장애 트라우마의 시적 인식과 치유-『빈집에서 겨울나기』의 자기분석-

This paper focuses on the self-analysis through personal reflection in the poetry collection Wintering in an Empty House, exploring the recognition,writing-based response, and healing aspects of trauma experienced by a family with a disabled father. It is organized into three sections. The first part examines the meaning and societal perceptions of disability, analyzing the negative impact of the trauma, experienced by families with disabilities on personal narratives. This suggests that distorted self-perception continuously affects an individual’s mental and psychological health, manifesting as the presence of trauma. Hence, this paper presupposes that self-recognition and the reconstruction of personal narratives can serve as a foundation for trauma healing. The second part analyzes the specific aspects of trauma as depicted in the poetry, focusing on how the poet’s self-recognition, influenced by their relationship with their disabled father, generates feelings of guilt manifesting as “becoming the father,” “obedience,” and “avoidance and escape.” The third part discusses the healing of trauma as a response, positing that healing occurs through self-reflection by facing trauma head-on. This involves reflecting on distorted self-perceptions to reconstruct personal narratives. The paper concludes that the process of writing poetry ultimately leads to reconciliation with the poet’s father and with themselves, thus presenting a therapeutic healing process.

Mucoceles of the sphenoid sinus are relatively rare and can lead to visual impairment, diplopia and external ophthalmoplegia. The ophthalmic symptoms seem to be caused mainly by compression or inflammatory changes. It is difficult to diagnose mucocele of the sphenoid sinus just on the basis of patient history or physical examination alone. CT scans and MRI help in the correct assessment of this lesion. We experienced one patient with a sphenoid sinus mucocele who presented simply with diplopia. The mucocele was managed successfully by endoscopic marsupialization. Current Status of Nursing Informatics Education in Korea

Objectives: This study presents the current status of nursing informatics education, the content covered in nursing informatics courses, the faculty efficacy, and the barriers to and additional supports for teaching nursing informatics in Korea. Methods: A set of questionnaires consisting of an 18-item questionnaire for nursing informatics education, a 6-item questionnaire for faculty efficacy, and 2 open-ended questions for barriers and additional supports were sent to 204 nursing schools via email and the postal service. Nursing schools offering nursing informatics were further asked to send their syllabuses. The subjects taught were analyzed using nursing informatics competency categories and other responses were tailed using descriptive statistics. Results: A total of 72 schools (35.3%) responded to the survey, of which 38 reported that they offered nursing informatics courses in their undergraduate nursing programs. Nursing informatics courses at 11 schools were taught by a professor with a degree majoring in nursing informatics. Computer technology was the most frequently taught subject (27 schools), followed by information systems used for practice (25 schools). The faculty efficacy was 3.76 ± 0.86 (out of 5). The most frequently reported barrier to teaching nursing informatics (n = 9) was lack of awareness of the importance of nursing informatics. Training and educational opportunities was the most requested additional support. Conclusions: Nursing informatics education has increased during the last decade in Korea. However, the proportions of faculty with degrees in nursing informatics and number of schools offering nursing informatics courses have not increased much. Thus, a greater focus is needed on training faculty and developing the courses.

국어과 협동 학습에 관한 인식 조사

A survey on the view of cooperative learning in the Korean language 이 연구에서는 국어과에서 협동학습의 방법으로 이루어지는 교수-학습에 대하여 교사와 학습자가 어떠한 인식을 가지고 있는가를 살펴보았다. 조사 결과, 국어과 협동 학습에 관한 교사의 인식에 문제점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 많은 교사들이 협동학습을 교수-학습 효과보다는 교수-학습 방법의 변화에만 의미를 두고 있었으며, 협동학습에 대한 지식의 부족으로 잘못된 인식을 가지고 있었다. 조사 대상 교사의 75.00%가 협동학습을 하는 데 필요한 의사소통 방법 구체적으로 알지 못한 상태이며, 이런 상태의 교사는 학습자들에게 이를 지도하지도 않은 상황에서 협동학습의 방법을 사용할 가능성이 큼을 학습자 조사를 통하여 알 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 학습자가 개별 책무성을 가지고 적극적으로 협동학습에 임하도록 지도하여야 하나 이 또한 제대로 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.조사 대상 학습자의 과반수 이상이 협동학습으로 국어 수업을 하는 것이 재미가 있으며, 이러한 수업의 과정에서 동료 학습자에게 배우는 것이 많다는 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 한편, 고등학교의 경우 여학생이 남학생보다 국어과 협동학습에 대한 흥미도가 높았으며 동료 학습자에 배우는 것이 많다고 응답한 비율도 높았다.국어과 교사는 협동학습으로 교수-학습을 진행하는 데 필요한 전문적 지식을 충분히 익힌 뒤 국어과 교수-학습을 설계하여야 하며, 학습자들에게 그 학습 방법을 사용하는 데 필요한 사항에 대해서 미리 지도를 하여야 한다. 협동학습에 대한 학습자들의 긍정적인 인식이 국어과 교사의 정확하고 철저한 사전 지도와 만날 때 협동학습이 가진 교육적 장점을 국어과 교육에서 살릴 수 있을 것이다.

