        하악 부분 무치악 환자의 골유착성 임플랜트 주위 연조직에 관한 연구

        The keratinized mucosa around the implant is an important key in health of soft tissue and hard tissue. The purpose of this study is showed that the keratinized mucosa is associated with the keratinized mucosa index, plaque index, gingival index, probing depth. which is investigated to observing the peri-implant mucosa of mandibular partial edentulous patuent using periodontal parameter by previously published paper. It was estimated 6 site with regard to 80 fixture for 28 person, and the average age is 46.8. Each estimation is the order of less trauma, that is, plaque index, keratinized mucosa index, gingival index and probing depth. In this study, statstically analyzed treatment is used for Spss V 7.0 for Windows(Spss Inc, USA). The Kruskal Walis Test is used to compare the amount of the keratinized mucosa is into the $0{\sim}3$ index, with plaque index, gingival index and probing depth. Mann-whitney Test is used to interpreate the relation of plaque index and probing depth, which is showed significant difference. The Result are as follows 1. The kertinized mucosa index 3 amounts to 47.7%, which is much higher than the other indices and the index order is followed 3, 1, 2 and O. 2. The plaque index 1 amounts to 61.7%, which is much higher than the other indices and the index order is followed 1, 2, 3 and O. The plaque index 0 is significant to each of index(P<0.05). The plaque index is decrease as the keratinized mucosa index is increased. 3. The probing depth for 2mm, 1mm, 3mm is 48.9%, 23.5%, 16.8% respectively, which is most occupied. The probing depth 2mm and 3mm for the keratinized mucosa index is significant(P<0.05). The probing index is decreased as the keratinized mucosa index is increased. 4. The gingival index 0 amounts to 58.0%, which is much higher than the other indices and the index order is followed 0, 1, 2 and 3.

        폴리카프로락톤 실리카 나노 복합체를 이용한 골이식대체재 개발에 관한 연구

        A bioactive and degradable poly(epsilon -caprolactone)/silica nanohybrid(PSH) was synthesized for the application as a bone substitute. PSH was manufactured by using silica and polycaprolacton. PSH was manufactured in some composition after low crystaline apatite had been formed in simulated body fluid and, was used this study. The safety of the PSH was established by test of acute, and subacute toxicity, sensitization cytotoxicity and sterility. In order to assess activity of osteoblast, the test for attaching osteoblast, proliferation test for osteoblast, differentiating gene expression test are performed in vitro. And bone substitutes were grafted in rabbit's calvarium, during 8 weeks for testing efficacy of bone substitutes. Degree of osteogenesis and absorption of substitutes were evaluated in microscopic level. In result, it was not appeared that acute and subacute toxicity, sensitization in intradermal induction phase, topical induction phase and challenge phase. It was shown that the test can not inhibit cell proliferation. adversely, it had some ability to accelerate cell proliferation. The result of sterility test described bacterial growth was not detected in most test tube. The attaching and proliferation test of osteoblast had good results. In the result of differentiating gene expression test for osteoblast, cbfa1 and, alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin and GAPDH were detected with mRNA analysis. In the PSH bone formation test, ostgeoblastic activity would be different as material constitution but it had good new bone formation ability except group #218. futhermore, some material had been absorbed within 8 weeks. Above studies, PSH had bio-compatibility with human body, new bone formation ability and accelerate osteoblastic activity. So it would be the efficient bone substitute material with bio-active and biodegradable.

