        페이지-서버 객체지향 DBMS에서의 PLT를 이용한 회복기법

        기존의 데이터베이스관리시스템(Database Management System : DBMS)은 대부분 메인 프레임 컴퓨터 이상의 컴퓨터와 같은 강력한 컴퓨터에 설치되고, 이 컴퓨터에 터미널을 연결하여 운용하는 방식이 대부분이었다. 최근 들어 저렴하고 강력한 워크스테이션과 초고속의 통신장비 등장으로 클라이언트-서버 DBMS구조는 많은 사람들에 의해서 연구되고 있다. 그러나. 클라이언트-서버 DBMS의 고장회복에 관한 연구는 아직까지 깊이 있게 연구되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 클라이언트-서버 환경 중 페이지-서버 환경의 회복기법에 관해서 논한다. 제한된 기법은 서버파손이 발생할 경우 페이지별로 로그일련번호 부여로 신속히 회복을 수행할 수 있고, 클라이언트에서 철회동작을 수행함으로써 시스템 병렬성을 사용하였다. 그리고 기존의 방법과 달리 재수행 로그레코드만을 서버로 전송하므로 WAL(Write Ahead log) 규약을 위한 오버헤드가 감소되었다. Recently, with a drop in memory chip price and rapid development of mass storage memory chip technology, research on client-server Database Management Systems has gained wide attention. This Paper discusses the recovery technique in a page-server OODBMS environment. Although most researchers have studied client-server systems, the recovery technique has been a poor researches. In this paper, client transfers only the completed log records to the server and resolves the problems in the current recovery techniques. In addition, the server manages only the execution of completed log records suggesting a simple recover algorithm, Client uses system concurrency, fully, by acting to abort actions and it suggests a page unit recovery technique to reduce time that is required in the whole database.

      • 범죄조직과 테러단체의 연계가능성과 그 의미에 관한 고찰

        오늘날 테러자금의 확보?종교적 동기·훈련된 조직원의 편리성 등으로 테러단체와 범죄조직의 연계는 더욱 더 크질 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 그만큼 테러단체인지의 판단여부는 어려워질 것이다. 국회에 제출된 법률안 중 국가정보원이 주축이 되어 마련된 `테러방지법안`(이하 은제2조 제2호에서 테러단체라 함은 그 설립목적의 여하를 불문하고 그 구성원이 지속적으로 테러를 행하는 국내외의 결사 또는 집단을 말한다고, 17대 국회에서 조성태의원 등이 발의한 `테러방지 및 피해보전 등에 관한 법률안은 제2조 제2호에서 테러단체라 함은 테러의 준비·선전·선동 또는 실행 등과 관련된 단체로서 UN에서 테러단체로 지정한 단체 및 테러와 관련하여 이 단체를 지원하거나 이 단체로부터 지원을 받는 국내외의 결사 또는 집단을 말한다고, 최근에 18대 국회에서 공성진의원 등이 발의한 `국가 대테러활동에 관한 기본법안`은 2조 제2호에서 테러단체라 함은 테러를 목적으로 하는 국내외의 결사 또는 집단으로서 UN에서 테러단체로 지정한 단체와 국가테러대책회의에서 심의·의결한 단체에 따라 지정된 단체 및 이러한 단체를 지원하거나 지원을 받는 단체를 말한다고 규정하고 있다. 국회에 제출된 법률안들을 기준으로 살펴보면, UN에서 테러단체로 지정한 단체와 국가테러대책회의에서 심의·의결한 단체 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 단체를 지원하거나 지원을 받는 단체도 테러단체로 파악하기에, 심의·의결하여 테러단체로 지정하는 것은 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 그러한 면에서 국내외 범죄조직과 테러단체에 대한 정확한 정보와 그에 대한 분석이 필요하며, 이를 기초로 테러단체의 범위를 구체적으로 정할 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 이러한 정보의 수집·분석과 이를 통한 테러단체의 지정과 관련하여, 국가기관을 유기적으로 총괄·조정하는 기관이 필요하다고 생각하며, 아울러 이를 뒷받침 할 테러방지법의 제정이 이루어져야 한다고 생각한다. Today it comes to conclusion that it increases connection of a terror group and a criminal syndicate by means of guarantee of terror-funds, religious movements and convenience of trained gangster. Then it is difficult for us to know whether they are a terror group. A government measure bill, Sung-Tae Jo`s bill and Sung-Jin Gong`s bill at National Assembly stipulate a group designated as terror groups by UN, a group considered and decided by National Terrorism Measure Assembly as terror groups UN have not stipulated explicitly and we don`t have a concrete standard about a group considered and decided by National Terrorism Measure Assembly in those bills Not to decide concretely about ranges of a terror group have many places to infringe human-rights because scopes of a terror group are ambiguous. Looking bill submitted at National Assembly, we have a importance meaning to appoint as terror groups that support or supported as well as a group designated as terror groups by UN, a group considered and decided by National Terrorism Measure Assembly Consequently, we need correct information and analysis of a internal and external criminal syndicate and a terror group and must find a resolution to decide ranges of a terror group concretely on basis of them. Therefore I think that we need organization that control systematically and must legislate supporting Anti-terrorism law in connection with collection and analysis of correct information and appointment of terror groups.

