        새로움의 전율 - 아도르노의 현대예술이론 연구 -

        This study explores Adorno's theory of modern art through the concept of The New focusing on the “Situation” chapter in Adorno’s Aesthetic Theory. The New, along with Semblance, is a key concept in Adorno's theory of the autonomy of art, However, it is often equated with Fashion in capitalist societies because of its inextricable connection to commodities. One of the biggest contributors to the misunderstanding of The New is Peter Bürger, who, in Theory of the Avant-Garde, points out that The New is central to Adorno's aesthetic, but at the same time equates it with the novelty of commodities within capitalist societies. In order to clarify what constitutes The New, we first examine how Adorno's key aesthetic concepts of Autonomy of Art, Semblance, and The New are interrelated. According to Adorno, the Semblance of art, including the semblance of the autonomy of art, creates the capacity to critique existing society through its distance from life here and now, and The New is central to this semblance. The New is the place where the semblance of autonomy of art is constructed. Then, in order to clarify what the new is, this paper examines what it is not by contrasting it with the notion of Sensation: how the new of art, which stems from capitalist social relations, is distinguished from the newness of commodities. Finally, by examining The New as non-identity and The New as utopian impulse, it reveals that The New is a mechanism for producing new subjectivities beyond self-preservation through opening up to the other. Moreover, the shudder generated by The New is different from delirium. Delirium is what the culture industry aims for, and just as sensation leads to the disintegration of the subject, delirium leads to the weakening of the self. On the other hand, the shudder or shock of The New presented in art is a trigger for recognizing one's own limitations and finitude; and the shudder allows the self to recognize the possibility of going beyond itself. Hence, the emergence of a new subject is the most important possibility that The New offers us, and this opens up the possibility of a different relationship between the subject and the world. However, the art that embodies The New must be different from the old, and it can be called anti-art. Adorno considered anti-art to be an essential component of the autonomy of art. Art can only be autonomous when it is anti-art, and art is most political when it is autonomous. The New is not only an important site for shaping the autonomy of art, but also an appropriate starting point for investigating the compatibility of the autonomy of art with the avant-garde.

        Intermittent pneumatic compression device is a standard component for prevention of deep venous thrombosis in immobile patients. This method has been known to be safe with very low rate of complications compared to medical thromboprophylaxis. Therefore, this modality has been used widely in patients who underwent a general surgery. We report a patient who developed common peroneal nerve palsy during the use of intermittent pneumatic compression device after Hartmann’s operation.

        동작관찰훈련이 양하지마비 뇌성마비 아동의 뇌활성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the improve on brain activity during action observation training for cerebral palsy of diplegia. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: 18 subjects were divide into two groups: action observation training group and a control group. Action observation group practiced repeatedly the action with their motor skill and control group practiced conventional physical therapy. The subjects participated in eighteen 30-min sessions, 3 day a week, for 6week. To confirm the effects on brain activity were evaluated. Results: The results show that the Mu-rhythm was statistically significant increase on the C3 of the action observation training group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The action observation training improves brain activity of a cerebral palsy with diplegia. These results suggest that the action observation training is feasible and beneficial for improving brain activation for the cerebral palsy with diplegia. In the future, I think we need to be actively utilized to the action observation training program in the clinical with the neuromuscular development treatment. And the study on the various the action observation training program that can improve the function of the children with cerebral palsy is thought necessary.

        Consideration of Physiotherapy for the Improvement of Knee Joint Range of Motion after Total Knee Replacement in Patients with Hemopilic Arthropathy

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of physiotherapy on the range of motion (ROM) of patients with hemophilic arthropathy after total knee replacement (TKR) during treadmill gait. Method: Nineteen patients (age range, 30-61 years) who received physiotherapy at the Korea Hemophilia Foundation (KHF) Clinic in Seoul between 2011 and 2013 after TKR were recruited. Protocol rehabilitation was performed (KHF Clinic, Department of Physiotherapy) with an average follow-up of 70 days (range, 6-141 days). Result: Physiotherapy after TKR improved the ROM parameters, including the post-operative average ROM. The post-operative and follow-up ROM also significantly increased. Conclusion: Patients with hemophilia require different physiotherapeutic techniques and need dedicated post-operative care in comparison with the general population.