        경성제국대학 부속도서관의 형성과 운영 : 제도이식론과 권력의 재현 사이에서

        경성제국대학 부속도서관에 관한 연구는 장서수집에 관한 분석과 함께 제도이식론, 지식권력과 헤게모니론의 시각에서 접근할 수 있다. 이 논문은 『경성제국대학학보』, 〈도서원부〉, 조선도서연구회의의 기관지 『조선지도서관』 등을 활용하여, 도서관의 법령과 조직, 직원, 장서수집과정과 열람, 조선 내외의 네트워크, 그리고 해방전후의 운영상황을 밝혔다. 이 도서관은 일본에서 형성된 ‘대학 도서관’ 제도를 식민지 조선에 이식한 결과이지만, 직원 구성에서 민족별 위계가 뚜렷하고, 전문직 사서의 구성에서 조선인은 배제되었다는 특성을 갖는다. 식민지 국가기구의 최말단을 구성하고 있던 ‘고원’은 지금까지 거의 연구되지 않았는데, 이 연구에서는 『학보』를 활용하여 그 규모가 상당할 뿐 아니라 다수의 조선인 고원들이 활동하였음을 밝혔다. 이 도서관은 일본의 제국대학 도서관 네트워크에 속해 있었을 뿐 아니라. 조선의 도서관들을 조직하는데 주도적 역할을 하였다. 그러나 1930년대 후반기에 도서관의 사상통제기능이 강화되면서, 그 주도권은 총독부 도서관으로 넘어갔다. 해방직후의 도서관 운영은 관리자의 변동을 제외하면, 해방 전과 유사했으며, 일본인 교수들의 장서들이 기존의 도서관 장서에 상당한 비중으로 통합되었다. 서울대학교 설립 당시에 통합된 여러 학교의 도서통합과정은 앞으로 규명해야 할 과제이다. A study on Keijo Imperial University Library can be based on an analysis of the library collection along with perspectives of institutional transplantation, colonial power representation and hegemony project. This paper uses the “Keijo Imperial University Bulletin(Ilram and Hakbo)”, the Registry of Book(Tosowonbu), and “Library of Joseon,” which was the Joseon Book Research Society’s bulletin, to identify the Library’s regulations, organization, staff composition, book collection process and networks inside and outside of Korea. Although Keijo Imperial University Library was one element of the ‘Imperial university library’ system formed in Japan, there were some differences regarding the personnel, such as a distinct national hierarchy among the employees and the exclusion of Koreans from the professional positions of librarians. The ‘temporary employee(gowon)’ belonging to the lowest rank in the colonial state organization, have rarely been a subject of study sofar, but this paper takes data from the Library Bulletin(Hakbo) to demonstrate that they were of a considerable scale and th at there were some Korean. The Keijo Imperial University Library not only belonged to the network of Japan’s imperial university libraries, but also took a leading role in organizing other libraries in colonial Korea in 1930s. But as the censoring and mobilizing function of libraries was reinforced in the late 1930s, the leadership was passed over to the Library of the Government-General. The Keijo Imperial University Library was operated in much the same way immediately after the liberation of Korea as before the liberation, except that there was a change of director and a large amount of books owned by Japanese professors were integrated into the existing library collection. It remains a task to clarify the integration process of books from multiple schools that were merged upon the founding of the Library of Seoul National University.

