The business is faced with the situation must improve a power in an increasingly competitive environment due to the recent rapid advance in information technology and the opening and expansion of global market, fast technological change, and various customer demand. The rapid change in information technology is having an effect on not only all the processes to develop products, but information contents that is provided for the purpose of customer value, and the appearance of products. In other words, the information technology is being recognized as a very important factor among other factors for companies to enhance their competitiveness. In addition, it is more efficient to focus on key factor to maintain the competitive advantage on the using of information technology by outsourcing information systems, rather than by operating the systems under their own. Since the global financial crisis, the long-term recession has been increasing companies who is ready to adopt outsourcing or adopted already. This study is to understand the environment and unique characteristics of outsourcing services and related industries focusing on information system operation and management in information outsourcing services, and is to set the concept needed through my theory that is connected to the service quality and customer satisfaction. A lot of business wiew the improvement of service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as the major factors of business growth, and lots of ongoing studies have focused on service management in the Information outsourcing service industry. Yet few studies have ever concentrated on the quality of information system operation management service. This study, moreover, is to define the quality of service related with customer satisfaction from customer’s viewpoint, measuring effects on customer satisfaction. The quality of outsourcing service on information system in this study is a great help to companies who are offering information outsourcing service, and company’s managers and staffs who outsourcedto specialized company.

분자생물학적 방법에 의한 석유 저류층 미생물 군집 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dominant microorganisms in oil reservoirs to apply for MEOR. Oilsand from Canada and mid-heavy from Myanmar were sampled for the research, and the microorganisms cluster analysis was carried out by molecular biological approach. The research started with DNA extraction and amplification from the samples, and analyzed the DNA for dominant species. Throughout the research, it was able to confirm the appropriate dominant microorganisms for MEOR in Canada and Myanmar. For oilsand in Canada, Streptococcus, microorganism which degrades hydrocarbon to separate oil and sand by using produced organic acid and bio gas, was found. In reservoir of Myanmar, and Clostridium was found that it is able to improve immobility of oil by decreasing oil viscosity from CO2, H2, CH4 produced. The processes from the research can be utilized to develop MEOR techniques in the future. 이 연구는 미생물을 이용한 석유회수증진기술에 적용 가능한 우점종 미생물을 찾아내기 위해 수행하였다. 미생물 시료는 캐나다 오일샌드와 미얀마 육상유전 것을 사용하였으며, 미생물 군집 분석은 최신 분자생물학적 방법인 파이로시퀀싱을 사용하였다. 실험은 먼저 시료로부터 저류층 미생물의 DNA를 추출한 후, 증식과정을 거쳐 우점종을 파악하였다. 실험결과 캐나다 오일샌드 지역과 미얀마 육상유전 지역의 MEOR 적용 가능한 우점종 미생물을 확인할 수 있었다. 캐나다 오일샌드 지역은 유기산과 바이오가스 등이 산출되어 탄산을 용해시켜 오일과 암석을 쉽게 분리시킬 수 있는 Streptococcus 미생물이 발견되었고, 미얀마 유전은 이산화탄소, 수소, 메탄 등이 생성되어 오일의 점도를 낮추어 주는 Clostridium 미생물이 발견되었다. 이 연구에서 정립된 미생물 군집 분석 공정은 향후, MEOR 기술개발에 활용될 수 있다.

자연어처리, 자동화 문제풀이, 로보트공학, 식별, 정리증명, 전문가 시스템등으로 크게 분류될 수 있는 인공지능 시스템들의 구현을 위해서는 지식베이스 구축이 필요하다. 이 지식베이스 구축을 위해서 최근에는 신경망이론의 적용도 늘어나고 있는 추세이나, 저통적으로 각종 추론기법들이 사용된다. 본고에서는 추론기법의 발달과정과 상식추론을 비롯한 전통적인 추론기법들을 고찰해 보고 최근에 추론기법들의 동향을 소개한다. Artificial Intelligence application field is problem solving, perception, knowledge Storage and Refrieval, Natural Language processing, Expert system and Gram playing. The construction of Knowledge Base is prerequisite for AI system implementation. Recently the theory of neural network is more applicate for the Knowledge Base construction. However, conventional inference technique is applicate as yet. This report studies the development process of inference technique and also the new trends of inference technique.

방문구강건강관리사업에서 정신적 장애인의 구강건강관리시간에 영향을 미치는 요인

Patients with mental disability who are classified as dental severely disabled, have poor oral health status and many difficulties in taking health services. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors of influencing in visiting oral health care services. After receiving approval from institutional review board in Seoul National University, 39 participants were recruited and the oral health examination and questionnaire were taken. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, hierarchical linear regression for predicting influence of each participants’ characteristics on oral examination time and care time. In regression model, the higher the disability grade and the lower the degree of cooperation, the more oral examination time increased. However possibility of communication was not significantly influenced. Also, the higher the disability grade and the lower the degree of cooperation, the more oral care time increased. However possibility of communication was not significantly influenced. These results are expected to provide objective data for introduction and establishment of visiting dental care.

본 연구는 제임스 로버트 클린턴(J. Robert Clinton)박사께서 미국의 상황에서 미국 남자를 대상으로 연구한 리더십개발이론(Leadership Development Theory)을 한국장로교회의 상황에 상황화 (Contextualization)하여, 한국장로교회에서 새롭게 출현하는 리더들을 더욱 성경적으로 효과적으로 훈련하여 개발할 수 있는 리더십개발패턴(유형)들을 분석 연구하는 논문이다. 필자는 한국장로교의 상황에서 세 가지의 관점: 첫째, 성경적인 관점, 둘째, 문화적인 관점, 셋째, 상황적인 관점에서 이슈들을 제기하고 성경적인 해답을 찾고자 시도하는 것이다. 결과적으로 열 가지의 프로세스 아이템들: 성령충만 프로세스 아이템(Spirit Filled Process Item), 이중문화 개발 프로세스 아이템 (Bicultural Development Process Item), 상황화 통찰력 프로세스 아이템 (Contextualization Insight Process Item), 제자도 프로세스 아이템 (Discipleship Process Item), 동등 관계 프로세스 아이템(Equality Relationship Process Item), 비연장자 프로세스 아이템(Non Seniority Process Item), 비엘리트 프로세스 아이템(Non Elitism Process Item), 남녀 평등 프로세스 아이템(Egalitarian Process Item), 하나님 가족의 정체성 프로세스 아이템(God`s Family Identity Process Item), 하나됨의 프로세스 아이템(Oneness Process Item)들을 찾았고, 한국장로교회 상황에서 한국인을 위한 리더십개발이론(Korean Leadership Development Theory)를 정립하게 되었다. 그 결과 이 논문은 한국장로교회의 상황에서 새롭게 출현하는 리더들을 효과적으로 훈련하여 개발하기 위한 성경적이며 상황에 맞는 이론과 방법론을 필자에게 제공해 줄 수 있게 될 것이며, 또한 한국장로교회의 상황에서 리더십개발과 훈련사역을 감당 할 수 있는 필자의 잠재적인 리더십을 개발하는데 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대하고 있는 것이다.
