The age of electric vehicle is coming. One of the most important problems to be solved for popularization of electric vehicle is fuel economy. To increase fuel economy of electric vehicles, it is necessary to improve the performance of the battery or the car body should be lighter than now. To solve the problem of the car body, change the car body's material to carbon fiber reinforced composites can be an excellent answer. However, the part made from carbon fiber reinforced composites is vulnerable to accidents due to their high brittleness. In this study, ductile silica fume was added into the carbon fiber composites to enhance toughness. To examine this, various amounts and sizes of silica fume were considered and the toughness enhancement was examined by performing tensile tests.

In this paper, a novel channel estimation scheme is proposed to enhance PER (packet error rate) in WAVE (wireless access for vehicular environments) V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) environments. The proposed scheme is an iterative channel estimation and decoding scheme based on 1D-MMSE (minimum mean square error) where initial estimated channel values are re-used as pilot signals for iterative channel estimation. It can enhance PER performance at the cost of complexity. In numerical results based on Cohda Wireless channel model, PER of the proposed scheme can be enhanced, and guarantee 1% PER performance in extremely channel variation environment.
시장접근법 기반의 기술가치평가를 위한 개념적 모형에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 시장접근법 기반의 기술가치평가를 위한 원리적인 개념 모형을 제안한다. 하나의 기술이 기술성과 사업성을 기초로 기술가치를 부여받고, 다시 그 기술가치가 시장가치로 전이되는 개념모형을 제시하고 그 논리적인 타당성을 논의한다. 기술대가 지불방식의 두 가지 형태인 정액기술료 및 경상기술료 방식 각각에 대해, 기술-기술가치-시장가치 전이모형을 구성하는 구체적인 요인들을 식별하고 측정방식을 분석함으로써 구체화된 시장접근법 기반 기술가치평가 개념 모형을 개발한다. 더불어 본 연구에서 제안하는 개념 모형을 이용하여 기술가치평가의 세 가지 접근법인 비용-소득-시장접근법간의 관계를 설명할 수 있음을 보인다. This study aims to present a conceptual model for technology valuation based on market approach. We first propose a transition model in which technology itself is endowed with its intrinsic value based on its technology- and market-specific features, which subsequently goes through a transition to the market perceived value. We also discuss the model’s logical validity. Based upon the transition model, we develop market approach based technology valuation models by identifying factors comprising each component of the transition model for each case of fixed royalty and running royalty. We also show that the proposed model can be used to describe the relationship between cost, income and market approaches for technology valuation.
퍼지 선형계획법 해법 및 퍼지 DEA에의 적용에 관한 연구

A solution method for fuzzy linear programs is proposed. A fuzzy linear program is converted to a crisp linear program with average indices being applied to the objective function and constraints. A comparative analysis between the proposed average index approach and the possibilistic approach is given. As an application example, the proposed method is applied to the linear programming model for fuzzy data envelopment analysis, and the result is compared with that of the possibilistic approach.