        동아시아 ‘냉전의 섬’에서의 평화 사상과 연대

        동아시아에는 제주도와 유사한 경험을 가진 ‘냉전의 섬’이 많이 있다. 1945년 미군이 점령한 후 지금까지 70년간 미국의 가장 강력한 해외 기지로 자리 잡은 오키나와, 국공내전의 끝자락에서 치열한 전장이 되었다가 냉전의 섬으로 전화된 금문도, 그리고 냉전 시기에는 풍요와 평화를 누리다가 탈냉전 시대에 국지적 심리전의 현장이 되어버린 연평도, 이런 섬들은 비록 비동시적이라고 해도 모두 냉전의 섬이라고 할 수 있다. 이 글은 이 냉전의 섬들에서 어떻게 평화의 사상이 배태되었으며, 현재 어떤 상황에 처해 있는가를 동아시아 냉전·분단체제의 형성과 해체라는 맥락에서 생각해보려고 한다. 이를 위해서는 국민국가를 넘어서서 동아시아라는 지역의 질서를 근본적으로 전환한 창법적 폭력들과 지방 수준에서의 주민 생존권에 대한 역사철학적 성찰에 주목할 필요가 있다. 냉전의 섬들 연대는 동아시아의 평화를 촉진하는 변수가 될 수 있지만, 현재까지 현실적인 힘으로 성장한 것은 아니며, 이것이 어떻게 가능할 것인가는 더 많은 토론이 필요하다. East Asia has many “Cold War islands” with similar experiences to Jeju Island. Ever since it was conquered in 1945, Okinawa has been occupied by the U.S. military for over 70 years as a naval stronghold. The Kinman islands of Taiwan have been transformed into a symbol of the Cold War after having been one of the final battlegrounds of the Chinese Civil War, and Yeon pyeong Island has turned into a local psychological war zone in the post-Cold War era, leaving behind the relative peace and prosperity it enjoyed in the previous years. These islands share a common experience and identity as Cold War islands. This article focuses on these islands and how the ideals of peace have been cast aside, and furthermore contemplates the geopolitical situations they face in the context of the emergence and disintegration of the Cold War in East Asia. This paper calls forth a historical-philosophical reflection on the transnational violence at the regional level that fundamentally transformed the regional order and people’s right to life. The mutual understanding and solidarity of these Cold War islands may emerge as a small but significant factor in promoting peace in East Asia, but more discussion will be needed to understand how to bring this about.

        식민지적 근대와 신체의 정치

        The topic of this paper is the leprosy control and the experiences of leprosy patients during the Japanese colonial rule in Korea. Especially, focusing on the differences and similarities between Japanese colonial leprosarium and missionary leprosarium, I tried to conceptualize the colonial modernity. Modern power made leprosy patients social “Others,” and segregated them from society. It divided their bodies and souls, and made their bodies colonized. From their world of soul, Japanese colonial authorities and Western missionaries demanded different paradigms. In leprosy relief field, two imperial forces competed with each other to establish hegemony in Korea. In missionary asylums, the patients have been forced to rebirth as new Christian men through some normalizing devices, such as medical treatment, education, occupational therapy, and marriage after vasectomy. On the contrary, the Japanese policy forcefully segregates the patients, who were stigmatized by the public as social enemies to be eradicated. In governmental asylums, even though some normalizing devices had been introduced, there were even more forceful, including imprisonment and forced labor, vasectomy as a means of punishment. However, this rigid control ended up being a failure, as was illustrated in the murder case of the director of the Sorok Asylum by a patient in 1942. The negative heritage of colonial modernity led to the massacre of leprosy patients after the independence of Korea.

      • 민간인학살사건 진상규명을 위한 활동의 현황과 과제

        Social movement for the truth of civilian massacre and restoration of sacrificed around Korean war has been started from 2000 and resulted in special law legislation by the 5 years hard struggle. The Establishment of formal government organization, Truth and Reconciliation Commission is an institutionalization of sacrificed and NPO's joint ask. It means that Korean political society choose rather the truth-reconciliation exchange model than justice model. The Commission adopted a self-reporting system for the problem solving, but self-reporting system has some problem owing to its deep depending on socio-political environments. In political terms, South-North relation and potential alteration of government, National security law confined the self-reporting of sacrificed. In social terms, self-reporting is affected by recognition and accessibility on Commission, compensation, networking among sacrificed and commitment of backward group. Even it is inevitable, self-reporting system is a kind of minimizing mechanism of clearing-up the civilian massacre incidents The commission declared the principle of unification. Truth and reconciliation are accepted so abstractedly, but it is so difficult to define the substantial meaning of reconciliation and realizing mechanism of it. The dilemma of Commission are come from not only the pressure of conservative camp, but also the deep discrepancy between high expectation of sacrificed and capacity of Commission, and difficulty of international cooperation by U.S. It needs not only law-institutional approach, but also socio-cultural moment for the reconciliation. It is difficult to make some chances to reflect and introspect on past tragedy owing to Korean political culture.

