Group A-beta Hemolytic Streptococci에 의한 소아 인두편도염에 있어서 Cefdinir의 항균력과 임상적 및 세균학적 효과에 관한 연구

최근 국내 erythromycin 내성률이 증가하는 추세임을 보고하였고 erythromycin의 경우 내성의 증가는 항생제 사용량의 증가와 일치하고 있음을 보고하였다. 그래서 macrolide에 의한 내성균주의 확산을 막고 임상에서 보고되는 penicillin에 의한 치료 실패를 줄이기 위해 A군 연쇄구균 치료에 제일차 약물로 cephalosporin을 고려할 수 있다. Cefdinir의 A군 연쇄구균에 대한 항균력과 인두 편도염에 대한 우수한 임상효과 및 높은 안전성을 미루어 볼 때, Cefdinir는 A군 연쇄구균에 의한 소아 인두 편도염에 유효한 항생제로 사용될 수 있다. Objective : To determine the clinical and bacteriologic efficacy and safety of Cefdinir in acute pharyngitis and pharyngotonsillitis caused by group A beta hemolytic streptococci in pediatric patients. Methods : Children aged 3 through 12 years who visited the hospitals enrolled in this study with signs and symptoms of pharyngitis or pharyngotonsillitis since May to December 2002, were taken throat culture and given Cefdinir(12 mg/kg/day, in three divided doses) for 7 days. Two hundred thirty five patients were enrolled and 90 patients who showed positive culture results were followed up for the signs and symptoms during the treatment to determine clinical efficacy. Follow-up culture were done at the end of the study and bacteriologic efficacy was determined Results : Ninety out of 235 patients who visited the hospitals with the signs and symptoms of pharyngitis showed positive growth on throat culture. Seventy nine patients were clinically and microbiologically assessable. The bacteriologic eradication rates of S. pyogenes were 100% in all the children treated with Cefdinir. Clinical cure rates were not different between less than 7 days-treated group(75%) and just 7 days-treated group(98.6%)(P=0.077). Two patients reported adverse reaction during Cefdinir treatment. Antimicrobial sensitivity of Cefdinir against S. pyogenes was 100% with range of MIC being less than 0.5 ${\mu}g/mL$. Conclusion : It seems that Cefdinir is one of reliable and well-tolerated drugs for the treatment of group A beta hemolytic streptococcal pharyngotonsillitis in children. It needs to be investigated short term efficacy in terms of improving drug compliance and impact of economic point of view. We can recognized that still high rate of the erythromycin resistant group A streptococci in our community should be monitored every year.

막 증식성 사구체 신염 환아에서 발생한 F군 연구균 혈증 1례

Streptococcus milleri Group Bacteria(SMG)는 인간의 정상 세균총이면서 농양 형성을 잘 하는 병원균으로도 작용하지만 그 병원성에 대해서는 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 따라서 SMG 감염시 경각심을 갖고, 적절한 치료에도 증상이 지속될 때에는 병변 이외의 다른 곳에 농양이 형성되어 있는지 반드시 살펴보아야 한다. Streptococcus milleri Goup Bacteria(SMG) comprise three species, Streptococcus anginosus, Streptococcus intermedius, Streptococcus constellatus. Although they are commensal organism, they can be pathogenic. SMG can be aggressive pathogen in the head and neck with a propensity for abscess formation and local extension of the infection. SMG is culturally and biochemically variable, which makes it hard for the clinicians to recognize it. Hence, it seems that this organism has been relatively neglected. Most of the Lancefield F streptococci are SMG. We report one patient who had Group F streptococcal bacteremia and subdural abscess. According to his medical history, he was diagnosed as membranoproliperative glomerulonephritis three years ago. He complained headache although he was treated by appropiate antibiotics. Brain CT was used as a tool to identify the brain abscess. He had surgical drainage and was treated with IV antibiotics postoperatively.

웹 서버 클러스터에서 사용자 응답시간 개선을 위한 메모리 관리

클러스터 시스템의 각 노드에 존재하는 메모리들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 네트워크 메로리의 개념이 등장하였으며 빈번하게 디스크를 접근하는 응용분야에서 속도 향상을 위해 사용될 수 있다. 이는 전통적인 메모리 계층(hierarchy) 구조인 메로리와 디스크 사이에 네트워크 메모리를 추가함으로써 얻어진다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서버 클러스터를 대상으로 문서의 접근 유형에 대한 사전 정보를 요구하지 않고 실제적으로 구현 가능하며 다양한 웹 문서 접근 확률 분포 값에 대하여 우수한 사용자 응답시간을 가지는 메로리 관리 기법을 제안하고 다양한 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 방식의 우수성을 검증하였다. The concept of network memory was introduced for the efficient exploitation of main memory in a cluster. Network memory can be used to speed up applications that frequently access large amount of disk data. In this paper, we present a memory a management algorithm that does not require prior knowledge of access patterns and that is practical to implement under the web server cluster, In addition, our scheme has a good user response time for various access distributions of web documents. Through a detailed simulation, we evaluate the performance of our memory managment algorithms.

