소자의 수명 예측을 위한 Weibull Step-Stress Type-I Model

This paper proposes the step-stress type-I censoring model for analyzing the data of accelerated life test and reducing the time of accelerated life test. In order to obtain the data of accelerated life test, the step-stress accelerated life test was run with voltage stress to CMOS Hex Buffer. The Weibull distribution, the Inverse-power-law model and Maximum likelihood method were used. The iterative procedure using modified-quasi-linearization method is applied to solve the nonlinear equation. The proposed Weibull step-stress type-I censoring model exactly estimases the life time of units, while reducting the time of accelerated life test and the equipments of test.
플랙서블 태양전지 모듈의 모듈 간 연결부에 대한 피로분석

플랙서블 비정질 실리콘 이중접합 태양전지 모듈이 사각형 또는 직사각형 형태로 단위모듈이 제작되었다. 각 단위 모듈은 전기적 연결을 위해 모듈의 리본와이어 사이에 금속을 이용하여 연결하게 된다. 본 플랙서블 태양전지 모듈은 웨어러블(wearable)하여 이동하면서 사용할 수 있고, 접어서 이동가능하다. 이러한 사용성에 따라 10년 동안 충분한 접이 내구성이 필요하며 다양한 이동체, 차량과 도보 등에서 내구성이 필요하다. 이러한 내구성을 평가하기 위해 폴딩가속평가 장치를 제작하였다. 이를 통해 플랙서블 태양전지의 폴딩 내구성과 적합한 연결재료를 선정할 수 있었다.
Nasted PCR을 통한 참다래 궤양병균(Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae)의 검출

A PCR method that combines biological and enzymatic amplification of PCR targets was developed for the detection of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae on kiwifruit leaves. A nested PCR was performed with primers designed from the coding sequence of the cfl gene, which is involved in production of the phytotoxin coronatine. The first and second primer sets efficiently amplified expected 665 and 310-bp fragments, respectively. With two successive amplifications, as few as 20 CFU/ml of P. syringae pv. actinidiae could be detected on ethidium bromide-stained agarose gel. Leaf samples were collected from 4 kiwifruit trees showing yellow halo spots on leaves and incubated in pepton-sucrose broth for 12 h at 16oC before PCR amplification. Positive detection was obtained with one sample, which was proved as a diseased plant in the next spring.

하천에서 tetracycline과 gentamicin 저항성 유전자인 tetQ와 aacC2의 분포를 알아보기 위해 순천지역의 하천수로부터 전체 세균군집의 DNA를 분석하였다. 배양되지 않는 세균의 저항성을 고려하여 1liter의 하천수에 들어 있는 전체 세균의 DNA를 freeze-thaw 방법으로 추출하여 PCR을 통해 표적 유전자의 출현 정도를 조사하였다. 그 결과 tetQ 유전자는 축산농장이 있는 제 1지점에서 가장 많은 것으로 나타난데 반해 aacC2 유전자는 하천의 하류인 제5지점에서 가장 많이 출현하였다. 이러한 결과는 항생물질 저항성 유전자가 수질의 오염원을 알 수 있는 표지로 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 시사한다. The occurrence of tetQ and aacC2 genes encoding tetracycline and gentamicin resistance determinant, respectively, was assessed in total bacterial community DNA isolated from Dongchon stream of Sunchon area. To examine the resistance potential of bacteria that were not cultured, total DNA from 1 liter of stream water was extracted by freeze-thaw method. The PCR technique was employed to determine the abundance of the target genes. The highest frequency of tetQ gene was obtained from site 1, located near the animal farms area, whereas the incidence of aacC2 was highest in site 5, the downstream area. These results showed that the occurrence of antibiotic resistance gene may be used as a convenient marker of water quality related to source.
Analysis of Changes and Reasonableness of Instream Flows in YeongsanㆍSeomjin River Basins

As an important factor for water management in increasing national demand for clean river environments and water-friendly space, instream flows in YS and SJ river basins are analyzed. The analyzed changes and reasonableness of instream flows are used to suggest some basis for water management in the basins. The basis, methods and results of instream flow estimation, as well as the passage and status of instream flow announcement and supply․management conditions are investigated. Annual precipitation differences are analyzed and specific instream flows at each announced site are estimated and the instream flows in YS and SJ river basin has been shown much less than that of three major river basins. Low integrated management of municipal and agricultural water is possible, but the integrated management of agricultural water and instream water is hard to realize. The instream flow adjustments(ideas) with water managing equity are suggested as 6.37~23.045 ㎥/s in YS and SJ river and the duty discharge ratio of instream water needed upward adjust to 12.5 % at dams. Dam elevation works, duty discharges of dams, cross using of dam and weir storages, dam redevelopment, and dam storage reallocations are suggested as enlarging methods of instream flow in YS and SJ river basins.
