        간호대학생의 영적안녕과 정신건강이 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 영적안녕과 정신건강이 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도 되었다. B시 소재 K대학의 간호학과 3, 4학년 학생 116명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2020년 10월 5일에서 8일까지이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0 program을 이용하여 기술 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson s correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석 하였다. 연구결과, 영적간호역량과 영적안녕 및 영적안녕의 하위요인인 종교적 안녕과 실존적 안녕 은 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 영적간호역량과 정신건강도 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 영적간호역량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 정신건강이었으며 다음으로 영적안녕과 종교기간 순이었고, 설명력은 29.4%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 영적간호역량을 증진하기 위해서는 정신건강 증진 프로그램과 영적안녕 중재프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. This study was conducted to identify the influence of Spiritual Well-being, Mental Health on Spiritual Care Competence in Nursing Students. The subjects were 116 nursing college students in B city. Data were collected from Oct. 5th to 8th, 2020 through the survey of the participants. Then, this study statistically processed the data using the t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis and the multiple regression analysis in accordance with the SPSS WIN 20.0 Program. There was a significant positive correlation between Spiritual Care Competence and Spiritual Well-being. Also, there was a significant positive correlation between Spiritual Care Competence and Mental Health. The meaningful variables which influence the Spiritual Care Competence were Mental Health, Spiritual Well-being and period of religion in order. These factors were responsible for 29.4% of the total variance in Spiritual Care Competence in Nursing Students. In conclusion, to increase the Spiritual Care Competence of nursing students, it is necessary to develop Mental Health promotion program and Spiritual Well-being intrevention program.

        ‘나’의 기원으로서의 ‘단군’과 창세기적 문학사상의 의미 : 최남선, 신채호를 중심으로

        이 논문은 1920년대 개벽사상과 단군복원운동이 내재하고 있었던 ‘창세기(創世記)적 사유’에 주목하고 그 사유의 방향성을 포착하려는 시도이다. 창세기는 흡사 카오스적 ‘혼돈’으로 파악되고 있었던 당대 불행한 시대를 구원하기 위해 호명되고 있다. 민족의 시원을 표상하는 단군의 복원이란 창세기적 장면의 재현으로 이해될 수 있다. 최남선과 신채호는 실증적인 자료를 섭렵하며 단군의 실체를 검증하려 했고, 단군을 통해 조선의 고유한 정신을 찾으려 했던 대표적 작가이다. 이는 문학적 텍스트에서뿐만 아니라 역사학자의 입장에서도 그들에게 중요한 문제였다. 최남선이 주창한 불함문화권의 중심과 신채호가 내세운 역사철학인 ‘회통’의 중심에, 모두 ‘단군’이 놓여져 있기 때문이다. 최남선과 신채호의 특별함은 단군에 대한 사유를 ‘我’와 ‘自己’의 기원에 관한 사유와 중첩 시키며, ‘나’의 계보에 대한 탐색을 자신들의 역사학의 방법론 혹은 핵심적 사상으로 환치시켰다는 점에 있다. 자아를 포괄하여 세계와 온 우주 전체를 재창조하려는 개벽시장 위에, ‘나’의 개념과 그 기원을 탐색하는 계보학적 사유를 결합시키는 방식, 이것이 이 글에서 살펴본 두 작가의 창세기적 사유이다. 창세기적 사유는 직접적으로 단군을 호명하는 역사학적 텍스트뿐만 아니라 은유적 차원에서도 동원되었던, 새로운 세계를 건설하려는 낭만주의적 기획과도 같았다. Ghoi Nam-sun and Shin Chae-ho reviewed Dan-gun's texts from the 1920s and 1930s in order to study the traditional spirit of Cho-sun. Dan-gun is at the cultural center of Bulham(不咸) that Ghoi Nam-sun advocated, but Dan-gun is also at the center of Hoetong(會通) that Shin Chae-ho advocated. Gae-byeok(開闢) was connected with the Cheondo religion, therefore we assume that the texts related to Dan-gun are connected to Gae-byeok's magazine idea. Specifically, Ghoi Nam-sun and Shin Chae-ho summarized Dan-gun's thoughts on the origin of Na, and they replaced a search of Na's genealogy with their historical analysis. They combined Gae-byeok's ideas, recreated the world and the universe including ego and considered the origin of Na. In this essay, Genesis as a literary idea is examined, as Genesis is also a romantic plan to establish a new world.

