이혼가족 청소년의 비양육부모와의 관계에 관한 연구

Objective: This study examined the facotrs influencing the relationship of adolescents with non-custodial parent. Specifically, this study focused on the comparative influence of the family function as a factor controlling other factors such as socio-demographic characteristics, beliefs about parental divorce, and social support. Methods: Data were collected from 322 adolescents from divorced families using a structured questionnaire. SPSS 22.0, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression were performed to analyze the data. Results and Conclusion: The results revealed that beliefs about parental divorce, social support, and family function affected the relationship with non-custodial parent. After controlling the influence of other factors, family function was found to have a significant influence on the relationship with non-custodial parents. Based on the results, practical suggestions were provided to enhance the relationship between adolescents and non-custodial parents.

저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 관한 연구

저소득 독거노인들의 삶의 만족과 관련된 어려움이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 본 연구는 고독감, 가족의 지지, 사회적 지지가 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역에 거주하고 있는 저소득 독거노인 300명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석에 활용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 건강상태, 고독감, 가족의 지지, 사회적 지지는 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 유의미한 영향력을 갖고 있었다. 특히 가족의 지지와 사회적 지지는 다른 요인들의 영향력을 통제한 상태에서도 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족에 유의미한 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러 한 연구결과를 바탕으로 저소득 독거노인의 삶의 만족을 증진시키기 위한 방안에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다. The degree of difficulty in low-income elderly people who living alone' life satisfaction is increased. The aim of this study is to find factors affecting the low-income elderly people who living alone' life satisfaction by examining the comparative influence of loneliness, family support, social support. For achieving this purpose, this study analyzed data of 300 low-income elderly people who living alone in Gyeonggi province. Findings of the study identified that the factors affecting the life satisfaction were health status, loneliness, family support, social support. Further, family support and social support had a significant influence on the low-income elderly people who living alone' life satisfaction even after controlling the influences of other factors. On the basis of the results, practical suggestions to increase the life satisfaction of low-income elderly people who living alone were discussed.

여성의 결혼만족도에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 여성의 결혼만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 대표성 있는 자료인 여성가족패널조사자료가 활용되었으며, 선행연구에서 각각 제시된 결혼만족도의 영향요인들을 인구사회학적 특성, 배우자 상호작용 특성, 원가족 상호작용 특성 변인들로 묶어 그 영향력을 포괄적으로 살펴보았다는 점에서 기존의 연구와 차별성을 갖는다. 특히 원가족 상호작용 특성이 다른 변인들을 통제한 후에도 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위해 위계적 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 본 연구에는 3329명의 조사 자료가 사용되었으며, 연구결과 인구사회학적 특성의 영향력을 통제한 후에도 배우자 상호작용 특성은 유의미한 영향력을 가지고 있었다. 또한 인구사회학적인 특성과 배우자 상호작용 특성의 영향력을 통제한 후에도 원가족 상호작용 특성이 결혼만족도에 유의미한 영향력을 갖는다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 여성의 결혼만족도를 높이기 위하여 배우자 상호작용 특성에 중점을 둔 개입을 더욱 확대할 것과 원가족 상호작용 특성에 대한 사회적 개입의 필요성을 제시하고, 다양한 실천적 정책적 서비스를 제안하였다. The aim of this study was to find factors affecting the marital satisfaction of women. Using the first year women`s panel data of Korea Women`s Development Institute, a series of analyses including Hierarchical Multiple Regression were taken to examine the comparative influence of socio-demographic factors, factors of the interaction with spouse and factors of the interaction with family of origin, Findings of hierarchical multiple regression identified that the influence of interaction with spouse was high, and factors of interaction with family of origin had a significant influence on marital satisfaction even after controlling the influences of other factors. According to the results, the necessity for social interventions on factors of interaction with spouse and with her own family of origin were suggested and other suggestions for the practice and policy were discussed.

SNS를 통한 사회적 관계 형성과 청소년의 삶의 만족

청소년들의 삶의 만족도가 매우 낮은 상황에서 SNS 이용 증가로 인한 사회적 관계 형성은 중요해지고 있다는 인식 하에서 본 연구는 SNS를 통해 형성된 교량적 사회적 자본과 결속적 사회적 자본, 실질적 정치사회 참여가 청소년들의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원이 2012년 실시한 2012년 청소년의 소셜미디어 이용실태 데이터 중 주요변수에 모두 응답한 4,708명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 여학생에 비해서 남학생의 삶의 만족이 높고, SNS를 통해 형성된 교량적 사회적 자본과 결속적 사회적 자본, 정치사회참여의 수준이 높을수록 삶의 만족이 증가했으며, 세 변수들의 상대적 영향력은 결속적 사회적 자본, 정치사회참여, 교량적 사회적 자본의 순으로 더 큰 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 삶의 만족도를 증가시키기 위한 논의가 이루어졌다. The degree of adolescents' life satisfaction is very low and the formation of social relationship through SNS is getting important to adolescents. This study aimed to examine if bridging social capital and bonding social capital through SNS and political-social participation affect the life satisfaction of adolescents. Using 2012 Adolescents Social Media Usage Survey of National Youth Policy Institute, this study analyzed 4708 data by Multiple Regression. The results showed that the life satisfaction of male adolescents was higher than that of female adolescents. And the higher the level of bridging social capital and bonding social capital through SNS and political-social participation was, the higher the level of adolescents' life satisfaction. On the basis of the results, practical suggestions to increase the life satisfaction of adolescents were discussed.

Enterovirus 71에 의한 급성 파종성 뇌척수염 1례

본 저자들은 상기도 감염 후 발열과 배뇨곤란, 하지의 근력저하를 주소로 내원한 7세 환아에서, 급성 횡단성 척수염 증상으로 시작하여 의식 변화와 호흡부전의 급성 파종성 뇌척수염으로 진행한 1례에서 enterovirus 71을 증명하고 고용량 methylprednisolone 정주 후 증상의 호전을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Acute transverse myelitis is a focal inflammatory disorder of the spinal cord, resulting in motor, sensory, and autonomic dysfunction which would be the initial manifestation of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis. A 7-year-old boy developed weakness of lower extremities associated with dizziness and urinary dysfunction after upper respiratory infection. He showed gradual decreased mental status with respiratory difficulty. Spinal MRI showed diffuse spinal cord swelling from C3 to C7 levels with high signal intensity lesion on T2-weighted image, which is involved central gray matter of spinal cord from C3 to C7, proximal portion to cervicomedullary junction, and distal portion to the cornus medullaris. After the supplement of high dose intravenous methylprednisolone therapy with ventilator care, he showed gradual improvement. The brain MRI after extubation showed multifocal high signal intensity lesions in bilateral cerebral white matter on axial T2-weighted image. Immunoserologic test(neutral antibody test) for enterovirus 71 was positive. Dysfunction of the bladder lasted for 33 days. We report a case of transverse myelitis which progressed to acute disseminated encephalomyelitis by enterovirus 71 in a 7-year-old boy with related literatures.