        사회사업에서 사회복지로: "복지" 개념과 제도의 변화

        복지란 개념은 20세기 이래 활발히 사용되고 있지만, 이 개념이 정확히 무엇을 의미하는지에 대해서는 명확한 정의가 없는 실정이다. 복지는 Welfare의 번역어인데, 이는 원래 행복을 뜻하는 용어였으며 1940년대 이후 사회구성원들이 좋은 상태의 유지를 위한 정책적 제도적 개입이라는 의미를 갖기 시작했다. 동양에서도 복지는 번역 초기, wellbeing의 의미로 사용이 되었다. 식민지시기 복지란 용어보다는 사회사업, 후생, 민생으로 지칭되어지고 제도화가 되었다. 해방이후, 초기에는 식민지기의 제도적 명칭을 이어받지만 가회보장과 사회복지의 개념이 수용되면서 정부의 제도와 기구가 변화하기 시작한다. 하지만, 사회보장, 사회복지 개념의 수용에는 선성장 후복지가 복지의 확대를 막는 큰 요인으로 작동했다. 한국 사회의 복기 개념, 기구와 조직에 대한 역사적 분석과 논의 없이는 성장담론을 뛰어넘는 복지담론을 형성하기 어려울 것이다. The concept of ‘welfare’ is widely used since the 20th century. However, it is not clear what this concept means among all different walks of life. ‘Bokji’, Korean translation of welfare, originally meant ‘well-being’ at the beginning of the 20th century. Since 1940’s with the influences of total in the Western countries, it started to gain the meaning of “the state or condition of doing or being well; good fortune, happiness, of well-being (of a person, community, or thing); thriving of successful progress in life, prosperity.” With the coming of Japanese colonialism, the concepts like social works, husaeng, minsaeng were employed and institutionalized. After liberation, the concepts from the colonial time persisted and were gradually replaced by social security and social welfare. The development of such concepts and institutions based on them were greatly hindered by the discourse of “First Growth and Later Welfare,” Without the historical analysis of the concepts and institutions relevant to welfare, it will not be possible to create welfare discourse overcoming development orientated discourses handicapping welfare.

        특별기고 : 광주민중항쟁에서의 저항의 상징 다시 읽기 -시민적 공화주의를 중심으로-

        태극기는 광주 항쟁 전 기간에 걸쳐 광범하게 사용되었으나 그것의 용법과 의미에 관해서는 별다른 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 이 글은 국가가 국군에 대한 저항의 상징으로 사용되는 공유상징의 역설을 다룬다. 긴 역사적 맥락에서 보면, 태극기는 민족주의, 국민주의, 시민적 공화주의, 상업적 애국주의 등 다양한·맥락에서 사용되어왔다. 나는 광주항쟁의 소국면 즉 저항, 집회, 죽은 자들에 대한 의례에서 국기가 사용되는 용법을 분석하여 이것이 시민들의 공화주의적 지향을 구체화한 것으로 해석하였다. 즉, 그것은 헌정주의, 자치, 시민적 연대 등을 포함하는 공화주의적 원칙을 확립할 것을 요구하는 상징이었다. 한국현대사에서 국기의 공화주의적 용법은 1980년부터 1987년의 민주화의 국면에서 가장 강하게 지속되었다. Taegeuki was widely used all throughout Gwangju uprising, but questions regarding its usages and meaning were never raised. This is the stating point of the paper: the paradox of shared national symbol, the national flag as a symbol for resistance against the national army. In the long term, Taegeuki has been used in various historical contexts including nationalism(minjokjuei), state-led nationalism(kukminjuei), civic republicanism and commercial patriotism. I analyze the context of the usage of national flag in the demonstration, gathering, ritual for deaths, and argue that the meaning of Taegeuki in the Gwangju uprising should be throughly examined as a distinct phenomena which embodies the republican yearning of the citizens. It is the expression for the establishment of republican principles including constitutionalism, self-governing, and civic solidarity. Republican usage of national flag has been strong continued from 1980 to 1987 in Korean contemporary history.
