        빅데이터 기반 학생 역량관리 체계: 중도탈락 요인을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basis for establishing intervention directions to prevent dropouts at the university level by identifying the learning behavior patterns of dropout students at junior colleges and deriving the characteristics of dropout students. To this end, the results of learning behavior types and learning personality types, including the general characteristics of 608 dropout students at a junior college located in B area from 2020 to 2022, were analyzed, and the results of six sub-factors of the learning behavior type test were used. As a result of the study, 495 students, or 84.7% of all dropouts in the first grade, dropped out early, and the specificity of dropout students according to gender was not different from previous studies. And female students showed higher grades and academic achievement than male students (t=-2.75. p=.006). In addition, in the comparative analysis of learning personality types between dropout students and current students, behavior (t=-2.68, p=.007), inquiry (t=-3.03, p=.002), and abnormality (t=-3.85, p=.006) were higher in enrolled students than in dropout students, suggesting that differences by propensity and gender level should be reflected in the learning development process. In addition, in the correlation analysis between F credit and learning behavior type, perfection (r=-0.141, p=0.00) showed the most negative correlation, and struggle (r=-0.042, p=0.00) showed the lowest negative correlation. The highest positive correlation was rebellion (r=0.63, p=0.00), which showed that the higher the interest in learning, obsession, and expectations for academic performance, the lower the number of F credits, and the items of defiance, which are items of attitude toward study, attitude toward school life, behavior in class, and conflict with parents or teachers, were related to F credits. Based on the results of this study, it is meaningful to understand the characteristics of the learning behavior patterns of dropouts to identify the factors that affect students' dropouts and to establish an intervention direction to derive strategies to improve student retention

        Regulation of Adenosine-activated GIRK Channels by Gq-coupled Receptors in Mouse Atrial Myocytes

        Adenosine (Ado) is an important mediator of the endogenous defense against ischemia-induced injury in the heart. The action of Ado is mediated by activation of G protein-gated inwardly rectifying K+ (GIRK) channels. In turn, GIRK channels are inhibited by reducing phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2) through Gq protein-coupled receptors (GqPCRs). We previously found that GIRK channels activated by acetylcholine, a muscarinic M2 acetylcholine receptor agonist, are inhibited by GqPCRs in a receptor-specific manner. However, it is not known whether GIRK channels activated by Ado signaling are also regulated by GqPCRs. Presently, this was investigated in mouse atrial myocytes using the patch clamp technique. GIRK channels were activated by 100μM Ado. When Ado was repetitively applied at intervals of 5∼6 min, the amplitude of second Ado-activated GIRK currents (IK(Ado)) was 88.3±3.7% of the first IK(Ado) in the control. Pretreatment of atrial myocytes with phenylephrine, endothelin-1, or bradykinin prior to a second application of Ado reduced the amplitude of the second IK(Ado) to 25.5±11.6%, 30.5±5.6%, and 96.0±2.7%, respectively. The potency of IK(Ado) inhibition by GqPCRs was different with that observed in acetylcholine-activated GIRK currents (IK(ACh)) (endothelin-1>phenylephrine>bradykinin). IK(Ado) was almost completely inhibited by 500μM of the PIP2 scavenger neomycin, suggesting low PIP2 affinity of IK(Ado). Taken together, these results suggest that the crosstalk between GqPCRs and the Ado-induced signaling pathway is receptor-specific. The differential change in PIP2 affinity of GIRK channels activated by Ado and ACh may underlie, at least in part, their differential responses to GqPCR agonists.

