        감마선을 이용한 수용액상의 CdS 양자점 제조 및 광학적 특성

        감마선을 이용하여 수용액상에서 안정화 된 CdS 반도체 양자점을 제조하고, 제조된 양자점의 광학적 흡수스펙트럼을 분석하였다. CdS 양자점 제조시 카드뮴을 제공하는 물질로는 cadmium sulfate를 사용하였고, 황을 제공하는 물질로는 2-mercaptoethanol을 사용하였으며, 매개체로는 감마선이 조사된 물에 존재하는 환원제 $e^{-}_{aq}$을 이용하였다. 감마선 조사 전과 후에 제조된 CdS 양자점의 흡수스펙트럼을 비교한 결과, 감마선 조사 후에는 300 nm~400 nm 사이에서 CdS 양자점 형성에 의한 엑시톤 흡수 봉우리가 명확히 관측됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 감마선의 조사 시간을 5분, 10분, 15분으로 증가시켜 감마선의 양을 다르게 조사시킨 결과 엑시톤 흡수 파장이 338 nm, 347 nm, 367 nm로 장파장 쪽으로 이동함을 확인함으로써, 감마선의 조사량을 조절하면 CdS 양자점의 크기를 변화시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. CdS semiconductor quantum dot (QD) structures in aqueous solution are fabricated by using a gamma-ray irradiation technique and their optical absorption spectra are investigated. Cadmium sulfate solution, 2-mercaptoethanol solution, and reducing agent $e^{-}_{aq}$ are employed to produce CdS molecules, leading to CdS quantum dots. The measured linear absorption spectra before and after g-ray irradiation clearly show exciton peaks between 300 nm and 400 nm, which indicate the formation of CdS QD's. It is also observed that the exciton peaks are red-shifted with increasing the g-ray irradiation time from 5 min to 15 min. Therefore, it is concluded that the mean QD sizes can be systematically controlled with the dosage of the g-ray irradiation.

        코골이 유병률에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to examine the correlationship among incidence, frequency, loudness, and the related predisposing factors about snoring through epidemiologic investigations. Questionaires were used for a clinic-visitor who is irrelevant to snoring, and investigated by sex, age, body mass index(below BMI), and occupation. The subjects were grouped by age; below twenties, twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, sixties, and over sixties. On using BMI, the subjects were divided into two groups; overweighed and non-overweighed group. And the occupation were simplified to two groups; physical labors and mental labors. An statistical analysis was perfomed about correlation to whether to snoring or not, its frequency, loudness and the related predisposing factors. The results were obtained as follows : 1. Snorers were commanded as 5.1% of all clinic-visitors. Male was dominant to female (p<0.01). The number of snorer was increased with age(p<0.05) and overweighed group showed higher incidence than in non-overweight group(p<0.01). 2. There was no significant difference between occupation groups in incidence of snoring. 3. In case of the frequency of snoring in snoring group, there was significant increase in male, overweighed and mental labors group(p<0.01). But, there was no difference with age. 4. In case of loudness of snoring in snoring group, male, overweihged and mental labors had louder noise than in other contrary group. But there was no difference with age. 5. For the related predisposing factors to snoring, fatigue was the highest(74.4%), and alcoho and drug were followed.