TGF β유도 Type 1 Collagen Promotor 활성에 미치는 Phorbor ester와 Okadaic acid의 영향

목적 : 이 연구는 섬유아세포에서 collagen 유전자 발현을 조절하는 기전을 밝히려는 노력의 일환으로, HEL299 섬유아세포에서 transforming grow factor β(TGFβ)에 의해 증가된 collagen합성 및 promoter활성에, 세포내 단백질의 인산화에 중요한 역할을 하는 protein phosphatase의 길항제이며 non-phorbol ester tumor promoter인 okadaic acid (OKA)와 Protein kinase C (PKC) 활성제인 phorbol myristate acetate (PMA)가 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보았다. 재료 및 방법 : 사람 폐 섬유아세포인 HEL299 세포를 일정한 상태로 배양한 후 PMA 또는 OKA의 일정량을 단독 혹은 TGFβ와 병합투여하여 24시간 작용시키면서 마지막 6시간 동안 [^3H]proline을 첨가하여 이것의 총단백질과 collagen에의 편입도를 측정·비교하였다. 한편 α_2(Ⅰ)procollagen promoter의 활성도 측정을 위해 HEL299세포에 10㎍의 pMS-3.5/CAT plasmid를 transfection시키고 24시간 배양한 다음 PMA 또는 OKA의 일정량을 단독 혹은 TGFβ와 병합 투여하여 48시간 작용시켜서 세포를 회수하고 CAT활성을 측정하여, 대조 plasmid인 pSV2/CAT를 transfection 시켰을 때의 CAT 활성에 대한 상대적인 값으로 표시하였다. 결과 : OKA와 PMA는 다같이 % collagen합성을 대조군에 비하여 각각 53.4%, 53.9% 억제하였으며, TGF에 의한 collagen 합성 증가도 효과적으로 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. α_2(Ⅰ)procollagen promoter의 3500bp 부위를 포함하는 pMS-3.5/CAT plasmid를 이용한 transfection 실험에서 OKA와 PMA는 그 자체만으로는 promoter 활성을 억제하지 않았지만, TGFβ에 의한 활성 증가에 대해서는 억제효과를 나타내었다. 결론 : 이 결과를 통해서 볼 때, TGFβ에 의한 collagen합성의 증가에 관여하는 인자는 세포내 단백질의 인산화 정도에 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있다. In order to elucidate the regulation mechanism of collagen gene expression in HEL299 fibroblast, the effects of two well-known chemicals affecting phosphorylation status of the intracellular proteins, okadaic acid (OKA), a protein phosphatase inhibitor, and phorbol myristate acetate (PMA), a protein kinase C activator, on TGFβ-induced type Ⅰ collagen synthesis and α_2(Ⅰ) collagen promoter activity were examined. Both OKA and PMA per se inhibited the collagen synthesis by 53.5% and 53.9%, respectively. In addition, the incresase of collagen synthesis induced by TGFβ was suppressed by both OKA and PMA. In transfection experiment using pMS-3.5/CAT composed of -3500∼+58 of α_2(Ⅰ) collagen promoter and CAT gene, OKA and PMA per se did not inhibit the promoter activity. However, they could suppress the effect of TGFβ on collagen promoter activity. These results support the view that factors mediating the effect of TGFβ on type Ⅰ collagen synthesis and α_1(Ⅰ) promoter activity might be regulated by the phosphorlylation status of the intracellular proteins.
