프로판 탈수소 반응에 미치는 금속산화물과 혼합된 Pt-Sn/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 촉매의 영향

The $Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3$ catalysts mixed with metal oxides for propane dehydrogenation were studied. $Cu-Mn/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$, $Ni-Mn/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$, $Cu/{\alpha}-Al_2O_3$ was prepared and mixed with $Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3$ to measure the activity for propane dehydrogenation. As standard sample, $Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3$ catalyst mixed with glassbead was adopted. In the case of catalytic activity test after non-reductive pretreatment of catalyst and metal oxide, $Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3$ mixed with $Cu-Mn/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ showed higher conversion of 15% and similar selectivity at $576.5^{\circ}C$, compared to conversion of 8% in standard sample. In the case of catalytic activity test after reductive pretreatment of catalyst and metal oxde, $Cu/{\alpha}-Al_2O_3$ showed higer yield than standard sample. But, increase of yield of most of samples after reductive pretreatment was not significant, so it was found that lattice oxygen of $Cu-Mn/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ is effective to propane dehydrogenation.

습지는 수질정화, 재해관리, 생물서식처 제공, 기후변화 대응 등의 다양한 기능을 지닌다. 특히 습지는 수질정화뿐 아니라 유속과 수위를 낮추는 치수목적으로도 활용이 가능하므로 하천변 인공습지의 조성은 홍수조절을 위해 하나의 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 하지만 기존 연구들은 습지의 수질정화 기능과 종 다양성 등 생태적 기능에 관한 것이 대부분이고 천변저류지관련 연구 이외에 수로형습지를 포함한 인공습지 조성에 따른 홍수저감효과 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 안양천 중류 유역에 속하는 목감천의 인공습지 조성 전과 후의 홍수위 변화를 통해 홍수범람양상을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위해, HEC-HMS 모형을 통해 유출량을 산정하고 수리모형인 HEC-RAS모형으로 인공습지를 모형화하여 습지 조성 전 후 홍수위를 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 인공습지 조성 후의 홍수위가 조성 전의 홍수위에 비해 최대 0.81 m, 평균 0.11 m 감소하며, 목감천 전 구간에서 홍수위가 동일하거나 감소함을 확인하였다. 또한 홍수범람해석을 수행한 결과 인공습지 조성 후에 전체 범람면적이 <TEX>$1,994,000m^2$</TEX> 정도 줄어듬을 확인하여 목감천 유역의 인공습지 조성이 홍수위 저감효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. Wetlands have various functions such as water purification, disaster management, habitat of creature, climate change management, etc. Constructed wetland has been introduced as an alternative especially for flood control in the river basin, because it can reduce flood stage as well as improve water quality. However, the previous studies only focused on the function of water quality improvement and ecological function of biodiversity, and the studies on the flood control effects according to artificial wetlands including channel-type wetlands have not yet been carried out. In this study, we compared and analyzed the flood inundation by doing comparative analysis on flood level change before and after creation of constructed wetlands. For this study, outflow of study area were calculated using HEC-HMS model, and we investigated the change in flood stage before and after creation of constructed wetlands using HEC-RAS model by modeling artificial wetland. The results showed that flood stage after wetland construction was decreased and the reduced stages were maximum 0.81 m, average 0.11 m when we compared with flood stage before wetland construction. Also, flood inundation mapping results showed that the total area of inundation was also decreased in about <TEX>$1,994,000m^2$</TEX> after wetland construction, and so this study has shown that the artificial wetland can reduce flood stage in Mokgamcheon basin.

Purpose : This study was performed to identify factors related to the resolution of primary vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) in infants. Methods : We reviewed 183 infants (M : F=149 : 34) diagnosed as urinary tract infection (UTI) between February 2002 and July 2007 at Sanggye Paik Hospital. The diagnosis of UTI was made by culture from a urine specimen obtained by suprapubic puncture (n=97), catheterization (n=83), or collection bag method (n=3, twice positive culture of same organism). All of the infants were performed renal ultrasonography, DMSA scan and voiding cystourethrography (VCUG) study. Follow-up imaging consisted of contrast VCUG or direct isotope VCUG at interval of 1 year. We evaluated the relationship of clinical and laboratory finding, radiologic finding in infants with VUR. Results : Among 51 VUR patients, 18 infants had grade I-II, 12 infants had grade III and the other 21 patients had grade IV-V. Abnormal findings including hydronephrosis on renal ultrasonography were not correlated with severity of VUR. However, the incidence of renal defect in the first DMSA scan showed a tendency of direct correlation with severity of VUR in female patients only (P<0.001). There was significant difference of resolution rate in three VUR groups (grade I-II, III, IV-V) in male patients only (P=0.025). Resolution rate was higher for male patients with unilateral VUR than bilateral (P<0.001). But unilaterality had not any affect on VUR resolution in female VUR patients (P=0.786). Resolution rate was higher for VUR patients without renal scar than VUR patients with renal scar (P<0.001). Conclusion : According to our findings, grade of VUR, laterality and renal scar are the factors that contribute to resolution of primary VUR in male and female infants differently.
