측정한 데이터와 예측한 데이터를 비교 분석한 결과 90% 이상의 정확도를 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 화물차 운전자로 하여금 제동장치에서 발생하는 과열현상을 실시간으로 경고하고 대응할 수 있도록 지원함으로써 화물차의 화재발생 비율을 낮출 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. Recently, due to the increase in domestic and international online e-commerce platforms and the increase in container traffic at domestic ports, the operating ratio of large trucks has increased, and the number of truck fires is continuously increasing. In particular, spontaneous combustion is the most common cause of truck fires. Various academic approaches have been attempted to prevent truck fires, but due to the lack of research on the spontaneous tire ignition phenomenon that occurs during braking, this research directly designed and manufactured an experimental device to establish an environment similar to the braking system of a truck. A non-contact temperature sensor was installed on the brake device of the experimental device to collect temperature data generated from the brake device. Based on the data collected from the temperature sensor of the brake device and the temperature sensor on the tire surface, the ARIMA model among the time series prediction models was used to Appropriate parameters were selected to suit the temperature change trend, and as a result of comparing and analyzing the measured and predicted data, an accuracy of over 90% was obtained. Based on this, a plan was proposed to reduce the rate of fires in trucks by providing real-time warnings and support for truck drivers to respond to overheating phenomena occurring in the braking system.

        오픈 소스 기반의 정찰 및 탐색용 드론 프로그램 개발

        With the recent increase in the development of military drones, they are adopted and used as the combat system of battalion level or higher. However, it is difficult to use drones that can be used in battles below the platoon level due to the current conditions for the formation of units in the Korean military. In this paper, therefore, we developed a program drones equipped with a thermal imaging camera and LiDAR sensor for reconnaissance and exploration that can be applied in battles below the platoon level. Using these drones, we studied the possibility and feasibility of drones for small-scale combats that can find hidden enemies, search for an appropriate detour through image processing and conduct reconnaissance and search for battlefields, hiding and cover-up through image processing. In addition to the purpose of using the proposed drone to search for an enemies lying in ambush in the battlefield, it can be used as a function to check the optimal movement path when a combat unit is moving, or as a function to check the optimal place for cover-up or hiding. In particular, it is possible to check another route other than the route recommended by the program because the features of the terrain can be checked from various viewpoints through 3D modeling. We verified the possiblity of flying by designing and assembling in a form of adding LiDAR and thermal imaging camera module to a drone assembled based on racing drone parts, which are open source hardware, and developed autonomous flight and search functions which can be used even by non-professional drone operators based on open source software, and then installed them to verify their feasibility.         시계열 예측 모델을 이용한 식물생장 환경에서의 LED 수명예측 방안

        As interest in the smart farming market increases, various academic approaches arebeing attempted to predict the lifespan of LEDs that supply light for plant growth,but the experimental method is complicated and the time and cost are quiteexpensive, so it is difficult to apply to smart farm environment that requiresreal-time management. This paper shows the illuminance and PPFD(PhotosyntheticPhoton Flux Density) data necessary for plant growth using a spectrophotometerand uses the ARIMA(Auto-regressive Integrated Moving Average) model, which isone of the time series prediction approaches, to collect the data accumulated after acertain period of time in the future. By estimating the data of the LED, we proposea method to predict the lifespan of the LEDs with less time and cost. Finally, basedon the data calculated as an approximate equation representing the temporal changeof light output in the LED degradation model, the predicted data is compared andanalyzed using the ARIMA model. 스마트팜 시장의 관심이 증가함에 따라 식물생장에 필요한 빛을 공급하는 LED의 수명예측을 위해 다양한 학문적 접근이 시도되고 있으나 실험 방법이 복잡하고 소요 시간과 비용이상당히 높아 실시간 관리가 필요한 스마트팜 환경에 적용하기 어려운 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 분광조도계를 이용하여 식물생장에 필요한 조도와 광합성유효량 광량자속밀도 데이터를 수집하고 일정기간 이후 누적된 데이터를 시계열 예측 접근 방법 하나인 ARIMA(자동회귀누적이동평균) 모델을 활용하여 미래 시점의 데이터를 예상함으로써 적은 시간과 비용으로 LED의 수명을 예측할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 마지막으로, LED 열화모델에서 광출력의 시간변화를 나타내는 근사식으로 산출한 데이터를 기반으로 ARIMA 모델을 활용하여 예측된 데이터를 비교 분석한다.

        Three-Phase Three-Switch Buck-Type Rectifier Based on Current Source Converter for 5MW PMSG Wind Turbine Systems

        This paper proposes a three-phase three-switch buck-type converter as the MSC of a wind turbine system. Owing to a novel switching modulation scheme that can eliminate the unwanted diode rectifier mode switching state, the proposed system exhibits a satisfying ac voltage and current waveform quality and torque ripple up to the level of a typical current source rectifier even under a wide power factor operating range. The proposed system has been verified through simulations and HILS tests on a PMSG wind turbine model of 5MW/4160V. The proposed converter has been shown to provide a stator current THD of 3.9% and a torque ripple of 1% under the rated power condition. In addition to the inherent advantage of the reduced switch count of three-phase three-switch buck-type converters, the proposed switching modulation technique can make this converter a viable solution for the MSC placed inside of a nacelle, which is under severe volume, weight and mechanical vibration design limits.
