무인비행체 지상관제시스템 안전성 평가를 적용한 소프트웨어 개발 방안 연구

본 연구에서는 무인비행체 시스템에 대한 안전성 평가(SSA)를 기반으로 지상제어시스템(GCS)을 개발하는 방안을 제시한다. 보다 안전한 무인비행체 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 FAA에서 제시하는 SSA와 항공용 소프트웨어 개발 절차(DO-178C) 등의 항공 분야의 시스템 개발 가이드를 활용한다. 무인비행체 시스템에 대한 SSA를 수행하고 그 결과로부터 시스템 안전 요구사항과 안전등급(Safety level)이 정해지며, 시스템 안전 요구사항은 시스템의 각 구성요소에 할당되고, 해당 구성요소의 안전등급이 결정된다. 무인비행체 시스템은 크게 비행체와 GCS로 구성되며, GCS에 할당된 안전 요구사항 안전등급에 적합하게 GCS 소프트웨어를 개발하는 소프트웨어 개발 방안을 제시한다.

Background & Objectives: Surgical indications and effect of auditory rehabilitation have not been established in elderly deaf patients who received cochlear implant (CI). The aim of this study is to analyze the outcomes of CI with respect to auditory performance and surgical complication in elderly deaf patients. Subjects & Method: Nineteen postlingually deafened patients who were 60 years and older at the time of implantation were included in the study from April 1992 to October 2006. They were compared to a group of 53 younger patients (<60 years) at the time of implantation. Surgical complications were identified and speech performance was evaluated preoperatively and postoperatively at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. Results: In the etiology, progressive hearing loss was most common in both groups. Perioperative complications such as temporary dizziness, wound problem, tinnitus, and temporary facial weakness showed no significant differences between elderly and control groups despite higher incidence of underlying disease in elderly patients. Preoperative speech performance (audiologic K-CID) was significantly better in control group than in elderly group, but there were no significant differences in postoperative period. Conclusions: The outcomes of CI in the elderly patients have been comparable with those of younger adults. Advanced age alone could not preclude anyone from being candidates of CI.
Production of Bioactive Compounds from Fungi Grown on Ginseng- Steaming Effluent

We described production of bioactive compounds from fungi grown on Korean ginseng-steaming effluents (GSE) for develop high-value added nutraceuticals from Korean GSE. Hansenula anomala KCCM 11473,which grew well in Korean GSE had high RNA content, and its optimal autolysis conditions were established to produce 5’-ribonucleotides (13.9~28.5 mg/g of biomass) at 55oC and pH 5.0 for 24 h. 5’-Phosphodiesterase and adenyl deaminase were not effective in increasing the yield of 5’-ribinucleatides, but the yield of IMP increased significantly only after the addition of 1.0% adenyl deaminase. Saccharomyces cerevisiae showed the highest growth in the GSE medium. 267.1 mg of S. cerevisiae biomass was produced from 1 g of GSE solid and medicinal ginsenoside-Rg3 contents was determined with 0.033 mg. Mucor miehei KCTC 6011 produced approximately 120 mg of chitosan per g-dry mycelium in 84 h at 25oC when grown in the GSE (pH 8.0)supplemented with 0.5% yeast extract and 0.002% CuSO4. Chitosan produced by M. miehei KCTC 6011 have deacetylated approximately 56% and its viscosity and molecular weight of the chitosan were 80 cps and 1.07 x 103 kDa, respectively. The chitosan at 1.5 mg/ml inhibited 73.9% of the mycelium growth of Rhizotonia solani in 60 h.
고양이 전농화 실험을 통한 Ethacrynic Acid와 체중 간의 상관성 고찰

Background and Objectives Co-administration of kanamycin (KM) with the loop diuretic ethacrynic acid (EA) has been known to produce a rapid and profound hearing loss in adult animals. The objective of this study was to see if monitoring the hearing status during intravenous infusion of EA could minimalize individual variability and to evaluate the correlation between the dose of EA and the body weight (wt). Materials and Method Twenty cats with the mean age of 24 weeks±3.7 (range, 20.6-28.3 weeks) and the mean weight of 3.27 kg±0.75 (range 2.4-4.75 kg) received a subcutaneous injection of KM (300 mg/kg) followed by an intravenous infusion of EA (1 mg/min). Click evoked auditory brainstem responses (ABRs) were recorded to monitor the hearing during the infusion. When the ABR thresholds rose to levels in excess of 90 dB SPL, the infusion of EA was stopped. The histopathologies for sections of apex, middle, base of cochlea were examined after 6 months. Results There was a significant positive correlation (p<.001, r2=.583) between the EA dose and body weight. Cochlear histopathology showed an absence of organ of Corti and decrease of spiral ganglion cells in the majority of cochleas, especially in the basal turn. The extent of loss of spiral ganglion cells was dependent on their distance from the round window. Conclusion Monitoring the animal’s hearing status during the procedure ensured that the dose of EA was optimized for individual animals. Thus, the positive correlation between the EA dose and body weight should be considered should in designing the animal models of controlled high frequency hearing loss. 므네모시네의 (재)해석을 통한 도시 관계 구축 방법에 관한 연구

현대 도시는 개체가 지니고 있는 의미의 해석보다, 외부로 드러나는 이미지에 대한 해석이 주류를 이루고 있다. 이에 현대 도시는 그것을 이루고 있는 요소들 간의 관계가 불명확하고 모호한 성격을 지니고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도시를 해석함에 있어 물리적인 요소가 아닌 비-물리적인 요소인 ‘기억’과 그것을 통해서 도출된 ‘상징’을 통해서, 도시에 잠재되어 있는 의미를 읽어내고 해석하는 방법론으로 아비 바르부르크의 ‘므네모시네’ Atlas를 제안한다. 그리고 ‘므네모시네’ Atlas의 특징을 ‘복합성(Complexity)’, ‘이중성(Duplicity)’ ‘동시성(Simultaneity)’으로 분류하고, 이러한 특징들을 통해서 도시 관계를 재구축하기 위한 새로운 해석의 틀(frame)을 제시한다. 또한 이론적인 부분에서 도출된 복합성, 이중성, 동시성을 설계작업에 적용하기 위하여, 도출된 특징을 각각 ‘압축(Compact)’, ‘긴장(Tension)', '열림(Openness)'으로 각각 치환하고, ‘므네모시네’ Atlas를 적용한 설계안을 제안한다.