        전자상거래의 물류아웃소싱 결정요인 분석

        E-Commerce has been one of the buzzword of the last year. Analysts as well as Researcher predicted enormous changes in the competitive landscape of whole industries, causing an as yet unwitnessed surge in stock prices of companies in the New Economy. But today`s, the dust has settled and many of the promising new e-commerce companies have failed or are struggling for economical survival. The failure of so many companies in e-commerce can be in part accounted for by the neglect of logistics as a key factor of success, implying a prominent role for companies specializing in the logistics segment. So, logistics service are confronted with changes in their respective market environments. The primary purpose of this study was to make an empirical analysis of what effect logistics function in the e-commerce recognized as one of the important determinants of international competitiveness had on the economic performance of the firm. In summary, if the transaction cost were minimized, the logistics outsourcing could be effective logistics structure in e-commerce. So, E-Commerce companies in korea make an effort transaction cost reduction activities at the electronic markets between two parties.

        치안활동을 위한 군병력동원의 위헌여부에 관한 고찰

        치안활동을 위한 군병력동원의 위헌여부와 관련하여, 군병력 출동과 관련된 개별법률과 법률안들을 살펴보면, 먼저 한시적으로 적용되었던 ‘G20 정상회의 경호안전을 위한 특별법’ 제9조는 통제단장이 경호안전 목적달성을 위하여 필요한 경우, 경찰청장 등 경호안전 관련 기관의 장과 협의하여 필요한 인력을 배치할 수 있도록 규정하고 있는데, 군을 경호안전 관련 기관으로 이해할 수는 없기에 동법은 군병력의 치안활동과 관련한 법적근거로 이해할 수 없겠다. 또한 통합방위법에 대해서는 ‘적의 침투ㆍ도발이나 그 위협에 대한 대응’을 목적으로 하고 있기에, 대테러활동 등 치안활동을 위한 군병력출동의 법적근거로 이해하기에는 힘들다고 생각한다. 그리고 국회에 제출된 테러방지법안들과 관련하여, 먼저 군병력으로 이루어진 대테러특공대의 출동에 대해서는 국방부장관이 지정 또는 설치한 대테러특공대의 출동은 헌법상의 계엄에 의하지 않고 군병력이 동원됨으로 위헌의 소지가 있다. 대테러특공대는 대테러활동에 전문적으로 훈련되어진 병력이기에, 일반군인들이 대테러 등 치안활동에 투입되는 것보다는 인권침해의 소지가 크게 줄어들 수 있지만, 입헌론적으로 헌법개정을 통하여 대테러활동과 관련하여 전문적으로 훈련되어진 특수부대의 투입이 가능하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. As for the anti-terrorism bills, which were submitted to the National Assembly, the mobilization of anti-terrorism commando, which was designated or established by the National Defense Minister, is mobilized the military troops without being based on marital law in light of the constitutional law, thereby possibly violating the constitution, first of all, with regards to mobilization of anti-terrorism commando, which was formed with military troops. The anti-terrorism commando is the military force, which was trained professionally for the anti-terrorism activity. Thus, the violation of human rights may be greatly reduced rather than what general soldiers are putted in the public-order activity such as anti-terrorism. However, it is thought to be desirable to make it possible for the input of special forces, which were trained professionally in relation to anti-terrorism activity, through constitutionally revising the constitutional law. As for the provision of ‘support for military troops’ in the anti-terrorism bill, what is a case that the nation’s important facilities and multi-use facilities are difficult to be protected from terror with the anti-terrorism commando and police force needs to be constitutionally regarded as resulting in reaching the level enough to correspond to ‘a state of national emergency equivalent to wartimeㆍincident.’ Thus, enacting the future anti-terrorism law, it is thought to be unnecessary for having the provision of ‘support for military troops’ with receiving criticism obstinately for possibly violating the constitution.

