        한 대학병원에서 분리된 blaOXA-23을 생성하는 Acinetobacter baumannii의 분자생물학적 특성

        Background: Multi-drug resistant (MDR) Acinetobacter baumannii has emerged as a significant infectious agent in hospitals worldwide. The purpose of this study was to determine the molecular characterization of MDR A. baumannii clinical isolates. Methods: Two hundred eighty-five strains of non-duplicated A. baumannii collected from March to November 2011 from a university hospital laboratory located in the Wonju area of the Gangwon province of Korea were analyzed for MDR genes. Results: All of the 285 imipenem-resistant A. baumannii isolates were encoded by a blaOXA-23-like gene, and all isolates with the blaOXA-23-like gene had the upstream element ISAba1. The 16S rRNA methylase gene armA was detected in 153 (50.2%) clinical isolates, but rmtA, rmtB, rmtC, rmtD and npmA were not detected in any isolates in the present study. The gene encoding aac(6')-Ib was the most prevalent aminoglycoside-modifying enzyme. The sequencing data for the quinolone resistance-determining region of gyrA and parC revealed the presence of Ser (TCA) 83 to Leu (TTA) and Ser (TCG) 80 to Leu (TTG) substitutions. All but one of the 285 A. baumannii isolates showed similar band patterns on repetitive extragenic palindromic-PCR profiles. Conclusion: The molecular characteristics of the resistance genes of MDR A. baumannii isolates obtained from the Wonju area of Gangwon province were similar to those of other areas in Korea.

        조세 온톨로지 구축에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to build the tax ontology which can be used to manage imposables by the state or local governments. In this, the tax and related concepts were analyzed and then concept hierarchy i.e., taxonomies were formed. Especially, in the concept hierarchy, after multiple inherits were decomposed as 'primitive concepts' and then Rector's 'methodology of ontology implementation normalization', in which defined concepts were recombined, was used. The methodology employed was that the tax system, which was entangled with the direct taxes, local taxes, and property taxes that has multiple-inherits, was expressed explicitly and logically. After that, automatic classification was carried out through the inference engine, consistency was verified. Finally, some practical cases of ontology created were enumerated.

        법령에 대한 FRBR 모형의 적용에 관한 연구

        This study intend to find the application methods of the FRBR model about legislation by analyzing a law life cycle from the enactment to the amendment and abolition of legislation and the type of the change after abolition. The legislation is the work as an aggregate entity consisting legal provisions and each provision is also the work. They are in the Whole-to-Part relation. The legislation has a effect by being published in the official gazette, and the updated text or the translated text is not the official version. Even if the name of the legislation is changed, it is treated as the same entity when it is not abolished and the simple rectifying text expressed in the official gazette is also legally valid. The Libraries Act has been replaced by the Libraries Act(old version), the Libraries Promotion Act, the Libraries and Reading Promotion Act and the Libraries Act(new version) in the order named, and it can be bounded into a superwork. For these examples, we provided the application method of FRBR model and suggested the actual application cases regarding Work, Expression, Manifestation and Item which are in Group 1 of FRBR model for the Libraries Act.

        신문기사정보 패싯 택소노미 구축 방안 - 예술 분야를중심으로 -

        Information on newspaper articles were categorized into different topics, and each categories within different topics were developed into a faceted taxonomies model which was combined with fundamental facets. After suggesting the plan to construct such a model, the research of actual faceted taxonomies were conducted. Faceted taxonomies divide information on news articles into different topics(such as politics, economies and others) and combine fundamental facets with categories(for example, politics can be sub-classified into general politics, administration, legal system, and others) and sub-categories. Each sub-categories can be further subdivided. In taxanomies, categories can have hierarchical relationships. Categories-Facets, for example, can be utilized to combine “arts” with “people”, “action”, “event”, “time”, “place” and others. And Sub-category of the classification of “arts“ such as “art,” “music,” “dance” form hierarchical relationships with “arts” and, in turn, can be used for browsing and further inferences. Furthermore, combining category and facets results in hierarchical structure in order of fundamental facets. As for the pilot vocabulary construction, faceted taxonomies of 145 words from news paper articles on the topic of “arts” were constructed using all construction elements covered in this study. 신문기사를 주제 분야별로 나누고, 분야 내에서 각각의 범주들은 기본 패싯과 결합하는 패싯 택소노미 모형을 개발하였으며 구축 방안을 제시하고 패싯 택소노미를 구축하는 연구를 수행하였다. 패싯 택소노미는 신문기사를 주제 분야(정치, 경제 분야 등)로 나누고 범주(정치 분야의 경우, 정치일반, 행정, 사법 등) 및 하위 범주를 기본 패싯과 각각 결합한다. 하위 범주는 더욱 하위 구분할 수 있다. 택소노미는 범주 간의 계층 관계를 가질 수 있으며, 범주-패싯은 예를 들어, “예술”에 대해 ‘사람’, ‘행위’, ‘행사’, ‘시간’, ‘장소’ 등과 결합한다. 그리고 예술의 하위 범주인 ‘미술’, ‘음악’, ‘무용’ 등은 ‘예술’과 계층 관계를 이루어 추론과 브라우징에 활용할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한, 범주-패싯 결합은 기본 패싯순으로 계층 구조를 갖는다. 한편, 시험용 어휘 구축은 ‘예술 분야’를 대상으로 용어 145어를 본 연구에서 다루는 모든 구성요소를 포함하는 패싯 택소노미를 구축하고, 디스플레이를 예시하였다.