        어순과 서술어 유형에 따른 뇌성마비 학생의 문장 이해에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 어순과 서술어 유형에 따른 뇌성마비 학생의 문장 이해 전략을 알아보기 위하여 뇌성마비 초등부 학생 52명을 대상으로 어순과 서술어 유형에 따라 구성된 12개의 문장에 대해 그림선택방식으로 실시된 것으로서 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫재, 뇌성마비 학생의 어순과 서술어 유형에 따른 문장 이해 정도를 분석한 결과 정상 어순의 타동사 구문을 가장 쉽게 이해하고, 수여동사 구문은 변환 어순일 때 더 잘 이해하였으며, 사동사 구문은 어순간에 차이가 없이 가장 어려워하였다. 둘째, 뇌성마비 학생 중에는 완전한 조사 전략 사용 학생도 있지만 대부분이 아직 완전하지 못한 어순 전략과 조사 전략을 사용하고 있었으며 학년간, 뇌성마비 유형간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. The purpose of this research on 52 students with cerebral palsied is to find out what sentence comprehension strategies are chosen by students with cerebral palsied according to word order and verbal patterns, and how their sentence comprehension degrees develope. The research used is the 12 sentences including 6 normal word order sentences and 6 inversion ones in terms of direction of behavior and move of things. Picture choosing method is used for observation. The followings are the results induced from the research analysis. First, the comprehension degrees are different according to verbal patterns. All the students showed the highest correct answer percentage in the transitive verbal sentences. Especially, the students with cerebral palsied had difficulties in understanding causative verbal sentences because they needed higher comprehension strategies such as understandings of exact word orders, particles and postpositions. Secondly, sentence comprehension strategies could be said to take the developmental stages of response → semantic strategy → word order strategy → postposition strategy. some of the students with cerebral palsied can use the postposition strategy perfectly but nearly half of them showed incomplete acquisition of word order strategy and postposition strategy. And there is no meaningful difference between the grades.

        치매위험노인의 한국형 지중해식 식단의 적용 및 중재평가

        The purpose of this study was to verify whether Mediterranean diet, which proved to have a significant effect on preventing dementia for people aged 65 or older, could be well modified to be a Korean-style Mediterranean diet. This study was performed as a randomized-controlled trial for 6 weeks. Functional physical changes, cognitive scores, depression scores and dietary changes were all assessed. The walking speed (P<0.001) and the cognitive scores were statistically improved in only the experimental group (P<0.001), and the depression scores were also significantly improved in only the experimental group (P<0.01). The dietary intake showed a 30% improvement for consuming more than 7 cups per day of vegetables and fruits. When the participants were contacted four months after the end of the study, 90% of them said that the Korean-style Mediterranean diet was feasible and 100% said the nutrition interventions helped them maintain the diet during their daily lives. The results suggest that although the Mediterranean diet can be difficult to apply, any limitations of this healthy diet can be overcome.

      • Wernicke-Korsakoff 증후군과 알츠하이머 환자에서의 transketolase 활성 및 면역적 특성 비교

        Transketolase in cultured fibroblasts from Wernicke-Korsakoff patients, Alzheimer's patients and normal controls were compared. The activity and immunoreactivity of transketolase were detected in soluble traction of cultured fibroblasts. The enzyme activity of the cells from Wernicke-Korsakoff patients was lower(54%) than that of controls, and that of Alzheimer's patients was lower(82%) too. The Western blot assay showed no difference in the electrophoretic mobility of the transketolase protein in among Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, and controls. There were no unique IEF variants in cultured fibroblasts from Wernicke-Korsakoff and Alzheimer's patients.

      • K2O-B2O3-Al2O3 유리계의 IR 스펙트럼에 대한 기구 연구

        The ternary glasses in the system K2O-B2O3-Al2O3 were fabricated in the ratio of R(=K2O mole% / B2O3 mole%) and K(=Al2O3 mole% / B2O3 mole%). The infrared absorption spectra of these glasses were measured within the scope of the wavenumber 400cm-1∼2000cm-1 using IR spectrometer. The infrared absorption spectra were analyzed how the intensity and position of the peck become different as a function of R and K, so the mechanism of a spectra pecks was identified. For example, the peaks of the spectra within the band of the wavenumber 440-480cm-1 are an absorption of Al-O-B(BO4 -structure) bending vibration, and the peaks within 570-600cm-1 are an absorption of Al-O-B(BO3 structure) bending vibration. The peaks within 700-750cm-1 are an absorption of B-O-B bending vibration between BO3 structure and BO4 - structure, and the peaks within 765-775cm-1 are an absorption of B-O-B bending vibration between two BO3 structures. In the same way, the absorption peaks within the band of the wavenumber 900-960cm-1, 840-860cm-1, 1040-1060cm-1 , 1200-1230cm-1 , 1270-1320cm-1 , 1270-1320cm-1 , 1360-1400cm-1 , 1646-1648cm-1 and 1737-1747cm-1 are analyzed into detail according to an atomic bonding of the structures of glass. The detail contents are explained in the text.