        Hesperidin과 hesperetin의 cellular system에서의 항산화 효과

        In this study, we investigated the antioxidant activity of hesperidin and hesperetin, which are the active compounds from Citrus junos, in the cellular system. Under cellular model of oxidative damage using LLC-$PK_1$ renal epithelial cell, the oxidative damage induced by 2,2'-azobis (2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (AAPH) led to the loss of cell viability, while treatment of hesperidin and hesperetin increased significantly the cell viability as dose-dependent manner. In addition, NO-induced cellular oxidative damage by sodium nitroprusside were significantly recovered by the treatment of hesperidin and hesperetin, showing the increase of cell viability. But hesperidin and hesperetin showed no significant protective effect on $O_2{^-}$-induced cellular oxidative damage. The present study indicates that hesperidin and hesperetin protect against free radical, especially AAPH-induced peroxyl radical. In particular, hesperetin has stronger protective effect against oxidative stress than hesperidin.

        정중 과잉치 발거 이후 정중 이개의 폐쇄

        Early detection and prudent management of mesiodens or supernumerary tooth should be considered essential in reducing disturbance in the eruption and position of the adjacent permanent incisor. While it is true that the presence of diastema may be regarded as normal at the early mixed dentition stage, the early detection and removal of the mesiodens is a prerequisite to facilitate spontaneous alignment or subsequent approximation of the permanent central incisors. In many cases, diastema due to mesiodens can be physiologically corrected spontaneously after the extraction of mesiodens. The best choice of treatment of diastema may be observation. Orthodontic intervention is required only spontaneous closing of diastema does not occur within observation period. In orthodontic intervention, careful treatment plan should be established. Clinician gives considerations to angulation of central and lateral incisor, proximity of lateral incisor, developmental stage and position of canine, pattern and extent of anterior crowding. Orthodontic movement should be done slowly with light force. In addition, periodic radiographic observation are needed to monitor the root development and root resorption. Case 1, 2 and 3 showed physiologic closures after the extraction of mesiodens. In these cases, acceptable alignment of central and lateral incisors was obtained. In case 4, orthodontic correction for diastema was performed successfully after the extraction of mesiodens. After the orthodontic closure of the diastema, it was decided that a retainer was not needed, because the dentition was under a dynamic stage in exchanging teeth and also developing arches.

        녹차 첨가 서리태 청국장의 항산화 증진 효과

        To increase antioxidative activity and minimize off-flavor of Chungkukjang, Seoliate as main ingredient and green tea as minor ingredient were selected. The protective efffect of green tea for Chungkukjang was evaluated under in vitro. Seolitae Chungkukjang added with green tea (SCG) was prepared on the basis of the protective effect of green tea from oxidative stress. Green tea showed the strong protective effect against nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide anion ($O_2{^-}$) radicals. The SCG perparation method was as follows. Seolitae was cleaned and washed, soaked in 1.5-fold water ($15^{\circ}C$) of Seolitae weight for 48 hr. Seolitae was steamed about 40 min by autoclave and then cooled about $40^{\circ}C$. Bacillus subtilis was inoculated and 5.0-fold green tea of weight was added, and then it was fermented for 60 hr at $40^{\circ}C$. According to the preparation method, Seolitae Chungkukjang (SC) and Seolitae Chungkukjang added with green tea 5.0% (SCG5.0) were prepared. Among the Chungkukjang groups SCG5.0 exerted more effective scavenging activity of NO than SC. In addition, SC added with green tea 5.0% showed high $O_2{^-}$ scavenging effect. These results suggest the antioxidative potential against free radical-induced oxidative damage of SCG.

        흑미 및 곡류 추출물의 항산화 효과

        In this study, the comparison of antioxidative effect of the methanol (MeOH) extracts from grains were investigated in vitro radical scavenging system. Ten grains (black rice, rice, barley, wheat, millet, sorghum, glutinous millet, buckwheat, phellines linteus rice and brown rice) were extracted with MeOH. Among the MeOH extracts of grains, sorghum and black rice showed effective scavenging activities of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical. The $IC_{50}$ values of sorghum and black rice were $47.4{\mu}g/mL$ and $50.6{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. In addition, black rice also exerted the strongest activities on hydroxyl radical (${\cdot}OH$) scavenging activity. Furthermore, the MeOH extracts of black rice showed effective and dose dependant scavenging activities of DPPH radical and ${\cdot}OH$. These results indicated that black rice showed strong free radical scavenging activity. It suggested that black rice could be a promising natural antioxidant against free radical-induced oxidative damage.

