        조직문화 측정도구(Organizational Culture Dimension; OCD) 타당화 연구

        The purpose of this study is to validate the Organizational Culture Dimensions(OCD) measurement. We translated Ginevicius and Vaitkunaite’s (2006) measurement with subject matter experts and collected two independent samples from Korean employees for validation. Sample 1 consists of 318 Korean employees, and Sample 2 consists of 286 Korean employees. Our analysis included factor and reliability analyses, as well as the application of the Rasch model to assess item fit, difficulty, and the suitability of response categories. This led to the elimination of four items, including one factor (i.e., system of control), and the subsequent validation of 11 factors (44 items) that met the criteria for validity, reliability, difficulty, and MNSQ. OCD measurement developed and validated was significantly related to organizational citizenship behavior and work engagement. Based on the findings, we discussed theoretical insights for organizational culture research and practical implications 본 연구의 목적은 조직문화 차원 측정도구(Organizational Culture of Dimentions; OCD)를 타당화하는데 있다. 외부 전문가와 함께 연구진은 조직문화를 차원적으로 접근한 Ginevicius와 Vaitkunaite(2006)의측정도구를 번안하고, 타당화를 위해 국내 기업 근로자를 대상으로 하여 두 개의 독립된 표본을 수집하였다. 표본 1은 318명, 표본 2는 286명으로 구성하였으며, 타당도 검증을 위해 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, Rasch 모형을 활용하여 문항 적합도와 곤란도, 응답범주의 적절성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 1 개 요인(통제하는 문화)를 포함한 4개 문항을 제거하였고, 나머지 11개 요인 44개 문항은 타당도, 신뢰도, 곤란도, 적합도 기준을 충족하는 것으로 분석되었다. 개발된 OCD 측정도구는 조직시민행동과직무열의와 통계적으로 유의한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실천적시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

        국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 대한 보육교사의 인식 연구

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the ways in which childcare teachers understand and implicate the standards of national competency by searching for and analyzing the awareness of it. Methods: For this, the survey was conducted on 264 child care teachers working in daycare centers. The screening tool was constructed based on the content provided in the child care field of the NCS, and the questionnaire items were developed by referring to previous research. Results: Recognition of the child care teacher's awareness of the NCS was very low. The activity of child care teachers for the category of capability proposed by the NCS showed significant differences depending on work experience. The degree of awareness of child care teachers for the category of capability proposed by the NCS showed significant differences depending on work experience. The difference between the activity of child care teachers and the degree of awareness of child care teachers for the category of capability proposed by the NCS showed significant differences. Conclusion: In the future, it is necessary for the NCS to be constantly supplemented and ensure that the capability to perform practical functions is fulfilled in daycare centers.

        직원 침묵 측정도구 타당화 연구

        본 연구는 Knoll과 Dick(2013)이 개발한 직원 침묵 측정도구를 한국어 버전으로 타당화하여 국내 직원 침묵의 다양한 유형을 식별하는 데 활용할 수 있도록 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 내용 타당도 검증 및 번안을 거쳤으며, 국내 기업 근로자를 대상으로 두 차례 설문 진행을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 표본 1은 394명, 표본 2는 383명의 응답이 수집되었고, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, Rasch 모형이 분석되었다. 분석 결과, 요인부하량이 낮은 1개 문항이 제거되었고, 4개 요인(체념적 침묵, 회피적 침묵, 친사회적 침묵, 기회주의적 침묵) 11개 문항의 측정도구가 타당화되었다. 이 측정도구로 측정된 직원 침묵은 직무 열의와 부(-)적으로, 이직 의도와 정(+)적으로 관련이 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to validate the employee silence measurement developed by Knoll and Dick(2013). We translated the employee silence measurement for validation and collected two independent samples from employees in large and medium-sized companies in South Korea. Sample one comprises 394 employees, and sample two consists of 383 employees. Our analysis included factor analysis, reliability test, and Rasch model. The results show that one item with a low factor loading was removed, and the measurement of 11 items in four factors (i.e., acquiescent silence, quiescent silence, pro-social silence, and opportunistic silence) was validated. Employee silence, as measured by the measurement, was negatively related to work engagement and positively related to turnover intentions. Based on the findings, academic and practical implications were discussed.

        3년제 전문대학 유아교육과 졸업생의 취업준비행동에 관한 연구

        This study is about 3-year course college of department of early childhood education's graduates' employment preparation behavior. Its purpose is that helps graduates of 3-year college of department of early childhood education to give a basic data. We split employment preparation behavior up into three parts, preliminary employment preparation behaviors, active employment preparation behavior, and intensity of employment preparation behaviors. For this study, we do a survey targeting 187 teachers of nursery and kindergarten of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. In this study, for graduates of early childhood education college, it needs a detailed and scientific collection of data and management about infants education site. At political level, it needs a management of childhood teacher help-wanted web site by official regulation and procedure, prepared employment graduates discuss about introspection their characteristic and decision of employment related long-term life plan. 본 연구는 3년제 전문대학 유아교육과 졸업생들의 취업준비행동에 대해 알아봄으로써 3년제 전문대학 유아교육과 졸업생의 취업준비를 돕기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 취업준비행동은 예비적 취업준비행동, 본격적 취업준비행동, 취업준비강도로 나누어 살펴보았다. 연구를 위해 서울, 경기지역 유치원 및 어린이집 교사 187명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 전문대학 유아교육과 졸업생들의 취업준비를 위하여 학교 또는 학과 차원에서 영유아 교육현장에 대한 자세하고 체계적인 자료수집 및 관리가 이루어져야 하며, 정책적으로는 공식적인 규정과 절차를 통한 유아교사 구인 사이트의 운영이 필요하고, 취업을 준비하는 졸업생들은 자신의 특성에 대한 성찰과 장기적인 생애 설계와 연관한 취업결정이 이루어져야 함을 논의하였다.

        국내 섬유패션산업 종사자의 학습동기, 학습전이 및 적응수행 간 구조적 관계

        In this study, the structural relationship among motivation to learn, learning transfer, and adaptive performance was examined for members engaged in the textile and fashion industry which is a rapidly changing field. 302 samples were collected through an online survey of organizational members engaged in the textile and fashion industry, and the main results through structural equation modeling analysis are as follows. First, intrinsic motivation to learn was positively significant for learning transfer, while extrinsic motivation to learn was not significant. Second, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to learn was found to be positively significant for adaptive performance. Third, learning transfer was found to be positively significant for adaptive performance. Fourth, mediating effect of learning transfer in the relationship between intrinsic motivation to learn and adaptive performance was positively significant, while the mediating effect related to extrinsic motivation to learn was not significant. Based on these findings, it was suggested that organizations sensitive to change should strive to improve their adaptive performance. Specifically, adaptive performance should be increased through the intrinsic motivation to learn. Furthermore, efforts should be made to promote motivation to learn at the organizational level, and a learning strategy should be established for this purpose.
