상례ㆍ제례에 관한 연구 – 현행 가정의례법령을 중심으로

This study examines the pattern of changes in the funeral rites·ancestral memorial rites as stipulated in the current family rites Act and seeks to study the presentation of problems and securing effectiveness. Acts and subordinate statutes such as "Act on family rite establishment and related assistance" were enacted with the aim of rationalizing the ritual procedures of funeral rites related to the ancestral memorial rites and supporting and coordinating projects and activities for the dissemination and settlement of sound family rites to eliminate the ostentation and create a sound social atmosphere. In order to realize the true meaning of family rites the "General standards for sound family rites" were set to be solemn and simple in the process of family rites, and the government officials, employees of public institutions, organizations, and social leaders were required to take the initiative and follow the example. However, looking at the changes since the family rites Act 1969, there are regulations on gender discrimination that undermine the realization of gender equality, and the progress of education for the spread and settlement of the family rites Act has been limited in effectiveness due th lack of punishment provisions for educational institutions of all levels, In particular, even in the "Process to train funeral director" which is operated under the national qualification system, there is a lack of education on family rituals. Therefore, through this study, we intend to provide a basis for practice and developmental discussions consistent with the objectives of the establishment of laws and systems. 본 연구는 현행 가정의례법령에서 규정한 상례ㆍ제례에 관한 변화양상을 살펴보고 문제점의 제시와 실효성 확보를 연구하고자 한다. 상례ㆍ제례와 관련된 가정의례의 의식절차를 합리화하고 건전한 가정의례의 보급 및 정착을 위한 사업과 활동을 지원ㆍ조장하여 허례허식을 없애고 건전한 사회 기풍을 조성하는 것을 목적으로「건전가정의례의 정착 및 지원에 관한 법률」과 동법 시행령이 제정되었다. 이에 모든 국민이 가정의례의 참뜻을 구현할 수 있도록 가정의례의 의식절차를 엄숙하고 간소하게 행하 「건전가정의례준칙」을 정하였으며, 공무원, 공공기관ㆍ단체의 임직원 및 사회 지도층에 있는 자는 솔선하여 모범적으로 지키도록 규정하고 있다. 그러나 1969년 제정된 가정의례준칙에 관한 법률 이후의 변화를 살펴보면, 양성평등 실현을 훼손하는 남녀차별적인 요소의 규정이 있으며, 가정의례법의 확산과 정착을 위한 교육의 진행은 각급 교육기관에 관한 처벌규정이 없어 실효성이 제한되어 왔다. 특히 국가자격제도로 운영 중인 ‘장례지도사 양성과정’에서도 가정의례에 관한 교육이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해서 상례·제례에 관한 가정의례법과 제도의 설치목적에 부합한 발전적 논의의 기초를 제시하고자 한다.

Factors Associated with Vitamin D Deficiency Among High School Students: Data from the Korean National Health andNutrition Examination Survey V-Ⅵ (2010-2015)Mira Jung, Yeongmi Ha, Seungkyoung Yang,Jeongeui Cho, Yeojoo Chae, & Sangmi Han Abstract: In this study was to identify factors affecting vitamin D deficiency among high school students aged 16-18 through the 5th and 6th National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. As for the research method, 16,418 people who measured vitamin D were selected from a total of 53,829 subjects who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Survey from 2010 to 2015, and a total of 326 people excluding missing values were finally analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The content of this study was to investigate the factors affecting vitamin D deficiency by examining the relationship between demographic and socioeconomic characteristics by age and vitamin D deficiency among high school students aged 16-18 through the 5th and 6th National Health and Nutrition Survey. Confirmed. According to the results of this study, only high school students' vigorous physical activity was found to be a factor influencing vitamin D deficiency. High school students who engaged in vigorous physical activity were found to have a 0.51 times lower risk of developing vitamin D deficiency than those who did not. In order to solve the vitamin D deficiency in high school students, it is necessary to increase the physical activity practice rate at school and develop a program to strengthen moderate or more vigorous physical activity and engage in regular physical activity. 젠더연구(gender studies)의 교육과정화에 대한 연구

이 연구는 최근 등장하고 있는 남성학과 여성학의 통합적 접근을 통하여, 젠더연구의 교육과정화를 시도함이 그 목적이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 젠더(gender)와 젠더연구의 개념과 내용을 살펴보았는데, 젠더는 사회 문화적 성을 의미하면서 남녀의 차별이 아닌 평둥함을 목표로 한다. 그리고 여성에 대한 여성학과 남성에 대한 남성학이라는 기존의 역사와 내용을 인간학 차원에서 통합하여 접근함을 젠더연구라 규정하고, 이에 대한 교육과정 (curriculum)을 종합적으로 전개하였다. 남성의 자기 구제와 구원이 목적인 남성학의 등장은 여성학의 위축을 야기할 수도 있다. 그러나 남성에 대한 연구가 제대로 이루어져 남성 문제 해결이 여성문제를 동시에 해결시켜 준다면, 이는 우려할 바가 아닌 상생의 시너지 효과를 발휘하는 것이다. 따라서 이제는 여성학도 남성학에 관심을 기울여 남성학과 여성학이 젠더연구로서 남녀 문제를 넘어선 인간문제 전체에 대한 해결이라는 공동의 목표를 향해 나아갈 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. The objective of this study is to make a curriculum for Gender studies through integrated approach between Men's and Women's studies. For this analysis, I looked at the conception and contents of the gender study. Gender means the social-cultured sex of equality and not sex discrimination. The Men's studies of self-relief could cause women's studies to wither, however if men's studies were looked at more considerably to resolve both men and women problems, it would have manifest synergy effect. Therefore at the present time, women's studies should be researched with concerns to men's studies to conquer the problems of men and women discrimination by overcoming human problems through gender study.
