The result was as follows: 1) To improve the process of manufacturing in dying and materials. 2) To enlarge the exported market. 3) To change the machines for clothing manufacturing and decrease losses.

예레미야서 37-39장에 나타난 시드기야의 정치 세력

The book of Jeremiah is the most politically oriented of the prophetic books. Hatti-land, where ancient Judah was located, lies between Babylon, Assyria (the great empire of Mesopotamia), and Egypt. Since the Hatti-land countries acted as buffers of power between these superpowers, Judah influenced and was influenced by relations with these great powers. Empires conquer, colonize and intervene for their own benefit. The small Hatti-land countries were geopolitically interfered with by the empires of Mesopotamia and Egypt. Moreover, Judah was destroyed by Babylon in 587 BCE and became a Babylonian colony. Therefore, it is important to look at the power dynamics of the great powers of the time. Nebuchadnezzar changed the name of Jehoiachin’s uncle Mattaniah to Zedekiah and made him king of Judah in place of Jehoiachin (2 Kings 24:17). Zedekiah’s mother was Hamutal, the mother of Jehoahaz, who was supported by the pro-Babylonians. Although Zedekiah grew up in a pro-Babylonian environment, during Zedekiah's reign, the pro-Babylonians held only weak political power. Therefore, Zedekiah adopted a pro-Egyptian policy. Chapters 37-39 of the Book of Jeremiah detail the ideological aspects of Judah's political parties through their relationships with empires during the reign of Zedekiah. 유다가 위치한 하티-랜드는 지리적으로 당시 세계의 패권을 장악했던 앗시리아와 바벨론이 속한 메소포타미아와 이집트 사이에 위치해 있었다. 본 고는 고대 이스라엘 말기에 어떤 정치 세력들이 존재했으며, 그들 사이에 어떠한 갈등이 있었는지, 이것이 유다 말기에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지를 연구하고자 한다. 특히 예레미야 37-39장, 시드기야 시기에 친바벨론과 친이집트 두 세력 가운데 정치권력을 잡은 세력은 어디며, 그들이 어떻게 자신들의 권력을 행사하는지, 그리고 유다 내부의 정치 세력들이 주변 제국들과 어떤 관계에 놓여 있었는지를 연구하고자 한다. 제국들의 교차로에 위치해 있었기 때문에 제국들 사이에서 힘의 줄다리기의 대상이 되었다. 제국들은 유다가 속한 하티-랜드의 통제권을 갖기 위해 서로 경쟁하였다. 그 사이에서 유다는 제국들의 힘의 역학 관계에 의해서 이집트와 바벨론의 봉신국으로 전락했다. 요시야의 죽음 이후 제국들의 통제권이 바뀔 때 마다 유다의 왕권은 바뀌었다. 바벨론에 의해서 왕위에 오른 유다 왕 시드기야는 바벨론의 꼭두각시 왕이 되어야 했고, 유다는 바벨론에게 조공을 바치는 봉신국이 되었다. 시드기야 통치 시기 유다 안에는 두 개의 정치 세력인 친바벨론 세력과 친이집트 세력이 정권 다툼을 하고 있었다. 시드기야의 시기에 유다 왕 시드기야는 왕권이 약화되었고 친이집트파가 정권을 잡았다. 시드기야의 모후가 친바벨론 세력이 지지한 사람이었기 때문에 시드기야 본인이 친바벨론적 신념을 가지고 있었을지라도 시드기야는 이러한 정치적 시류를 거부하지 못했다. 예레미야 37-39장은 이집트가 시드기야의 요청에 따라 군사를 보내자 바벨론이 예루살렘의 포위를 잠시 풀었던 때 유다의 정치 세력들의 모습을 보여준다. 유다의 정권은 친이집트세력이 잡았을지라도,예레미야서는 39장에서 친바벨론적인 모습을 남겨놓는다.

