      • VoC 분석을 통한 차량 내비게이션 사용성 및 감성 평가 항목 개발

        Navigation plays an essential and important role in overall vehicle use because the vehicle driving experience is directly related to the navigation experience. The process of usability evaluation is essential to improve the quality of use of navigation. In addition, it is necessary to define items for emotional quality in order to include the satisfaction of the entire customer from a convergence perspective beyond the basically required functional satisfaction. Based on this, this study intends to present items for evaluating navigation usability and emotional quality. In this study, the social voice of customer (VoC) data of navigation real users was analyzed using opinion mining, an emotion analysis technique, and frequency analysis by classification was conducted to weight the evaluation model derived accordingly. In addition, major evaluation factors for each positive and negative situation were presented through adjective analysis, positive and negative frequency analysis to understand the frequency of emotions expressed through the users experience using navigation.

      • 텍스트 마이닝 분석 방법을 통한 내비게이션 VoC 주요 키워드 분석

        본 연구에서는 2020~2023 년 4 개년간 현대오토에버 내부 VoC(Voice of Customer) 수집 자동화 시스템을 이용해서 수집된 차량용 내비게이션 VoC 를 활용하여 텍스트 마이닝 방법을 통해 빈도수가 높은 주요 키워드를 추출하고 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 내비게이션 관련 VoC 비정형 데이터를 어떻게 정형화하여 분석하고 사용자 관점의 개선을 위한 목표를 설정할 수 있는지에 대한 접근 방식을 제시하는 데에 목표가 있다. 본 연구에서 활용된 텍스트 마이닝 방법론으로 데이터를 직관적으로 변환하여 전달할 수 있는 TOP-N 과 워드클라우드 방식을 채택했으며, 4 개년 공통 빈출 키워드를 도출하고 전문가 관점에서 VoC 를 대입, 해석하여 추후 내비게이션 설계의 개선 방향성을 모색하였다. 추가적인 실증적 연구를 통한 보완으로 축적되는 VoC 에서 고객의 요구를 식별하는 방법을 적용하여 사용자 친화적인 내비게이션 설계에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        제조기업 종업원의 내부서비스품질이 직무몰입과 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - S사를 중심으로

          최근 기업의 가장 중요한 화두는 고객만족경영이라고 볼 수 있다. 특히 내부고객의 만족이야말로 외부고객의 만족도는 물론이고, 기업의 성과에도 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나고 있다.<BR>  제조업의 경우 기업 내에서 비록 외부고객과 직접적인 접촉은 하지 않더라고 대다수의 종업원들은 외부고객에게 제공되는 서비스의 품질에 간접적으로 영향을 끼칠 수밖에 없게 된다. 종업원들이 어떠한 내부서비스품질을 제공받는지가 그들의 업무수행과 관련된 만족에 영향을 미치게 되며, 이는 궁극적으로 그들의 수행하는 외부서비스의 품질에 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 이러한 관점에서 본다면 내부고객에게 제공되는 내부서비스품질은 조직몰입은 물론 기업의 성과향상을 위해 매우 중요한 요인이 된다.<BR>  본 논문에서는 제조업의 종업원들을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 내부서비스품질이 조직몰입에 얼마나 영향을 주며, 조직몰입은 기업성과와 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고자 한다.<BR>  따라서 전반적 내부서비스품질 요인들 중 보다 영향력이 큰 요인을 찾아봄으로써 내부고객만족도를 높이는 방안을 제시하고 조직의 발전과 성과향상을 도모하고자 한다.   Customer satisfaction management has been aggressively introduced and executed in all organizations in a global scale due to the diversified customer demands, drastic changes of technology, and increased competition. This is also regarded as the most important issue in corporation management activity, which has facilitated positive study concerning customer satisfaction.<BR>  Among them, especially the necessity of satisfying internal customers should be considered in order to reconsider the service quality, which increases the importance of internal service quality for internal customer satisfaction. Heskett, Sasser and Schlesinger(1997) defined internal service quality as "the attitude the people have toward one another and the way the people within the organization provide." They also stated that the basic premise of satisfaction in the relation between the accurate understanding of internal customer service and the internal organization, and that the internal service quality is not satisfactory, external customers either may not be satisfied with the service provided, which can have huge influence on customer preference and thus profit and loss of the corporation.<BR>  As for manufacturing companies, although the internal staff may not contact directly with external customers, the majority of employees, by any means, should affect the service quality indirectly. The specific aspects regarding what kind of internal service quality the employees are provided may affect their performance and related satisfaction, which ultimately affects the external service quality provided by the very employees(Kang Kidu, 2005). In this perspective, internal service quality provided to the internal customers is a crucial factor not only for organizational commitment but also for achievement improvement of a corporation.<BR>  Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the extent of employees" satisfaction with the service quality and examine the effect of this value on organizational commitment and firm performance. This study has proceeded as follows: First, by investigating the previous studies, the conceptions of internal service quality, organizational commitment and firm performance will be defined and related research will be examined. Second, based on the verification analysis among manufacturing companies" employees, the effect of internal service quality on organizational commitment and the relation between organizational commitment and firm performance will be considered. Third, by verifying more effective factors among the general internal service quality elements, methods to improve internal customer satisfaction will be presented; and accordingly, how to promote the development and improve performance of firms will be pursued.