        도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법의 개선방안

        The purpose of this study is to seek a method to procure city competitiveness through normalization of currently suspended businesses and to restore the public character of the urban regeneration business that had been distorted in the past. In order to achieve such objective, this study reviewed the essence of urban regeneration and change of related laws. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that the current legal system does not conform to the achievement of the natural objective of urban regeneration, which is the restoration of urban function and procurement of public character. In addition, the problems raised and self-reflection on urban regeneration, such as the fact that most urban regeneration business have its objective to improve residential environment, development is selected as the specific implementation method after total demolition, and maintenance business is implemented based only on profitability irrelevant to the coarseness of residential environment or deterioration of existing buildings, gave rise to the necessity of finally organizing existing laws related to urban regeneration. Thus, laws relating to urban regeneration should be equipped with a system, having the Urban Regeneration Framework Act as the higher law, the Urban and Living Environment Improvement Act as the business law, and the Act on the Promotion and Support of Urban Regeneration as the assisting law, in order to systemize laws relating to urban regeneration that are scattered through several laws and also to efficiently operate budget, organization, and information so that the national government, local government, and private sector may mutually cooperate to conduct the urban regeneration business, which is currently being implemented by each division in an unplanned manner. This study recognizes the lack of profitability replacement and publicity recovery of an urban regeneration project as the priority task for the continuous promotion of the urban regeneration project, and the local government’s plan for financial aid in the areas of demolition and relocation measures on which the conflicts between residents. a TIF model using the special account of the urban regeneration project and regional development fund was drawn for the urban regeneration project activation areas provided by the current Special Act on the Promotion of Urban Regeneration and Assistance. System improvement were suggested in order to install and operate the special account of the urban regeneration project provided by the Special Act and organically connect the revitalization plan for the urban regeneration project with the strategic plan.

        The international community is facing an era of SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals). The Sustainable Development Goals is of global human well-being and to resolve remaining problems of poverty and hunger to improve the quality of life established on the common goal of the international community. 17 Goals and 169 Target for Sustainable Development Goals are issues of poverty in developing countries concentrates on developing the agricultural sector as a way for developing countries. Agriculture is the biggest influence on economic growth in developing countries as part of twin goals of development, agricultural productivity and rural areas is set. Such environmental change has pursued the nation is in the international agricultural development cooperation is a new paradigm should establish a measure that can adapt to change. I have been pushed forward with our country reviewed, the problems of the international agriculture development cooperation should be derived and mid and long term development cooperation is improved agenda to be achieved. In this study for sustainable development goals and international agricultural development to link cooperation in our country seek to going to present and the future tasks.

        청주국제공항의 항공수출물류거점방안 및 개선과제

        Logistics is defined as the economic activity that creates the time and space values of the goods. Logistics activities are a comprehensive system of organizing the phase-in activities of transport, storage, unloading, packaging and logistics information into activities that are used to maximize its effectiveness and enhance its internal value. In particular, the change in transport mode was a major factor in strengthening logistics competitiveness. Air logistics is a concept that connects freight services and logistics services using aircraft and airports, and is rapidly gaining share of the logistics market along with shipping logistics in modern society. Today, the nation’s air logistics sector has been focused and managed at the hub of Incheon International Airport. Under the new international trade environment, however, the development and utilization of air logistics is becoming a crucial task to enhance the competitiveness of the nation`s logistics industry. This change will require the aviation logistics sector to seek more diverse and systematic strategies and management measures. Accordingly, this research aims to devise ways to utilize the air distribution hub at Cheongju International Airport and to present improvement tasks.
