        체제통합국 건강지표 비교를 통한 통일 후 보건의료에 대한 시사점

        Background: In this study, we aimed to investigate the recent trends for health care indicators including maternal mortality ratio, infant mortality rate, under-five mortality rate, life expectancy, years of life lost, and healthcare resources in South Korea, North Korea, Germany, Russian Federation, Mongolia, Vietnam, China, Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary. Methods: We used data from five sources: World Health Organization, Federal Institute for Population Research, World Bank, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development health statistics, and national statistics. Results: In the early 1990s, health indicators continued to improve in countries that switched to the health insurance system, but the gap widened in North Korea as health indicators worsened. Conclusion: The establishment of a sustainable health care system after unification of the Korean peninsula requires substantial changes in the health care system and efforts to improve the health of North Koreans.

        Reduced Pressure Curing on Polycarbosilane Precursor for Synthesis of Silicon Carbide Fiber

        Low pressure curing method with iodine vapor was used on low softening temperature polycarbosilane (PCS) precursor for fabrication of continuous SiC fiber at relatively low temperature. The low curing temperature can provide with a wide range of softening temperature PCS precursors, especially with low softening PCSs, which have a good spinnability, but many difficulties with conventional oxidation curing method. The low pressure curing method having the presence of iodine vapor have shown the more positive effect on pyrolysis with early stage crystallization of β-SiC at 1300 ℃. Crystal size of β-SiC, cured at 0.008 kPa is around 2-3 nm larger than cured at 101 kPa. In addition, the higher tensile strength of SiC fiber at elevated temperature can be obtained at 0.008 kPa with a value of 2.1 GPa, compare to 1.3 GPa at 101 kPa of curing pressure condition.

        소셜 Q&A 사이트의 질문 분석을 통한 청소년의 성 정체성(sexual identity) 고민에 대한 이해

        본 연구는 소셜 Q&A 사이트인 네이버 지식iN에서 성 정체성과 관련된 질문들을 분석하여 질문의 중심이 되는 주제를 추출하고 구체적인 고민들에 대해 이해하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 네이버 지식iN에서 2010년부터 9년간 작성된 2,120개의 관련 질문들을 수집한 후, 자연어 처리와 정보 검색 방법을 사용하여 질문들의 주제와 고민들을 추출하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 주요 주제는 인간관계, 성 정체성 의심, 성적 지향, 감정 및 관계, 성 정체성 고민 등으로 나타났다. 나아가 사용자들은 주로 1) 일반적인 성 정체성, 2) 성적 지향, 3) 성 정체성에 대한 부정적 인식, 4) 감정 고백, 커밍아웃, 동성애, 5) 미래, 이성 관계, 군대에 대한 우려, 6) 성 정체성 혼란을 겪는 이유 등과 관련된 고민을 하고 있었다. 본 연구는 성 정체성에 대한 실제적 고민들을 수집하여 토픽 모델링 기법을 통해 정보 요구를 도출하였으며 exact match와 tf-idf 기반의 검색 방법을 비교함으로써 문헌정보학 분야의 방법론적 확장을 시사했다. 또한 특정 관심사에 대한 온라인 커뮤니티 이용자들의 정보요구 및 정보탐색행태를 관찰함으로써 정보행위분야의 학문적 성숙에도 기여했다. The study aims to understand major topics and concerns of gender identity-related questions expressed by the users of the NAVER social Q&A site. To achieve this goal, we analyzed 2,120 questions created from 2010 to 2018 using natural language- and information retrieval-based methods. Results indicated that the major topics discussed by the users include interpersonal relationships, doubts about gender identity, sexual orientation, feelings and relationships, and concerns about gender identity. In addition, users mainly expressed concerns regarding general issues of gender identity; sexual orientation; negative cognition about gender identity; confession, coming-out, homosexuality; future, heterosexual relationships, military enlistment; and causes of gender identity confusion. The present study effectively derives information needs from real-world concerns about sexual identity by employing topic modeling techniques, and by comparing the advantages of exact match and tf-idf-based information retrieval methods extends methodology of Library and Information Science. Further, it has contributed to the academic maturity of the study of information behavior by observing the information needs or information-seeking behaviors of online community users with specific interests.

