        대학생 학업적응도 검사도구 개발을 위한 기초연구

        This study was to develop a tool to measure academic adjustment, which is an important factor of university life success, and to develop a tool to measure academic adjustment of university students. As part of the basic research for the development of academic adaptation measurement tools for university students, the questions and factors related to academic adaptation were derived through literature review and basic survey. This study used data of 293 university students located in Yeongnam area as the analysis target. As a result of conducting exploratory factor analysis to derive academic adaptation factors of university students, 7 factors were extracted as sub-factors of academic adaptation scale of university students, and 44 items were selected. The sub-factors of academic adaptation of college students were school satisfaction, goal setting, self-confidence, efficacy, learning strategy, metacognition, and stress.,As a result of reliability verification on 7 factors, Cronbach’α coefficient was .756~.909, which was very good.,As a result of analyzing the correlation between the factors related to academic adaptation, the correlation coefficient between the sub-factors was significantly high, .238~.656. These results suggest that academic, psychological, and school factors of university students can predict college students' academic adjustment well.,Therefore, the factors related to academic adaptation derived from this study can be used as an important tool to resolve conflicts about academic elements of college students.

        대학생의 핵심역량과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로동기의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is twofold: to investigate the role of career motivation as a mediator in the relationship between core competencies and career behavior; and to gain a better understanding on career education in university. Data was collected from 230 university students enrolled at K University. SPSS 26.0 was used to examine the correlation between each variable, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect of core competencies on career preparation behavior. The Baron and Kenny method (specifically, three-stage mediating regression analysis) was conducted to verify the mediating effect of career motivation. Model 4 (among the models presented in PROCESS Macro 4.0) was further used to confirm the significance of the indirect effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that core competencies had a significant positive effect on career preparation behavior. The mediating effect of career motivation is significant in the relationship between core competencies and career preparation behaviors. Results are discussed along with implications of the present study and suggestions for the effective career support for university students. 이 연구는 대학생의 핵심역량이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 진로동기의 매개효과를 확인하고, 대학의 진로교육에서 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 지방소재 K대학 학생 230명의 응답자료를 바탕으로 대학생의 핵심역량과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로동기의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 각 변인 간의 상관관계 분석을 실시하고, 핵심역량이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 진로동기의 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron와 Kenny의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하고, PROCESS Macro 4.0에서 제시한 모형 중 model 4를 이용하여 독립변인과 종속변인간의 간접효과의 유의성을 확인하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 각 변인 간 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 핵심역량이 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 핵심역량과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로동기의 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며, 매개효과에 대한 유의성 검증 결과 모든 변인에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생을 위한 효과적인 진로교육을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

        교사 리드형 관리역량 척도개발 및 타당화

        The purpose of this study was to develop the Teacher Management Scale based upon the Glasser’s Choice Theory and to examine the factor structure, the validity and reliability of the scale. For this purpose 85 preliminary items were developed based upon the literature on Glasser’s Quality School Model. To verify the content validity, 8 experts rated those items and eliminated 20 items. The 65 items were administered to a sample of 223 teachers in Young-Nam area and analyzed, and resulted in 54 items. And the scale consisting of 54 items was administered to a sample of 303 teachers. Through descriptive statistics and factor analysis 21 items of 7 factors were extracted. Factor 1 implies ‘pursuit of quality life’, factor 2 ‘trust in students’, factor 3 ‘emphasis upon we’, factor 4 ‘self-evaluation’, factor 5 ‘modeling’, factor 6 ‘goal awareness’, and factor 7 ‘exploration of the wants’. Each factor contains 3 items. Factor analysis showed evidence of construct validity of the scale. To verify the construct validity an confirmatory factor analysis was performed. It was confirmed that factor structure was suitable because it had a good fit indices. To verify the convergent validity of the developed scale, teacher efficacy scale and subjective happiness scale were administered. It was also found that the Teacher Lead Management Scale scores positively and significantly correlated with teacher efficacy, subjective happiness, meaning that it has convergence validity. Internal consistency(Cronbach’s α) for total score was .95 and the range of Cronbach’s α’s for 7 factors was from .77 to .85. Finally, based on the study results, the limitations of the study and the implications for practical use of the scale were discussed. 본 연구에서는 교사들을 대상으로 Glasser(1990)의 리드형 관리 수준을 측정하기 위한 교사 리드형 관리역량 척도를 개발하고, 척도의 요인구조 및 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 Glasser(1998)의 선택이론 및 그가 주장한 좋은 학교와 관련된 선행연구와 문헌을 고찰하여 85문항의 기초문항을 작성하여 교육학 전문가 8명에게 내용타당도를 검증받아 65문항의 1차 예비척도를 제작하였다. 이를 영남지역에 근무하는 초․중․고 교사 223명으로부터 자료를 수집․분석하여 54문항의 2차 예비척도를 제작하였다. 이를 초․중․고 교사 303명으로부터 자료를 수집하여 요인분석 등의 방법을 통해 최종적으로 7요인 21문항으로 구성된 교사 리드형 관리 척도를 개발하였다. 요인 1은 삶의 방향성 추구, 요인 2는 학생에 대한 믿음, 요인 3은 우리의 강조, 요인 4는 자기평가 촉진, 요인 5는 모델링, 요인 6은 목표인식, 요인 7은 바람탐색으로 명명하였고, 각 요인별로 3문항씩 추출되었다. 타당도 검증을 위해 실시한 확인적 요인분석의 결과에서 적합도 지수가 양호하게 나타나 본 검사의 요인구조가 적합한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 교사 리드형 관리역량 척도와 교사효능감 척도, 주관적 행복 척도와의 상관을 살펴보았는데, 통계적으로 유의한 정적상관을 보임으로써 수렴타당도도 양호한 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 교사 리드형 관리역량 척도의 전체 문항에 대한 Cronbach's α값은 .95이고, 하위요인별 Cronbach's α값은 .77∼.85로 나타나 신뢰도 또한 양호한 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서 개발한 척도의 활용방법 및 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구 과제를 논의하였다.