        이상(李箱) 시에 나타난 니체 사상 연구 - ‘몰락’과 ‘파국’의 모티프를 중심으로

        This study examines Nietzsche philosophy widely present in Li Sang’s poem. Motifs of a ‘ruin’ and ‘disintegration’ in Li Sang’s poem are reminiscent of Nietzsche’s voice who claimed god was dead. In addition to Japanese imperialism, oppressive religions, ethics, technologies and science turned a modern Korean society to a ruinous reality. However, as a ruin did not merely mean a destructive ending, but instead led to a birth of a new being (ubermensch) in Nietzshce’s philosophy, a ruin in Li Sang’s poem also developed into an issue of redeeming the world. Stories of an ailing and dying body that frequently appeared in Li Sang’s poem can be also seen as a metaphor to a ruin of the world. Those that eulogizes a physical ruin and death in Li Sang’s poem dare to undertake writings that are against the times by converting language of extinction to language of creation. They are Nietzschelike beings who willingly go down the road of a ruin in search of life’s meaning, rather than riding with the flow of the time. Nietzsche philosophy present in Li Sang’s poem has an academic significance as it has been neglected in earlier studies. Nietzsche's motives and images in Li Sang’s poem are the result of an endless effort to abandon modern oppressive values, heal sick lives and save the world.

        윤동주 시의 저항성과 탈영토적 상상력

        본 논문은 윤동주 시의 ‘저항성’을 재고하고 이를 ‘노마디즘’을 통해 새롭게 분석한 것이다. 노마디즘은 영토나 국가가 없는 상태에서 막연하게 떠돌아다니는 것이 아닌, 기존의 가치와 삶의 방식을 부정하고 불모지를 옮겨 다니며 새로운 것을 창조해 내는 일체의 방식이다. 윤동주는 만주국을 역사적 모순과 힘의 논리가 지배하는 노모스적 폭력의 공간으로 이해한다. 제국주의적 지도를 벗어나는 방식은 끊임없는 유랑을 통해 이루어진다. 윤동주는 국가장치의 한계에 저항하는 노마드적 유랑을 펼쳐 보인다. 유랑의 가운데 만나는 소외된 주변부의 타자들과 ‘슬픔’을 통해 교감하고 새로운 공동체를 구성하는 상상력을 작동시키기도 한다. ‘슬픔’은 누구나 느낄 수 있는 자연스러운 감정이 아니라 온갖 박해에도 불구하고 정의와 진리를 지키는 참된 마음이다. 슬픔의 주체들이 서로의 고통을 있는 그대로 응시하는 순간 진정한 감정적 공유가 이루어진다. 국가권력에 의한 영토화는 ‘오줌’과 ‘눈’으로 그린 리좀적 지도에 의해 거부된다. 리좀적 지도는 울타리가 있는 고정적 공간이 아닌 중심과 주변의 구분이 없고 끝없는 탈주가 가능한 공간, 즉 ‘흐르는거리’의 이미지로 변주되어 나타난다. 윤동주 시인은 파격적인 공간 감각을 도입하며 창조적인 탈주선들을 만들어낸다. 이를 통해 그가 도달하고자 하는 ‘진정한 고향’은 물리적 고향과는 거리가 먼 ‘또다른 고향’, “到着하여야할 時代의 停車場”이라고 할 수 있다. This paper examines the resistance and transterritorial imagination expressed in poems of Yoon Dong Ju. The protagonists in his poems are diaspora and homo-nomads. Homo-nomads are without nationality or geographical restrictions. The emphasis on national borders and the need for map is closely related to an expansion of imperialism. A map turns space into a particular place or an abstract notion separated from the surrounding. A map shrinks the world and transforms it into a text. The poet perceived ‘map’ as a symbol of imperialism, and applied geographical sensibilities that intentionally erased or transcended borders and boundaries. For instance, in his poem, ‘pee’ and ‘snow’ are often used as a device that erases boundaries on a map. They erase boundaries, and at the same time, are used as a device that paves a new path of history. Yoon Dong Ju’s transterritorial imagination expresses his pursuit of a true world, ‘another home’ that the poet dreamed of. The train that carries Yoon Dong Ju’s poems runs toward the last destination-‘true home’ or a ‘station of the time’-and charts a new map that transcends an imperialistic one. His transterritorial imagination is a poetic reflection of homo-nomads who desire to leave the space of idle contentment and settlement behind, and change the world.