        분진필터링 적용을 위한 SiC 섬유의 고온 열화분석

        SiC 섬유는 $1800^{\circ}C$까지 불활성과 공기 분위기에서 융해나 산화 문제 없이 사용할 수 있다. SiC 섬유는 분진 필터링 공정의 백필터로 상업화된 산업용 백 필터보다 훨씬 높은 온도인 $500^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서 사용이 가능하다. 하지만 제강 산업과 화력발전소의 극한 환경에서 미세 분진과의 반응으로 인한 SiC 섬유의 열화에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 SiC 섬유를 제강 분진, 화력발전소 분진과 $500^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온에서 반응시켜 섬유 표면의 열화된 형상을 SEM으로 관찰하고 섬유 표면 및 내부로의 산소 확산의 정도를 EDS로 분석하였다. SiC fiber can be used up to $1800^{\circ}C$ in both inert and air atmosphere without any problems such as melting and oxidation. SiC fibers can be applied to dust filtering processes as a bag filter at a high temperature above $700^{\circ}C$, which is far beyond the temperature range of currently available industrial bag filter. However the studies for the degradation of SiC fibers were still lacked in the harsh environment of steel industries and thermoelectric power plants. In this study, SiC fibers were reacted with steel dust and thermal power plant dust at a high temperature of $500^{\circ}C$ or higher, and the degraded shape of the fiber surface was observed by SEM. Also the degree of oxygen diffusion on the surface and inside of SiC fiber was analyzed by EDS.

        The effect of temperature and conversion rate on the AlN microstructure synthesized by direct nitridization

        Aluminum nitride (AlN) thin film has been synthesized by the direct nitridization of aluminum with heated NH3 gas. Theinfrared heating with focusing capability was adopted as a heat source and the reaction zone was constantly translated bycontrolling the sample stage. The metallic Al layer was deposited on the amorphous fused silica glass substrate using a thermalevaporation system at 3.0 × 10−6 Torr and the temperature profile of the reaction zone could be arbitrary chosen by varyingthe focal length of the IR reflector in the range of 600 ~ 800 oC. The polycrystalline AlN thin film was obtained with <100 nmthickness in a single step and the thickness of the AlN layer could be increased by the iterated steps. The morphology and thecrystalline quality of the AlN thin film have been characterized by the XRD, SEM, and EDS analyses.

        The Characteristics of Modified Polycarbosilane by Different Organic Solvents

        Silicon carbide (SiC) fiber with a high tensile strength and heat resistance was synthesized using polycarbosilane (PCS) precursor. The many research have been progressed to improve the spinnability and handling strength of PCS green fiber due to its brittle property by a low molecular weight. However, the study for the effect of various solvents, which is used to synthesize the PCS or to modify the PCS structure using additive is insufficient. Therefore, PCS modified by polymer blend method using various organic solvents such as para-xylene, meta-xylene, ortho-xylene, and cyclohexane. The thermal properties and GPC profile for the modified PCSs show the different interaction between PCS and solvent. The spinnability of PCSs was confirmed through apparent activation energy, calculated by Andrade equation, and spinning process. SiC fiber that is converted from blended PCS fibers with para-xylene and ortho-xylene show the same morphology containing the clean and smooth surface.

        폴리카보실란으로부터 제조된 SiC 기반 세라믹 섬유의 유연성

        Silicon carbide (SiC)-based ceramic fibers are converted from polycarbosilane (PCS) as a ceramic precursor. They are mainly fabricated via processes such as melt-spinning, oxidation-curing, and pyrolysis. The oxidation-curing method not only increases the ceramic yield, but also affects the flexibility of the ceramic fiber as it induces cross-linking in the PCSs. In this study, PCS was oxidation-cured, which depended on the temperature and time variables albeit not the effect of heating rate, and then converted to SiC-based ceramic fiber through pyrolysis. The cured PCS fibers were converted to circular ceramic fibers when the reaction degree (ΔSiH) increased to approximately 0.97; however, the converted SiC-based ceramic fibers showed low flexibility. After the oxidation-curing at 200 °C for 50 min, oxygen content diffused into the core of the PCS fibers. As a result, the reaction degree (ΔSiH) increased significantly , and flexible SiC-based ceramic fibers were fabricated.
