Purpose of this study was to identify the effect of structured information on immediate preoperative anxiety and uncertainty for women undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: Sixty women who were admitted for total laparoscopic hysterectomy were recruited at a university hospital in Gyeonggi-do from June to October 2014. Thirty women were assigned to either the experimental or the control group. Women in the experimental group were provided structured information, which consisted of visual and auditory materials about surgical preparation and process, practical experience on devices such as IV-PCA pump and Inspiro-meter and actual experience on route to go to the operating room. State-anxiety, uncertainty, and blood pressure and pulse rate as biological indicators were measured before and after the intervention to examine the effect. Results: Significant group differences were found on state anxiety, uncertainty, including ambiguity, inconsistency, and unpredictability at the holding area. There was a significant difference on pulse rate in the operating room between the two groups. Conclusion: Findings demonstrated that the structured information provided for women undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy preoperatively was effective on immediate preoperative anxiety and uncertainty. Nurses may contribute to decreasing patients`` anxiety and uncertainty by utilizing this structured information preoperatively.
2019 개정 누리과정 놀이운영 사례집 내 기본움직임 요소 내용분석

본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정집 중 현장 지원자료인 ‘놀이 운영사례집 5권’의 만 3~5세 유아들의 기본움직임기술을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 놀이 운영사례집에 수록된 기본움직임기술 활동을 분석하기 위해 선행연구 고찰과 전문가 심층 면담을 통해 요소를 선정하고, 조작적 정의를 수립하고 이를 토대로 놀이 사례에 포함된 기본움직임기술을 요소와 연령 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 추출된 34가지 기본움직임 기술 중 전문가 심층 면담을 통해 ‘거꾸로 균형’과 ‘시작하기’를 제외하고 총 32개의 기본움직임 요소를 추출하였으며, 분석기준의 모호함을 제거하기 위해 조작적 정의를 재수립하였다. 놀이 운영사례집의 기본움직임기술 분석 결과 만 3~5세 유아들이 습득해야 할 안정성 움직임 기술인 구르기, 균형잡기 등이 모든 연령에서 잘 나타나지 않았다. 이동성 움직임에서는 복합적 요소의 움직임은 거의 나타나지 않았고, 조작적 움직임은 연령에 따른 체계가 없이 나타났다. 따라서, 기본움직임 발달요소는 누리과정의 활동 내에 균형있게 포함되어야 할 필요성이 있고, 특히 물체와 자신의 관계를 탐색하는 복합적 움직임인 이동성, 조작성 움직임을 더 많이 연습할 수 있도록 유아 신체 기본움직임 프로그램이 지원되어야 한다고 사료되기에 누리과정 개편 시 기본움직임기술 요소 활동들을 균형있게 포함하고, 교사들에게 유아기본움직임을 이해할 수 있는 연수를 제공할 필요성이 있다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the foundamental movement skills of infants aged 3 to 5 in the Five Play Operation Cases Collection, an on-site support data among the 2019 revised Nuri coursebooks. In order to analyze the foundamental movement skills activities contained in the play operation casebook, elements were selected through consideration of prior research and in-depth interviews with experts, and manipulation correction was established. Based on this, the foundamental movement skills included in the play case was analyzed according to factors and age. As a result, a total of 32 foundamental movement elements were extracted, excluding reverse balance and start through in-depth expert interviews, and the definition of manipulation was reestablished to eliminate ambiguity in the analysis criteria. As a result of analyzing foundamental movement skills in the play operation casebook, rolling and balancing, which are stability movement techniques that infants aged 3 to 5 should acquire, did not appear well at all ages. In locomotion movements, there was little movement of complex elements, and manipulative movements appeared without a system according to age. Therefore, foundamental movement development elements need to be included in the Nuri course's activities in a balanced locomotion, and teachers need to be trained to understand foundamental movement technology activities when reorganizing the Nuri course.
전통 목구조 팔작지붕 추녀부재의 구조적 보강 특성에 관한 연구