전시참가기업의 효율적 부스관리 모형에 관한 연구

Booth management is arguably the single most variable in trade show performance. A successful booth management requires close linkages between pre-show and post-show programs. This study attempts to build a model of efficient booth management for exhibitors by classifying components of human and physical resources and pre-show and post-show programs and activities. A successful time-line management needs to be planned and executed in a way that integrates pre-show promotion, on-site information and lead management, and post-show measures. As for booth scene management, selection and training of booth staffs for on-site human resource management need to be done not just at an individual department level within a company but at the whole company level. And the operation and management of physical resources should be organized and managed in accordance with objectives of exhibitors and types of attendants of the trade show. 부스관리는 전시참가기업들의 전시성과에 가장 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변수이다. 전시현장에서의 부스관리는 전시회 이전이후의 프로그램들이 면밀하게 연계되어야 성공적일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전시참가기업의 효율적인 부스내 인적물적 자원의 구성 및 전시회 이전이후에 준비되어야 할 프로그램이나 활동들을 시간적공간적으로 구분하여 효율적인 부스 관리 모형을 도출하였다. 효율적인 부스 관리는 시간적으로는 전시회 개최이전의 전시회 홍보활동과 전시현장에서의 정보와 리드관리 그리고 전시회 종료 후의 후속조치가 전시회 개최 이전부터 통합적으로 계획되고 실행되어야 한다는 것이다. 공간적으로는 전시현장에서의 인적자원관리를 위한 부스파견직원의 선발과 훈련이 단순히 판매나 마케팅 부서의 업무영역이 아니라 전사적인 차원에서 이루어져야한다는 것이다. 그리고 전시현장에서의 물적자원의 운영과 관리가 전시회 참가목표와 참관객의 유형에 부합될 수 있도록 조직되고 운영되어야 한다는 것이다.

『好色一代男』에 나타난 男色 考察

日本において男色は始めに僧侣社会で盛行したが、平安中期には宮中と僧侣の往來が頻繁になって貴族社会にも伝播し、鎌倉時代には政治的実権が武士に移りながら男色の風潮は武家でも盛に行われるようになった。江戸時代には市場経済とともに擡頭した町人社会にも男色の風俗が浸透したが、義理で結ぼれた紐帯関係で行われてきた男色は単なる売色関係の男色、即ち、男娼が発生した。 江戸時代の代表的な男娼としては歌舞伎の俳優、飛子、舞台には立てず売色を専業にする俳優である陰間、香具売りなどがあり、男娼は年が多くては駄目で22才をすぎれば男娼としては落第となった。この時代には今日とは違って、男色が女色と同じように一般化していただけではなく、男色は正常的な習俗として扱われ、当時の人々は愛慾行為を営む上で相手の性別をあまり気にしなかったように思われる。

또래상담자의 멘토활동이 초등학교 배척아동의 또래관계에 미치는 효과

This study aimed at examining an effect of peer counselor's mentor activity on rejected children's peer relationship in elementary school. To achieve this goal, the following hypothesis was made. Hypothesis Ⅰ : Peer counselor's mentor activity will improve rejected children's peer relationship. Ⅰ-1 : Peer counselor's mentor activity will improve rejected children's trust to peer. Ⅰ-2 : Peer counselor's mentor activity will improve rejected children's respect to peer. To test the hypothesis, after sociometry papers 19 fifth-graders for rejected children groups were selected from four classes at H elementary school in Busan according to Coie & Dodge's(1988) five classified system that is modified to Korean situation by Ahn ie-hwan(2006). Ten rejected students from two classes were labeled as a peer group with a peer counselor and nine rejected students who had similar characteristics from two classes were labeled as an non-peer group without a peer counselor. The peer counselors were decided by obtaining affirmative mentions of rejected students group. Peer counselors participated in the training of peer counselor's skill program and then they had a person to person mentor activity with the rejected children's group that they belonging to. The training consisting of a total of four sessions, 3 times a week, was provided to peer counselors eleven times after school. The peer counselors given the peer counselling training did person to person mentor activity with the peer group's rejected children for a month. The mentor activity, three times a week, following during training was reinforced after school. For peer counselor training, the elementary school children's peer counseling program developed by Lee Sang-hi, Roh Seong-deok and Lee Ji-eun(2001) was used. Hong Ok-soon's(1984) peer relationship test, Moreno's(1934) sociometry tool were used to verify an effect of the peer counselor's mentor activity. For the data analysis, quantitative analysis with sociometry tool and qualitative analysis with social status and social type change were used. To know the difference in pre test and post test peer relationship between experimental group and control group, in quantitative analysis, ANCOVA result was used and qualitative analysis, social status and social type was used. The finding was as followings. First, after peer counselor's mentor activity, there was a significant improvement in rejected children's trust and respect to peer and the whole relationship from the pretest to the post test. Second, peer counselor's mentor activity gave rise to affirmative changes on rejected children's social status and social type. This study concluded that peer counselor's mentor activity would help rejected children's peer relationship to change affirmatively and improve.