      • KS H ISO 1242 표준의 평가 : 라반딘 정유의 산값 측정

        The acid value (AV) as well as the ester value of essential oil is an important index to evaluate quality of essential oil. The official standard analytical method of KS H ISO 1242 dealing with “Essential oils - Determination of acid value” was assessed experimentally using two lavandin essential oils obtained in France as an example. One French lavandin oil sample showed the results of AV= 0.9 by both indicator method and potentiometry. Another sample showed AV = 1.9 by indicator method and AV = 1.6 by potentiometry. Latter lavandin oil sample exhibited significantly higher acid value than maximum value of 1 described in the standard. This result suggests that latter lavandin oil was contaminated, because this oil was contained in an orange juice bottle. Results of this study proved that KS H ISO 1242 could be used as a suitable scientific standard for the determination of acid value of essential oils.

      • 드론을 활용한 해무(연안안개) 관측 및 메커니즘 분석

        해무는 해상에서 발생하는 안개로 선박 및 항공의 안전한 운항을 위하여 정확한 예측이 필요하다. 해무의 예측 정확도를 높이기 위해서는 관측을 통한 해무의 메커니즘에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 하지만, 해무는 해상의 대기 최하층에서 발생하여 관측에 한계가 있다. 최근 국립기상과학원은 드론에 기상 센서를 탑재하여 이동형 관측장비로 활용하고 있으며, 대기 최하층 연직 구조에 대한 고해상도의 시·공간 자료를 생산하는 시도를 하고 있다. 본 연구는 해무 관측의 한계를 극복하기 위해 통합 기상센서(Vaisala, WXT536)를 탑재한 드론(DJI, Matrice600Pro)을 활용하여 해무(연안안개) 연직 관측을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 고해상도의 해무(연안안개) 자료를 생산하였다. 본 연구의 분석 사례로는 충청남도 태안군 학암포에서 발생한 2021년 6월 8일 사례로 0620 0730LST까지 1km 미만(최저 166.86m)의 저시정이 관측되었다. 드론 관측방법은 일출 후~해무 소산 시까지 1.5ms<SUP>-1</SUP>의 연직 속도로 최대 500m 고도까지 상승하여 관측하였다. 해무의 메커니즘을 이해하기 위해 상당온위(θϵ)와 수증기 혼합비(qv)를 산출하여 분석하였다(Paluch diagram 활용). 해무 시작 전, θϵ와 qv가 점차 감소하다 해무 시작 시 특히 지면 근처에서 급격히 감소하였다. 이는 남서풍에 의한 습윤 공기의 이류로 대기가 냉각·응결되고 있음을 의미하고, θϵ와 qv의 급격한 감소는 위성 영상을 통해 이미 앞바다에서 발생한 해무가 유입된 것으로 확인하였다. 고도에 따라 θϵ와 qv는 점차 증가하다 경계층에서 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경계층에서 장파복사냉각에 의한 증발효과로 보여지며 이러한 변곡점을 통해 해무의 두께와 정도를 수치화 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 바람의 연직 구조와 직교성을 분석하여 해무에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 논의할 것이다.

        네발기기 자세에서 지지면에 따라 뉴렉기법을 적용한 슬링이 어깨 안정화 근육에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess how much neurac technic affects the stability muscles of the shoulder according to the supporting surface in crawling position. Method: 29 healthy adult males participated in this experiment. The experiment consists of 2 experimental groups and 1 control group. It is conducted for 3 weeks. Each group exercised for 7 seconds and then rested for 3 seconds. Using EMG, the average value of serratus anterior, upper trapezius, and lower trapezius was repeated three times. Experimental group 1 conducted push up plus exercise applied neurac technic with sling on unstable supporting surface. Experimental group 2 conducted push up plus exercise applied neurac technic with sling on stable supporting surface. Control group conducted the push up plus exercise on stable supporting surface. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis. Result: It was noticeable that the result of Experimental group 1 affects stability muscles of more than Experimental group 2 and Control group. Conclusion: Push up plus position applied neurac technic with sling on unstable supporting surface was the most effective in activating the stability muscles of the shoulder.

        일상생활관련 발명활동이 유아의 창의성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일상생활관련 발명활동이 유아의 창의성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같 은 연구 목적을 위하여 대전광역시 서구에 소재한 2개의 공립유치원 만5세 반을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무선배정 하였으며, 총 유아 40명 중 실험집단 20명, 통제집단 20명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 실험집단 에는 16주 동안 총 24회에 걸쳐 일상생활관련 발명활동을 처치하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t-검증을 통해 실 험처치의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 일생생활관련 발명활동을 실시한 실험집단 유아들이 통제집단 유아 들보다 창의성이 유의하게 증진된 것으로 밝혀졌다.