These studies experimentally investigates structural behavior and reinforcing effects by strengthening the Carbon Fiber Bar overhanging length ratio of hip rafter in hipped-and-gabled roof house as follows. 1) As a result of hip rafter member test, it is found that reinforced specimen shows increased yield load by 4.1%~45.8%, and ultimate load than non-reinforced standard specimen depending on the ratio of overhanging length by 0.6%~47.7%. Also, in yield load, based on the ratio of overhanging length increases, load shows decrease of 6.7%~32.2% in standard specimen and of 5.1%~19.7% in reinforced specimen. 2) As a result of comparing standard specimen to reinforced specimen according to the ratio of overhanging length of hip rafter, Ductile Coefficient shows increase in reinforced specimen of Ⅰ-Type (1:1.0) by 17%~26%, but Ductile Coefficient of standard specimen and reinforced specimen in Ⅱ-Type (1:1.2) and Ⅲ-Type (1:1.4) were similar. As a result of experiments and analysis with hip rafter member in traditional wooden structure, proposed retrofitting method with encased Carbon Fiber Bar is more rational than existing reinforcement methods such as slide installation, steel band reinforcement, plastering mud on the ceiling and core load adjustment and putting stone in the inside considering archetype preservation, structural safety and durability of cultural properties.

These studies experimentally investigates flexural behavior and reinforcing effects of sleeper(駕木) member in storied tower house(樓架構) as follows. As a result of sleeper member test, standard sleepers without CFB reinforcement show flexural cracks at the bottom member at the beginning of loading stage and leads 10 fracture. However, reinforced specimens with CFB show initial shrinkage at the upper part of specimen by compression. instead of flexural cracks at the bottom, and finally show compressive failure or fracture after failure of CFB and it proves that reinforcing effects Reinforced specimen showed higher strength in yield strength by 60/0-38%. and ultimate strength by 8%~17%, than standard specimen. This is regarded as strengthening effect of the timber encased strengthened by powerful tensile strength armature. Reinforted specimen shows higher Ductile Coefficient increase of average 152% compared than standard specimens and it proves that higher structural ductility can be expected in reinforced specimens.
비계공사 안전기준 개정에 따른 현장적용 실태에 관한 연구

Scaffolding works are demolished after this structure is completed, and safety accidents often occur because they are installed differently from legal standards or frequently change during work. Therefore, in order to strengthen the safety of scaffolding, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport required a need for design standards for temporary facilities that can systematically prevent and solve large-scale safety accidents that are repeatedly increasing during temporary construction. It has been enacted, and some contents have been revised for the past three years. However, construction site personnel do not know or know the revised matters, but often install scaffolding by the installer's experience rather than complying with relevant laws and regulations. It is the situation that the ground strength test of the foundation ground for the load applied to the floor of the column is omitted in most sites. Therefore, this study grasped the actual situation on the degree of recognition of the revised laws and regulations of the construction site and the foundation-based treatment of the floor working load of the scaffolding column, and derived problems. In addition, we intend to provide reference materials for the endurance test according to the ground conditions to small-scale small sites where it is difficult to conduct the test by carrying out the endurance test of the scaffolding ground according to the revised standards.

A 36-year-old man with a history of Behcet`s syndrome and vascular complications visited the emergency room due to sudden chest pain and dyspnea. He had no coronary risk factors. Electrocardiography showed ST elevations in multiple precordial leads. Echocardiography showed akinesia of the anterior wall, interventricular septum, and apex, with a movable round mass measuring 1.4×1.5 cm in the right atrium. Cardiac computed tomography (CT) suggested the presence of a thrombus in the coronary sinus protruding into the right atrium. Coronary angiography revealed total occlusion with thrombi in the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery. Thrombectomy and stent insertion were performed. After the procedure, the patient was prescribed warfarin. Follow-up CT indicated the disappearance of the thrombi originating from the coronary sinus. (Korean J Med 2012;82:347-351)

Parathyroid carcinoma is a rare disease in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism. We experienced a case of parathyroid carcinoma presenting with hyperparathyroidism. A 62-year-old male patient had hypercalcemia, chronic kidney disease, and an elevated parathyroid hormone level for at least 3 months. An ultrasonogram and parathyroid scan did not show parathyroid neoplasm. He underwent left hemithyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy. Biopsy revealed a parathyroid carcinoma. His azotemia and hypercalcemia improved after surgery. (Korean J Med 2012;83:796-801)
