      • 식품 중의 엽산함량 측정을 위한 Trienzyme 처리 방법

        Food folate assay after trienzyme treatment (α-amylase, protease, folate conjugase) has been reported to be more effective than the assay after conjugase treatment alone. We evaluated the conditions of pH and incubation time for the treatment with trienzyme, and compared folate contents in selected Korean foods by applying two extraction methods (trienzyme treatment vs. conjugase treatment alone). Folate contents were measured by a microbiological method using L. casei after one of the extraction procedures. Optimal pHs for trienzyme treatment of black bean were found to be 5.0 and then 7.0, while those for korean cabbage was 7.0. Therefore, a pH of 7.0 was selected for the buffer during trienzyme treatment. Since samples treated with low concentrations of α-amylase and protease for 16 hours yielded lower values than those with high concentrations of enzymes for 4 hours, the incubation with high concentrations for short period was chosen. The recovery of folate after trienzyme treatment was 96.4%, and the coefficient of variation between days in the microbiological assay was 9.0%. Folate values after trienzyme treatment were higher in most foods except Korean cabbage, beef and milk than those after conjugase treatment alone. In addition, folate values obtained in this study were generally higher than the database published in 2000. Therefore it is necessary to determine folate in Korean foods using the trienzyme treatment we suggested here as well as conjugase treatment alone in order to estimate folate intake of Koreans more accurately.

      • NACK 폭주 억제를 이용한 SRM 성능 개선

        In this paper, we deal with the Negative Acknowledgement(NACK)-Implosion problem that arises in the multicasting environment, and present a scheme to cope with this problem, the modified version of the Scalable Reliable Multicast(SRM) protocol, called SRM-K. This motivates this work in which the NACK message are generated depending on the congestion level inside the network. The occurrence of congestion is determined by estimating the round trip time (RTT) for each message. As an indication of the congestion level, we introduce a counter in each node, whose value K in dynamically adapted to the change of the network situation, namely increases when the congestion builds up and decreases otherwise. The proposed SRM-K scheme is evaluated by performing the simulation, showing that it outperforms the SRM, in particular, in the scenario when the network situation dynamically varies.

      • 한국 불교미술에 대한 심미적 태도 향상을 위한 총체적아동미술 프로그램 개발 연구

        Ancient Korea art has been indebted to Buddhism for what the traditional Korean art is. Thus under the influence of Buddism , Buddhist artwork formed 70% of Korea's registered culturdl assets. Recently, there has been an increased interest and pride In ancient Korean art and culture due to UNESCO's designation of Bulguksa and Sukgulam to international Cultural Assets. The purpose of the study was to present the art program models on Buddhist art based on discipline-based art education (DBAE) in order to understand Korean Buddhist artwork an improve children's aesthetic attitude toward Korean Buddhist art. The study included 1) theoretical background on Buddhist art in Korea and its impacts on Korean art and 2) disciplne-based approach in order to examine its applicability to present Korean art education setting. Ten art programs Buddhist based on DBAE presented in this study covered Korean Buddhist Art from Buddhist paintings (2-dimensional) to Buddhist sculptures and architectures (3-dimensional), from fine art to applied art (design), and also, from individual work to cooperative work.. Art educators and school teachers need to have their students understand our ancient buddhist art better to improve their aesthetic attitude in Korean traditional art. In addition, appropriate curriculum and program models for teaching Korean Buddhist art based on DBAE should be developed.

        The goal of this research is to discuss the merit and effects of reading storybooks in the acquisition of English as a foreign language in the cases of children growing up in Korea. It is emphasized that storybooks are the most accessible and effective tools for getting young learners of EFL exposed to English In their everyday life. The instruction guidelines for different levels of acquiring English are introduced and the most frequently rising issues such as teaching literacy and using the 1st language in daily lessons are studied through surveys and interviews.

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze and compare the short message services from the cellular phones and PCSs. As the spread of Internet, short message service burst on the scene as the major tools of communication for the new generation using cellular phone and PCS. With the many advantages, short message service expect to enlarge its area into the mobile commerce. The results of this paper is the comparison of short message services. The result shows the best site of short message service is www.arreo.com. But there are some unsettled factors which not considered.