        Ciprofloxacin 내성 E.coli 요로감염 발생률의 연도별 추이 및 기저 질환과의 상관관계

        Purpose: The increased use of antibiotics may be the main factor responsible for the development and spread of bacterial resistance. This study demonstrated the relation between quinolone use and the rate of isolating ciprofloxacin-resistant(CIPRO-R) Escherichia coli(E.coli) in patients with urinary tract infection(UTI). Materials and Methods: From 2001 to 2006, we determined antimicrobial use for 2,803 in terms of the defined daily dose(DDD) and the antimicrobial use density(AUD), and we surveyed the isolation rates of CIPRO-R E.coli in UTIs in both inpatients and outpatients. We also analyzed the correlation between the number of prescriptions and the resistance rates. Results: Of the 637(22.7%) CIPRO-R E.coli isolates, 297(46.6%) were from inpatients and 340(53.4%) were from outpatients. There was a statistically significant correlation between the rate of isolating CIPRO-R E.coli and the amount of quinolone use for the inpatients(r=0.815, p<0.05) as well as the outpatients(r=0.804, p<0.05). A logistic regression analysis identified previous quinolone use as the independent risk factor(odd ratio: 2.604 [95% confidence interval(CI): 1.639-4.137]) for CIPRO-R E.coli in inpatients. Also, these CIPRO-R E.coli showed low sensitivity to ampicillin and trimethoprim/sufamethoxazole(TMP/SMX) in the inpatients(10.4%, 27.3%) and outpatients(5.1%, 27.1%), respectively. Conclusions: Our study shows a significant correlation between ciprofloxacin resistance and quinolone use, and previous quinolone use seems to be the risk factor for CIPRO-R E.coli bacteriuria. It is necessary to keep antimictrobial therapy under constant surveillance for the prevention of CIPRO-R E.coli.         한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)에 있어서 Combelen 투여(投與)가 임상소견(臨床所見) 및 혈액성분(血液成分)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        In order to detect the clinical effect of combelen which is used for sedation of domestic animals, 10 heads of clinically healthy Korean native goats were used in this study. They were divided into two groups; one is dose level of 1ml per 10 kg of body weight with 1% combelen and the other is dose level of 3 ml. Clinical observations and changes in blood components after administration of combelen were made. 1. There was no adverse effect due to combelen, but sedative effect was insufficient. 2. During sedative period the changes in heart rate and respiratory rate showed noticeable change, and body temperature was slightly decreased. 3. In ECG recordings, except for slight changes in T wave, significant change was not observed. 4. Erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin concentration and packed cell volume showed tendency to decrease during the period of sedation. 5. SGOT activity showed a remarkable increase and BUN showed a great decrease 24 hours after administration in the group of 3ml/10kg. Blood glucose level increased during the period of sedation in both groups.

        1. Anatomical and histological study on the bovine teat have been described. 2. Two different types of suture methods were applied to the artificial leaking teats experimentally produced in laboratory and the accuracy between the two methods have been compared. 3. The instruments, anesthesia, restraint of animal and surgical technic used in the surgical correction of leaking teats in writers hand have been described. 4. Of the eleven cases of leaking teats operated in the field, seven cases healed perfectly and the rest of cases failed to heal due to the faulty postoperative care in owner's hands and or writer's surgical error.
