초등학교 6학년 영어 검정 교과서의 형태 초점 과제 적용 실태 분석

This study aims to analyze how focus on form (FonF) techniques are reflected on the sixth-grade elementary school English textbooks in Korea. The subjects of the study were task activities of five sixth-grade English textbooks based on the 2015 revised curriculum, and the textbook activities were analyzed by revised criteria for task analysis used in Kim Jung-eun s (2017). Data was processed by the SPSS 12.0 program and analyzed through a chi-squared test. The results of this study show that, according to the average frequency of tasks in all textbooks, practice tasks were used approximately twice as much as the consciousness-raising tasks. The tasks in each textbook accounted for a large portion in the order of grammar practice, interpretation tasks, and grammar activities. It has been confirmed that the difference between the amount of the raising awareness task and that of the practice task in the textbooks and between the amount of the grammar exercise task and that of the grammar practice activity task is statistically significant. Therefore, it is necessary to increase consciousness-raising tasks when developing textbooks and present more diverse tasks for raising awareness.

저자들은 1983년 1월부터 1998년 1월까지 총담관낭 환아 28례 중 4례(14.2 %)에서 자연적으로 발생한 총담관낭 천공에의한 담즙성 복막염을 경험하였고 이 중 3례에서 일차적인 낭종 절제와 간관공장 문합술을 시행하였으며 이 모든 예에서 합병증 없이 회복되었기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 총담관낭 천공에의한 답즙성 복막염치료는 일차적 낭종 절제와 간관 공장 문합술이 안전하고 효과적인 방법이라고 생각된다. Choledochal cyst is rare in the western countries, but common in oriental countries. Complicatioins include ascending cholangitis, recurrent pancreatities, progressive biliary cirrhosis, portal hypertension, stone formation and later malignant transformation. Bile peritonitis secondary to rupture is one of the rarest complications, with an incidence of 1.8 % to 18 %. The anomalous arrangement of the pancreatobiliary ductal system with a long common channel may cause inflammation leading to perforation of the cyst. The authors found 4 cases (14.2 %) of bile peritonitis among 28 cases of choledochal cyst treated from Jan. 1983 to Jan. 1998. The patients ages ranged from 6 months to 3 years and three were female. The perforation sites were located on the common bile duct at its junction with the cystic duct in 2 cases, the distal cyst wall in 1 case and the left hepatic duct at its junction with cyst in 1 case. The types of choledochal cysts by Todani's classification were Type IVa in 3 cases and type I in 1 case. By the new Komi's classification utilizing operative cholangiogram there were 2 cases of Type Ia, 1 case of type IIb and 1 case of type III. One stage cyst excision and hepaticojejunostomy(Roux-en Y type) was done in 3 cases, and two staged operation in 1 case. All patients had an uneventful course postoperatively. The average day of discharge was 9.8th postoperatively. In conclusion, primary excision of the choledochal cyst and biliary reconstruction is a safe and effective treatment of ruptured choledochal cyst in infants.
부신종양을 동반한 Beckwith-Wiedemann 증후군

Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome presents with multisystemic patterns of congenital anomalies and macrosomia. This syndrome was independently described by Beckwith in 1963 and by Wiedemann in 1964. There is wide spectrum of clinical manifestations, including prenatal or postnatal overgrowth, neonatal hypoglycemia, macroglossia, visceromegaly, omphalocele, hemihypertrophy and a predisposition for embryonal tumors, most frequently Wilms' tumor. We managed a case of Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome with left adrenal cortical neoplasm of undetermined malignancy. 저자들은 확정되지 않은 악성의 가능성을 가진 부신 피질 방추세포 종양 (adrenal cortical spindle cell neoplasm of indeterminate malignant potential)을 동반한 Beckwith-Wiedemann 증후군을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

N/A Buccal absorption test of omeprazole in human was performed to determine the permeability of the drug molecule through oral mucous membrane. Oral mucosal adhesive tablets of omeprazole were prepared by compressing the omeprazole with a mixture of sodium alginate and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (HPMC) as bioadhesive polymers, magnesiun oxide (MgO) as a stabilizer and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Na·CMC) or cros-carmellose sodium (Ac-Di-Sol) as disintegrants. The bioadhesive force, stability in saliva and release characteristics of the tablets were evaluated. Omeprazole was absorbed about 23% in 15 min through human buccal mucous membrane. Furthermore. omeprazole was stable in saliva for more than 8 hrs when MgO was added to the tablet as the amount of 2.5 fold of omeprazole. The release rate of omeprazole was increased with increasing the amount of sodium alginate in the tablet. From these results, it is suggested that tablets composed of [omeprazole/HPMC/sodium alginate/MgO/Ac-Di-Sol and/or Na·CMC (20/6/24/50/10) (㎎/tablet)] are potential candidate for buccal drug delivery system.
Pe$\tilde{n}$a 씨 'Total Urogenital Mobilization" 법을 이용한 총 배설강 기형 교정 경험

Persistent cloaca in a female newborn is one of the most complex and challenging anorectal malformation. The incidence is about 10% of all anorectal anomalies. Treatment of cloacal malformations has evolved during the past 40 years. However, it still remains one of the most difficult operations. In 1997, Pena reported a new procedure called "Total urogenital mobilization". We have repaired 3 cases of cloacal anomaly using "Total urogenital mobilization". The operations were performed between age 15 and 28 months. The length of the common channels was 2.5 - 3.0 cm. Two cases had double vaginas and one of them also had double uterus. The operation time was 4-5 hours and no major complications occurred. Functional and cosmetic results were satisfactory.

A new gas-phase aerosol generator with local heating area was proposed and the effects of a carrier gas flow rate on nanoparticles synthesis were evaluated. The carrier gas, flowing around the evaporated material (Ag) on the heater, was used to enhance the formation of nanoparticles, suppress agglomeration and other particle growth mechanisms. In the various flow rates (2-6 Lpm) of carrier gas, the size distribution of the generated particles was measured with a differential mobility analyzer and condensation particle counter. To estimate characteristics of synthesized nanoparticles, the flow and thermal field around the heater surface of system were calculated by using commercial code, CFD-ACE+ and the particle formation process (nucleation, coagulation and surface growth) was also predicted by using a nodal general differential equation solver (NGDE) code. And, the calculation results were compared with the experiment results.

The geometric mean diameter, geometric standard deviation, and total number and mass concentration decreases with increase of carrier gas flow rate. And, the carrier gas flow rate has effect on the decrease of agglomeration rate by dilution and the evaporation rate of material.