        An optimization-based planning of investment strategies for a renewable energy supply system from biomass utilization

        A strategic investment plan to establish renewable energy source (RES) systems plays an important role in various decision-making processes, from a stakeholder in business purposes to a policy maker for public benefits. In this study, we have developed a new optimization model to establish efficient investment strategies to design and operate a biomass to hydrogen (B2H2) system, which includes the features of RES (e.g., intermittent availability) and RES technologies (e.g., low conversion efficiency) along with various external factors on energy economy (energy price fluctuation and demand uncertainty). As a result, we identified the optimal long-term plan of investment strategy including timing, utilized amount, and capacity of facilities. In addition, we performed an economic sensitivity analysis for major parameters and evaluated a sustainability of the B2H2 system using additional metrics such as energy security and environmental protection.

        역량기반 진로교과목이 대학생의 진로준비행동과 진로동기에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 역량기반 진로교과목이 대학생의 진로준비행동과 진로동기에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생 162명을 대상으로 핵심역량 수준에 따라 두 집단으로 나누고 진로준비행동과 진로동기 검사를 사전, 사후로 실시하였고 집단 간 효과 차이를 분석하기 위하여 다변량분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 역량기반 진로교과목을 수강한 대학생의 진로준비행동과 진로동기는 측정시기와 핵심역량 수준에 따라 유의한 변화가 나타났으나 측정시기와 핵심역랑 수준의 상호작용효과는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 역량기반 진로교과목이 대학생의 진로준비행동과 진로동기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 의미하며, 핵심역량수준이 높고 낮음에 상관없이 진로준비행동과 진로동기 향상에 도움이 됨을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of competency-based career courses on university students’ career preparation behavior and career motivation. 162 university students were divided into two groups according to their core competency level, and pre and post test of career preparation behavior and career motivation were conducted. The differences in effects between groups were analyzed using MANOVA. As a result of the study, the career preparation behavior and career motivation of university students who took competency-based career courses showed significant changes depending on the measurement time and core competency level, but the interaction effect between the measurement time and core competency level was not significant. This result indicates that competency-based career courses have a significant effect on university students’ career preparation behavior and career motivation, suggesting that they are helpful in improving career preparation behavior and career motivation regardless of the high and low core competency level.

        대학생의 자기주도학습능력이 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향에서 진로적응성의 조절효과

        The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effect of career adaptability in the effect of university students' self-directed learning ability on creative convergence competency. To achieve the purpose of this study, 172 university students were surveyed on self-directed learning ability, career adaptability, and creative convergence competency. The research method conducted multiple regression analysis to find out the effect of self-directed learning ability and career adaptability on creative convergence competency, and then used PROCESS Macro V3.5 Model 1 to verify the moderating effect of career adaptability, and Bootstrapping to analyze statistical significance. The results of the study are first, it was found that university students' self-directed learning ability and career adaptability had a significant effect on their creative convergence competency. Second, it was found that career adaptability controls the effect of self-directed learning ability on creative convergence competency. The results of this study suggest that educational efforts are needed not only to improve university students' creative convergence competency but also to help university students adapt well to the changing career environment.