        확산모델을 이용한 다중전자 전극반응에 대한 순환전위법의 전산모델링

        Here is implemented MATLAB program to analyze the characteristic curves of cyclic voltammetry which involves the multi-electron electrode reaction considered as key processes in electrochemical systems. For the electrochemical mass-transfer system, Fick's concentration equation subject to semi-infinite diffusion model for the boundary condition was discretized and solved by the explicit finite difference method. The resulting concentration values were converted into currents at each node by using Butler-Volmer equation. Based on the good agreement between the present numerical solution and the existing experimental results, effects of kinetic constants and CV scan rates on the reaction mechanism in multi-electron transfer processes were investigated effectively. 본 연구에서는 전기화학계에서 중요한 다중전자의 이동이 수반되는 전극 반응에 대하여 순환전위법의 특성곡선을 모델링하여, MATLAB 프로그램으로 구현하였다. 전극주변의 전기화학 물질전달계에 대하여 반무한 확산모델의 경계조건을 설정하였고, Fick의 농도방정식은 유한차분법으로 전개하여 수치해를 구하였고, Butler-Volmer 식으로부터 계산된 농도값을 전류의 값으로 전환하였다. 본 연구에서 구현된 수치해는 기존의 실험치들과 합리적으로 설명하고 있었으며, 이를 근거로 다중전자 전기화학 반응계에서 반응메카니즘에 대한 전극반응속도 상수와 CV 주사속도 영향을 효과적으로 해석할 수 있었다.

        자가조립 단층 전극에 대한 순환전위법의 특성해석

        본 연구에서는 금 나노입자로 전착된 전극위에 3-MPA로 개질된 자가조립 단층 전극의 순환전위법의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 전극 주변에서 전자와 이온의 이동현상을 해석하였다. 반무한 확산모델을 채택하여, 물질전달 지배계에 대하여 지배방정식과 경계조건을 유도하였다. 자가조립단층 전극에 대한 순환전위법의 수치해를 구하기 위하여, 양함수 유한차분법을 적용하여 MATLAB 프로그램을 작성하여 해를 구현하였다. 자가조립으로 개질된 전극에 대한 본 CV 용 프로그램은 3-MPA으로 개질된 금 나노입자 SAM 전극의 순환전위법 실험결과를 잘 설명하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, we have investigated the characteristics of cyclic voltammetry of a self-assembled mono-layer(SAM) electrode which was modified by 3-Mercaptopropionic acid (3-MPA) on gold nanoparticle(AuNP)-deposited electrode. Also, the transport phenomena of electrons and ions around the electrode have been analyzed. The governing equation and its boundary conditions by adopting the semi-infinite diffusion model were formulated for the mass-transfer dominant system. In order to obtain the numerical solutions of cyclic voltammetry(CV) on SAM electrodes, MATLAB program was implemented by applying the explicit finite difference method. Resulting CV program for the SAM-modified electrode was verified in good agreements with the experimental CV results for the 3-MPA on AuNP electrode.

        Views on Precision Medicine among Health Professionals in Korea: A Mixed Methods Study

        This study aimed to investigate awareness, attitudes, and perspectives on precision medicine among health professionals in Koreaand to identify issues that need to be addressed before implementing precision medicine. Mixed methods research was applied. For qualitative research, a semi-structured focus group interview was conducted with six health professionals. For quantitativeresearch, a self-reported survey was administered. A total of 542 health professionals participated in the survey, and 526completed the entire questionnaire. Health professionals showed positive attitudes toward precision medicine. About 95–96% ofrespondents agreed that precision medicine will be effective in treatment and precise diagnosis, and 69.9% reported that theywould participate as study subjects. Meanwhile, they expressed concerns regarding educating patients and health professionals inprecision medicine and developing research and data sharing infrastructure. Also, they emphasized the importance of developingprecision medicine in an equitable way. Despite varying levels of awareness of precision medicine, the health professionals expresseda willingness to engage in precision medicine research, and recommended that health professionals work closely with policymakersto design precision medicine in a way that can be effectively adopted. Health professionals showed had a positive, butcautious, attitude toward precision medicine. The results of this study suggest areas to be addressed before ushering in precisionmedicine in Korea.