        국가기록원 기록물을 통해 본 해방이후 한양도성 보수·복원 사업

        본 연구는 해방이후 생산된 한양도성 관련 각종 기록 자료들을 통해 한양도성 보수·복원사업의 구체적인 추진 경위와 내용을 파악하고, 분석함으로써 도성 복원의 역사를 명확하게 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 1960년대부터 간간히 이루어지던 한양도성에 대한 보수·복원공사는 1974년 대통령 지시에 의해 본격화되어 현재까지 이어지고 있다. 1975년 시작된 ‘서울성 곽 정화사업’은 해방 이후 최초의 전면적인 한양도성 보수·복원 사업이었다. 국 가주의, 반공주의에 의해 정치적 수단으로서 활용된 정책이었지만, 대중에게 잊 혔던 한양도성을 ‘문화재’로서 다시금 인식하게 하고 국가가 주도적으로 보호· 보전해야 할 대상으로 삼았다는데 의미가 크다. 그 결과 삼청·성북·광희·장 충·남산·청운·삼선·동숭 지구의 성곽 9.7km와 숙정문이 복원되는 성과를 거 뒀다. 현재 남아있는 한양도성의 모습은 이때의 보수·복원사업을 통해 대체로 완성된 것이다. 그러나 짧은 사업기간 동안 복원에 대한 충분한 논의 없이 공사 가 급하게 진행됨으로써 역사유산으로서의 ‘진정성’이 훼손되는 결과를 낳았다. 1980년대 이후 한양도성은 붕괴‥훼손된 구간에 대한 소규모 보수공사를 위주 로 관리되었다. 성곽 시설물 자체뿐만 아니라 주변 경관 환경에 대한 관리가 함께 고려되기 시작하였으며, 인왕산(1993)과 백악산(2006)이 차례로 시민에게 개 방되면서 시민들이 향유할 수 있는 역사문화유적이자 관광자원으로 자리 잡게 되었다. 한양도성에 대한 인식의 변화는 성곽 자체에만 집중하던 도성관리정책 에서 벗어나 주변 시설과 경관까지 아우르는 보수·복원 계획의 수립으로 이어 졌다. 또한 1999년부터 시작된 한양도성의 시굴‘·발굴 조사는 지상에서 흔적이 사라진 멸실 구간의 복원을 가능하게 했으며, 복원 과정에서 한양도성의 진정성 을 강화하는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the history of the City wall restoration, by identifying and analyzing the details of the repair and restoration projects of Seoul City Wall through government documents after liberation. Seoul City Wall repair and restoration project was begun in earnest by the instruction of President Park in 1974, and it has continued to the present. Seoul City Wall Purification Project, which began in 1975, was the first overall repair and restoration project of the Seoul City Wall since liberation. It was a policy utilized as a political means by nationalism and anti-communism. However, it has great significance for recognizing the Seoul City wall that were forgotten by the public as cultural assets and making it a subject to protect and preserve by the nation. As a result, eight wall sections totaling 9.7km in length and Sukjeongmun (Gate) were restored. The remaining part of the Seoul City Wall today was almost completed through the repair and restoration project of the time. But the project, which progressed rapidly without sufficient discussions in a brief period of time, destroyed the authenticity of the Seoul City Wall as a historical heritage. After 1980s, the Seoul City Wall has been mainly managed by the small scale repair works. From this point, not only the wall facility itself, but also the surrounding landscape of the wall began to be considered. As Inwangsan (Mountain) and Beagaksan (Mountain) were open to the public one after another, the Seoul City wall has become a historic cultural heritage and a tourism resource that citizens can enjoy in their lives. Changes in the recognition of the Seoul City Wall also brought Sifts in city wall management policy. The government began to establish the city wall repair and restoration plan encompass the surrounding facilities and landscapes, instead of the city wall management policy which fo¬cused on its wall structure. Furthermore, excavations undertaken since 1999 discovered lost parts of the city wall, made it possible to restore them, and gave authenticity to the Seoul City Wall in restoration process.

      • 동국대학교박물관 소장 백지금니대방광불화엄경보현행원품

        “The Means of the Practices and Vows of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva of the Avatamsaka Sutra Written in Gold on White Paper”, which is part of the collection of the Dongguk University Museum, is a copy of a chapter of the Avatamsaka Sutra written in gold on white mulberry paper. It was produced in 1390 by the monk- scribe Huisun Gosan under the patronage of a group of devout Buddhists including Gang U-chun, who was then serving as a minister of the Goryeo dynasty. The remaining copy starts from the hymn in the second half of Fascicle 40 of the 40-fascicle Avatamsaka Sutra. This handwritten copy of the sutra consists of two pages of scriptural illustration, twenty pages of sutra text, and two pages of prayer, but it is missing its covers. The frontispiece contains two scenes, of which the one on the right depicts the Tripitaka Master Prajna translating a Buddhist scripture, while the one on the left shows Samantabhadra Bodhisattva giving a sermon to Sudhana. Of the many scriptural illustrations produced in the Goryeo period, this is the only example to depict a scene showing a translation of a Buddhist sutra. The scrollwork lying across the knees of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, as depicted on the left of the frontispiece, shows certain characteristic features of the sutras copied in the fourteenth century. At the end of “The Means of the Practices and Vows of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva of the Avatamsaka Sutra Written in Gold on White Paper” there is a prayer written on two pages, which provides information about when and by whom the sutra was copied. This particular handwritten sutra is a considered a significant historical documentary heritage in that it retains the record of its production date and also provides insights into the trend of sutra copying with scriptural illustrations in Korea in the fourteenth century and the development of the tradition.