        양생측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 재검증 -전북지역 노인을 중심으로-

        The objective of this study is to present basic data for producing tools to measure Yangseng of the elderly aged older than 65 by reassessing the validity and reliability of such tools already developed. In the present study, total 855 subjects were divided into 4 groups and given 31 question for the ultimate factor analysis of each item. The results cloud be summarized as follows: 1. In case of 'don't have sex in drunken state or right after dinner'(the 31st item of sex live yangseng). factor loading came out proportionally in 3 factors such as factor 4=0.358, factor 5=0.389 and factor 6=0.386. As they all failed to reach the general standard of 0.5 or more and even the minimum standard of 0.4 or more, the 31st item was deleted from the questionnaires. 2. From the factor analysis after exclusion of the 31st item, factor loading of the 25th item of sleep yangseng 'go to bed and get up regularly' appeared to be proportional in 2 factor(factor 4=0.393 and factor 7=0.373). Since it was shown that the 25th item could not be classified into a category but interacted with others in common and didn't satisfy the minimum standard of 0.4, it was deleted form the questionnaires, too. 3. From the factor analysis conducted after excluding the item numbers 31 and 25, factor loading of the 12th item of diet yangseng 'do not eat much' turned out to be relatively high with such values as factor 5=0.518 and factor 3=0.453. As it was, however, tied up with the factor of exercise yangseng, it was also deleted. In conclusion, 28 items after excluding the item numbers 12, 25 and 31 form 4 group showed the same results as divided into 8 factor with high grade of reliability and validity, evidencing the assumption that they can be employed practically to measure yangseng of the elderly aged 65 and oder.

        산업장 근로자의 직종별 생활습관과 스트레스의 평가

        This study was conducted to evaluated the degree of job-related life style and stress of industrial workers to present fundamental materials of preventive oriental medicine. The medical examination with oriental medicine method was performed from October 14 to November 1, 2002 for the 474 industrial workers and general characters, life style and Psychosocial Well-being Index(PWI) were collected by using self-recording type questionnaire. The results were as follows; 1) All 474 of subjects were male, job type was distributed into technician, 37.8% of them, white collar worker, blue collar worker, research worker in an orderly fashion. 2) As a result of comparison between the job types in general characters, research worker group was the highest in education level, above 10 years group in employee duration and 1.5-2.99 million won group in monthly income was the largest group in all job type and the distribution was significantly different. 3) Analyzing the difference in life style according to the job type shows that significantly highest prevalence of drinking alcohol was found in blue collar workers, they drank alcohol 2-4 times a week and that workers did not smoke in all group of job type and the prevalence of exercise was significantly high in less than 1 time a week. 4) Analyzing the difference in the degree of stress according to the job type shows that blue collar worker group had the highest score in Factor 1, Factor 4 fields, technician group had the highest score in Factor 2 field and the differences were significant. Considering above results, the present study shows that there are difference in life style and stress according to the job type in industrial workers and that health management according to job type must be required to improve health condition and to prevent disease of industrial workers in the future.

        산업장 근로자의 주관적 건강인식에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

        This study tried to analyze influencing factors on self-perceived health status(SPHS) of labors in workplace. and suggested the preventive oriental medicine approaches in occupational health care. 914 data for research were collected through the process of oriental health examination with questionnaire in workplace and collected data were analyzed with frequency, homogeneity and correlation statistically. The results were as follows : 1) The distributions of SPHS was 58.4% of healthy group. 41.6% of unhealthy group. 2) For the difference of SPHS by stress, the high level stress group was more included in healthy group(p<0.05). 3. For the difference of SPHS by health behavior. the higher score of health behavior group was more included in healthy group. There was statistically significant difference of SPHS in physical exercise, but not in smoking, drinking, sleeping and body mass index. 4. For the difference of SPHS by the latest health examination results, non-disease group was more included in healthy group, while disease group was more included in unhealthy group. From the above results, SPHS was influenced by stress, health behavior, the latest health examination results. Therefore oriental medical service for occupational health must be interested in the these influencing factors and make an effort to change their perception of health as well as physical improvement.

        사업장(事業場) 근로자(勤勞者)의 사상체질(四象體質)과 생활습관(生活習慣)에 따른 스트레스의 평가(評價)

        This study tried to evaluate the difference of stress degree by Sasang constitution and lifestyle for workplace labors, and suggested the preventive oriental medicine approaches in occupational health area. 479 data for research were collected through the process of oriental health examination with questionnaire in workplace, and collected data were analyzed with frequency, crosstab, and Two-Way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1) All subjects, total 479 were men, and constitutional distributions were 39.2% of Taeumin, 32.4% of Soumin, and 28.4% of Soyangin. The distributions of stress score were 13.2% of normal group, 13.4% of high risk group, and 73.5% of potential risk group. 2) There were no statistically significant differences for stress by constitution(p=0.085). By the results of optimal scaling and homogeneity analysis, Soyangin was close to potential risk group compared to other constitution, and Soumin and Taeumin were close to high risk and normal group, respectively. 3) For the difference of stress score by Sasang constitution and lifestyle, Soumin who exercised nearly everyday had the highest stress score with interaction in Factor 4 area(p<0.05), and there was no interaction in other area. 4) For the difference of PWI score by lifestyle, there were statistically significant differences for drinking(p<0.01), smoking(p<0.01), and obesity index(p<0.01)