        해외거주 유아를 위한 스마트폰 앱 활용 가정 연계 한국어교육 실행연구

        목적 스마트폰 앱 활용을 중심으로 가정과의 연계를 도모한 해외거주 유아를 위한 한국어교육 실행연구 과정을 살펴봄으로써 부모와 유아가 어떠한 변화를 겪었는지를 탐색해보고자 하였다. 방법 Elliot(1991)의 실행모형을 참고하여 미국 중부지역인 A주 B 도시에 있는 한국학교 유아반에 등록한 유아 10명과 그들 부모를 대상으로 총 15주 동안 한국어 교육을 실시하였으며, 교실 수업이 진행되는 과정에서 일어난 유아의 행동이나 언어의 관찰, 부모와의 대화 또는 면담, 교사-부모 컨퍼런스, 동료교사 워크샵, 한국어 능력 검사 등에서 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 결과 1차 실행에서는 ‘유아를 위한 일과 중심 한국어 교육’, ‘스마트폰 앱을 통해서 부모참여를 독려한 가정-학교 연계 교육’을 실시하였으며, 2차 실행에서는 ‘일대일 지원에 포커스를 둔 한국어교육 실행’과 ‘포트폴리오를 활용한 가정-학교 밀착 연계교육’을 실시하였다. 이러한 실행과정을 통해 유아는 ‘한국어에 대한 관심 증가’에서 ‘한국어에 대한 자신감 형성과 능력 향상’으로 발전하였으며, 부모는 ‘한글학교에 대한 신뢰감 형성’을 보이다가 ‘적극적인 한국어교육 참여로 인한 장점을 경험’하게 되었다. 결론 해외거주 유아를 위한 한국어교육은 가정과 연계를 통한 부모와의 소통과 참여 빈도를 높일 때 비로소 유아의 한국어 능력뿐만아니라 자신감 향상과 자아정체성 형성 등 정서발달에도 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. Objectives The purpose was to explore the changes experienced by parents and young children residing overseas through examining the execution process of Korean language education with a focus on smartphone app utilization and fostering home-school connections. Methods Following Elliot's (1991) action research model, a 15-week Korean language education program was conducted for ten preschoolers and their parents at a Korean school in City B, State A, USA. Data were collected through observations of children's behavior and language during class, parent-child interactions, teacher-parent conferences, peer teacher workshops, and Korean language proficiency assessments. Results In the first implementation, ‘Korean language education centered daily routines for young children’ and ‘home-school linked education encouraging parental participation through smartphone apps’ were conducted. The second implementation focused on ‘one-on-one support-based Korean language instruction’ and ‘intensive home-school linked education using portfolios’. Through these processes, the children progressed from ‘increased interest in Korean’ to ‘formation of confidence and improvement in Korean language ability’, while parents developed ‘trust in Korean language schools’ and eventually ‘experienced the benefits of active participation in Korean language education’. Conclusions Korean language education for overseas-residing young children can facilitate emotional development, including improved self-confidence and self-identity formation, not only enhancing Korean language proficiency but also when communication and participation frequency with parents through home-school collaborations are increased.

        무용전공 대학생의 무용열정이 자기조절 및 무용능력성취에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 무용열정이 자기조절 및 무용능력성취에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데에 그 목적 이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용을 전공하는 대학생 252명의 설문 자료를 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로 그램으로 통계 처리하여 분석하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위하여 빈도분석, 타당도 검증을 위한 탐색적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 검증을 위한 Cronbach's α 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도 출되었다. 첫째, 무용전공 대학생의 무용열정이 자기조절에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용 전공 대학생의 무용열정이 무용능력성취에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공 대학생의 자기조절이 무용능력성취에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of dance passion on self-regulation and achievement of dance ability for university students majoring in dance. To achieve the purpose of the study, 252 university students majoring in dance were analyzed with the questionnaire. The collected data were analized with frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the statistical program SPSS PASW Statistics 21.0. First, dance passion of university students majoring in dance influenced on self-regulation significantly. Second, dance passion of university students majoring in dance influenced on achievement of dance ability significantly. Third, self-regulation of university students majoring in dance influenced on achievement of dance ability significantly.

        대학생의 취업스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 자기격려와 사회적 지지의 조절효과

        Objectives The aim of the current study is to examine the moderating effects of self-encouragement and social support between college students' job-seeking stress and depression. Methods Four hundred and forty one college students participated in this study and completed on-line surveys. Correlational analyses were used to examine the relations among study variables. A series of hierarchical regression analyses were performed to test moderation effects of self-encouragement and social support. Both 2-way moderation effects and 3-way moderation effects were tested. Results The study results first showed that inter-correlations among the study variables were consistent with the expected directions. Second, the separate moderation effects of three subscales of self-encouragement (cognitive, affective, behavioral) and social support were not significant. Finally, the 3-way moderation effects of job-seeking stress, affective self-encouragement, and social support were significant. The same 3-way moderation effects of behavioral self-encouragement in the place of affective self-encouragement found to be significant as well. Conclusions The discussion focused on the roles of affective and behavioral self-encouragement and social support as intervention targets of job-seeking stress management program.
