This study started in summer of 1990. I was a graduate in Tsukuba University Art & Design Department. I had special interest in traditional process and was struggling with different ways of expressing images. There were a lot of ways to express images, and even sound. Yet, we came back to the originality of the photography. We got away from the limit of 35mm or 120mm film size and use large size film like 4"by5"and 8"by10". Eventually, to take one shot of photograph, we have gone back to preserve the photograph permanently, which requires a lot of time an endurance, would be an unique charming point of my work. The purpose of taking a photograph with 8"by10" camera is that many simple things, which can be easily found in our nature, can details of fine parts organic or inorganic images that cannot be caught by human eyes. The objective of this study is to find out what these things make people to feel optically and what kind of optical process would be possible through producing photographic work based on the Beauty in Altered Nature. In our ordinary like, we can see many different and interesting landscapes like a lump of earth, a piece of rock, a concrete block, and a man-made structure on our way to somewhere whether we are walking or taking a transportation. Yet, most of us just pass by and forget all about them. However, if we take a very good look at these thins, we can feel that these things exists in harmony with the nature with their liveliness and beauty even though they are artificially made by humans in the turmoil of materialism.

인터넷 서비스를 구내망에 제공하기 위한 인트라넷에서도 인터넷과 동일하게 고속 멀티미디어 및 QoS 보장형 서비스의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구를 충족시키기 위해서 인트라넷에서도 서비스별 트래픽 관리와 망자원의 효율적인 관리가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 TINA 체계의 장애관리 기능에 따른 관리를 위해 인트라넷을 각각의 Layer Network 관점에서 재구성하였다. 효율적인 장애관리를 위한 기능 구조를 제안하고, 제안된 구조와 TINA 표준에 따라 장애관리 연사객체를 설계 및 구현한다. 또한, 경보 상관 관계 분석 및 장애 위치 식별 및 국지화(localization)를 위해 인트라넷에서의 장애원인 및 결과 관계를 나타내는 Fault Causality Graph를 제안한다.
벌크형 비정질 Zr계 합금의 결정화 열처리에 따른 동적변형 거동

The mechanical properties of a bulk amorphous alloy ($Zr_{41.2}$ $Ti_{13.8}$ /$Cu_{10}$ $Ni_{10}$ $Be_{22.5}$ /at.%) before and after an annealing treatment were investigated. For the bulk amorphous alloy, the compressive strength was about 2.0 GPa, irrespective of the strain rates in the range of $10^{-4}$ to $10^3$$ sec^{-1}$ . Fine-sized nanocrystalline particles (10~100 nm) were precipitated homogeneously in the bulk amorphous matrix after the annealing treatments. Compared to the bulk amorphous materials, these composite materials, composed of the nanocrystalline phases and a bulk amorphous matrix had much different mechanical properties. The strength and strain of coposite materials measured by a compressive test showed a peak-maximum values at 7 vol.% of the nanocrystalline phases. The values in higher volume fraction of the crystalline phases in the amorphous matrix were decreased, as measured by both quasi-static and high strain rate. The decrease in fracture strength is due to presence of the dispersed large-crystalline phases in the amorphous matrix.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, designers also need the ability to think, communicate and empathize to understand and converge various fields. The recent success of venture start-ups with creative business models is noteworthy. The purpose of this study is to find a debate based educational method that can effectively improve communication skills and broaden the thinking of students in the design department. For this purpose, a specific teaching methods were presented, focusing on debate and discussions. In addition, as a supplementary technique to resolve the rejection and increase participation of students pointed out as the limit of discussion class, the 1: 1 discussion method was applied. The reason these three styles are mixed is because we expect to improve the effectiveness of learning by discussing each other's strengths. The proposed teaching method was applied to the actual class to investigate the participants and review the responses. Debate classes have shown that individual communication skills can be improved. This study aims to find pedagogical ways for future design talents to improve their logical thinking and communication skills, and is an attempt to continue professional research in the future. 제4차 산업혁명 시대에 접어들어 디자이너에게도 디자인 실무 역량뿐만 아니라, 여러 분야를 이해하고 융합할 수 있는 사고 역량과 함께 소통과 공감 역량이 더욱 필요해지고 있다. 실제 창의적인 비즈니스 모델로 성공하는 벤처 스타트업들에서도 디자인 전공자들의 활약은 주목할 만하다. 본 연구는 대학의 디자인학과 재학생들의 의사소통 역량을 제고하고 사고의 폭을 넓히기 위한 토론식 교수 방법에 대한 모색이다. 이를 위하여 대표적인 찬반 토론 기법인 ‘디베이트식 토론’과 협력적 토의 기법인 ‘자유 토의’를 중심으로 구체적인 수업 방법과 함께 토론 수업의 한계로 지적되는 학생들의 거부감을 해소하고 참여도 를 높이기 위한 보조적인 기법으로서 ‘1:1 토론’기법을 적용한 수업 방법도 함께 제시하였다. 이러한 3가지 토론 방식을 혼용한 이유는 대표적인 토론 기법으로서 토론에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있고, 각각의 장점을 살리는 상호 보완을 통해 토론학 습의 효과를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대하기 때문이다. 제시한 수업 방법을 실제 수업에 적용하여 수강자들을 대상으로 설문 을 하여 반응도 살펴 보았다. 본 연구는 급변하는 산업 환경에서 디자인 전공자들이 미래를 이끌어갈 인재로서 논리적 사고 와 소통 역량에 도움이 되는 교수 방법의 연구에 있어서 향후 전문적인 연구를 이어가기 위한 하나의 시도이다.
공기 베어링을 이용한 정방기용 자동조심형 회전링의 최적설계 및 생산성 극대화 연구(1)

The ring spinning method is one of the staple yarn manufacturing technologies which are widely used in textile industry. The demands of increase the productivity and to manufacure higher valued products give rise to a higher performance in ring spinning of which the spinning speen id limited by the friction between the traveller and the ring, as well as by the spinning tension. The purpose of this study is to design the optimal shape of the rotating ring which satisfies the stability conditions of ring and increase the performance of the ring spinning method without altering the machine structure.

The increase of the spindle speed for high productivity in ring spinning process has been limited by the spinning tension and friction between the traveller and ring. The rotating ring is one of the ways to be able to solve this problem. In this study, we studied the surface temperature and vibration of rotating ring for the variation of traveller speed. The results of this study, using a saw tooth support rotating ring, revealed that: 1) spinning tension of rotating ring is bigger than that of fixed ring, 2) traveller weight influence endbreak of yam and rotating ring speed.