OTT 플랫폼의 스포츠 콘텐츠 서비스 특성이 충성도 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 만족도 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between the characteristics of sports content service on OTT platforms and loyalty and intention to continue using the service. An online survey link was distributed to individuals who had used OTT platforms for sports content services from March 4 to 14, 2023. Out of the 335 respondents, 313 were included in the final analysis after excluding those who provided unreliable or incomplete responses on 22 survey. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation analysis using the Process Macro. First, the characteristics of sports content service on OTT platforms (usefulness, information quality, and service quality) had a significant impact on loyalty and intention to continue using the service. Second, the mediating effect of satisfaction was verified in the relationship between the characteristics of sports content service on OTT platforms and loyalty and intention to continue using the service, with satisfaction partially mediating the relationship between the characteristics of sports content service on OTT platforms and loyalty and intention to continue using the service. This study aims to establish a theoretical and practical basis for further research by examining the mediating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between the characteristics of sports content service on OTT platforms and loyalty and intention to continue using the service.

태권도 대회의 브랜드 자산 및 브랜드 태도가 재 참가의도에 미치는 영향

This study seeks to identify the relationship between brand equity, brand attitude, and re-participation intention of branding taekwondo competitions. The purpose is to provide basic data for marketing measures to vitalize Taekwondo competitions and strengthen competitiveness. A total of 336 copies of data were collected through Google forms targeting athletes participating in domestic taekwondo competitions, and a total of 324 copies of data were used in the final result processing, excluding 12 copies of questionnaires that were not suitable for research and insincere responses. As analysis tools, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and simple regression analysis were conducted through SPSS 27.0, and hypotheses established between each variable were verified. As a result of the analysis, the following findings were found. First, it was found that brand equity of Taekwondo competitions had a significant effect on brand attitude. Second, it was found that the brand equity of Taekwondo competitions had a significant effect on re-participation intention. Third, it was found that brand attitude had a significant effect on re-participation intention.

지역사회의 폐교시설을 이용한 주민커뮤니센타 계획설계에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to provide some architectural characteristics of recycled school facilities. To achieve this purpose literature review and case study are performed. In addition this study research the sphere of recycling abolished school facilities and the transformation of space. Because the abolished school is recycling with mostly new functions, composition of the space has to be consisted in order to perform the function sufficiently. Techniques and plans by renovation method must be searched to express the part of new function and characteristic.

음악교수법연구 : 쇼팽의 기보법에 대한 연구: 즉흥곡 내림 가 장조, 작품 29를 중심으로

쇼팽의 완벽주의적인 성격은 그의 음악에서는 끊임없는 수정의 과정으로 나타났다. 그 결과, 알아보기 힘들 정도로 복잡한 그의 악보가 우리에게 남겨졌고 지금까지도 그 악보에 대한 해석은 의견이 분분하다. 이에 많은 학자들이 그의 자필악보, 스케치, 3개국 초판악보와 같이 신뢰할 수 있는 자료들을 연구하여 다양한 에디션을 내놓고 있다. 이 논문에서는, 이처럼 복잡한 악보가 남겨지게 되기까지, 쇼팽의 성격과 음악철학을 그의 주변인물들이 남긴 기록을 통해 알아보고, 현재 출판되고 있는 주요 다섯 개의 에디션 (태림출판사판, 빈 원전판, 헨레 원전판, 파데레프스키판, 쇼팽 국립 에디션)에 대해 살펴본다. 특히 즉흥곡 내림 가장조, 작품 29를 중심으로 각각의 에디션의 특징을 살펴보고 그 결과, 작곡가의 음악적인 표현을 가장 충실히 기보하고 있는 쇼팽 국립 에디션의 장점들을 살펴 쇼팽의 작품을 공부하는 연주자나 교육자 모두에게 도움이 되고자 한다. This study focuses on the comparison of various editions of Chopin``s solo piano work in search of the musical insights into the Chopin``s compositional intention. Perfectionism, one of Chopin``s characteristics and its interrelationship to his musical aesthetics are discussed by referencing records of his friends, pupils and George Sand. In this study, a total of five different editions―1. Taelim publishing company (Japanese Choon-Choo-sa), 2. G. Henle Verlag Urtext edition, 3. Wiener Urtext edition, and two different editions from PWM (Polskie Wydawnictwo Muzyczne): 4. 『Chopin Complete Works』 and 5. 『National Edition of the Works of Fryderyk Chopin』―will be examined. For the further comparison, the Impromptu in A-flat Major, Op. 29 is particularly used since it is one of the accessible works of Chopin``s solo piano literature. In search of an idealistic edition for musicians, various notations of ornaments, articulation and phrase marks in five editions are considered in detail.