      • 전자코를 이용한 대추의 산지판별

        대추에 내포한 특이한 향기성분을 토대로 수입산 또는 국내산인지의 여부를 아무런 전처리없이 전자코로 분석하였다. 주성분 분석결과 제1주성분 값의 기여율은 0.624이었고, 제2주성분의 기여율은 0.161, 제3주성분 값은 0.132이었다. 제1주성분 값과 제3주성분 값을 이용한 그래프가 제1주성분 값과 제2주성분 값의 그래프보다 국산과 수입산 대추를 더 잘 구별할 수 있었다. 84종의 국내산 대추를 국내산으로 판별한경우는 60종으로 71.42%의 확률로 판별하였으며 48종의 외국산 대추를 외국산으로 판별한 경우는 42종으로 87.50%의 확률로 구별할 수 있었다. 일부 시료의 판별은 어려운 상태이나 전반적으로 수입산과 국내산의 판별이 가능하였다. The discrimination of the agricultural origin of jujubes, cspecially locally produced or the imported products such as jujube was investigated by using electronic nose. Volatile components from these products were able to be distinguished by six metal oxide sensors without any pretreatment. Pattern recognition leas carried out. Principal component analysis showed the difference between imported jujubes and locally produced ones. The number of 60 from 84 species of local jujubes was recognized as locally produced one (71.42%) and 42 from 48 foreign species one was done (87.50%) by discrimination analysis.

      • Metal Oxide 센서와 GC-SAW 센서를 바탕으로한 전자코를 이용한 허브 향의 품질 특성

        허브 제품의 가공공정에 따른 품질관리를 하기 위하여 합리적 이고 간단하게 평가할 수 있는 방법으로 사람의 코처럼 미묘하고 복잡한 향기와 냄새 성분을 감지할 수 있는 전자코를 이용하였다. 로즈마리, 라벤더 등의 허브의 열처리 (90, 130℃)에 따른 향의 변화를 metaloxide 센서로 구성된 전자코와 GC-SAW detector로 구성된 전자코 두 가지를 사용하였다. 90℃ 에서 열처리한 로즈 마리는 시간이 지날수록 제1 주성분 값이 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 즉 초기의 열처리를 하지 않은 허브 향과는 구분됨을 확인하였다. 온도를 130℃ 로 높여 가열 처리한 경우도 시간이 지날수록 향의 변화가더 컸으며 라벤더의 경우도 마찬가지임을 확인하였다. 즉 열처리 시간 정도에 따라 허브향의 변화가 일어남을 알 수 있었다. GC-SAW detector로 구성된 전자코의 경우도 열처리 시간에 따른 패턴 변화를 확인 할 수 있었다. 이것으로 보면 허브 캔디의 가공 공정에 따른 향의 품질 변화를 전자코로 평가할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Two types of electronic nose were used for investigating quality of herbs, treated at 90 and 130℃ for 1, 5, 10 and 20 min. One of the electronic nose is composed of metal oxide sensor and the other is GC-based on SAWdetector. Quality change of herbs was described by the sensitivity (R_(gas)/R_(air)) of sensors. Principal component analysis (PCA) was carried out using the data obtained from six metal oxide sensors. The first principal component scores were correlated with quality changes of herb. As heating time increased, the cluster of the herbs was separated from that of control. For GC based on SAWdetector, the obtained chromatogram was expressed using VaporPrint image program. As a pattern analysis it showed a difference in accordance with heating time. The electronic nose could be easily quality changes of herbs.

        The purpose of this paper is to develop an Education-Industry cooperation promotion strategy for local industry support. Research·Education·Industry cooperation helps enter-prises to develop competitiveness power. University's role in that framework is to provide know-how to their technological innovation efforts. Local government's role is to centralize their services for effective support and is suggested to operate organization such as technological innovation cluster integrated management center. It is very important to establish one-stop service through industry association by the business category in order to promote business support. Also, through the business association network by the business category and by expansion of related business infrastructure, It is necessary to utilize system approach strategically.

        스테로이드 여드름과 여드름양 발진에서 Malassezia (Pityrosporum) 효모균의 출현 빈도

        Background: Steroid acne is a folliculitis that can result from a systemic or topical administration of steroid and has been described as showing similar clinical pictures to Malassezia folliculitis, but there have been few reports about the incidence of Malassezia in steroid acne and other acneiform eruptions. Objective: Our purpose was to describe the incidences of Malassezia in acneiform eruptions and to discuss about the relationship between clinical steroid acne and Malassezia folliculitis. Methods: The history, clinical features, direct microscopy, histopathological analysis, and therapeutic results of 125 cases with steroid acne or other acneiform eruptions were described and compared. Results: Over 80% of patients with acneiform eruption receiving systemic steroid revealed significant numbers of Malassezia in the lesional follicle. Conclusion: Steroid acne and other acniform eruptions showing discrete follicular papules and/or pustules localized to the upper trunk or acneiform facial skin lesions associated with multiple acneiform lesions on the body in the summer period should be suspected as Malassezia folliculitis.
