인터뷰 담화에 나타난 경도지적장애 성인의 담화표지 사용 특성

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the patterns of discourse markers used in interview discourse among adults with mild intellectual disabilities, and to learn about what types of discourse markers, frequency of use are compared with the group that matched their living age. [Method] The subject of this study was a total of 30 people of 15 adults aged between 18 and 24 with mild intellectual disabilities(hereinafter 'intellectually handicapped group') and 15 university student(hereinafter 'university student group') of the same living age as adults with mild intellectual disabilities. The data analysis was analyzed according to the discourse marker analysis framework that modified and supplemented previous research. [Result] The two groups showed almost the same percentage of use of discourse markers in overall utterances as 12.63 percent of adults with intellectual disabilities and 12.5 percent of university adults with matching their living age. When it comes to the overall use of discourse markers according to the discourse function, the group of adults with mild intellectual disabilities use a total of 410 times (37.79%) of filling in gaps. the group of adults with intellectual disabilities was significantly lower than the university group of students who matched their age in life in returning to the subject, deepening the subject, expressing attitude by emphasizing, expressing attitude by weakening , and expressing careful attitude. the group of adults with intellectual disabilities used discourse markers 'geu' a total of 116 (28.29%) in filling in gaps, and showed a high frequency of 10.69% of the total discourse markers. [Conclusion] As a result, there were no significant differences in the percentage of using discourse markers between the groups. However, the group of adults with mild intellectual disabilities used the fewer number of discourse markers in general, employed the fewer number of discourse marker in each subtype, and demonstrated the limited varieties compared to their counterparts. Therefore, these findings suggest the importance of providing the linguistic intervention on discourse markers for adults with mild intellectual disabilities.

Purpose: This study used discourse markers to investigate intellectually disabled adults ability to comprehend inferential and literal questions while listening to conversations. Methods: There were 30 people included in the study; 15 adults with intellectual disabilities (5 people each aged 10, 11, and 12) and 15 non-disabled children matched for language ages (5 people each aged 10, 11, and 12). The conversations contained four types of discourse markers in four situations; both inferential and literal questions were tested. Results: First, in the test of listening comprehension by using discourse markers, the intellectually-disabled group showed lower total scores than the non-disabled group in both inferential and literal questions. Second, as a result of listening comprehension by using discourse markers divided by ages, both groups increased listening ability of inference and literality as their respective ages increased. Third, as a result of the difference between subsections of discourse markers (addition, contrast, cause, and effect, time), both the intellectually-disabled groups and non-disabled groups showed lower average scores in inferential questions than literal questions. In particular, the intellectually-disabled group showed the lowest scores in the inferential questions by using ‘contrast’ discourse markers. Fourth, in the result of the difference between various situations of discourse markers (phone call, school, daily life, family), both groups showed significant differences in inferential questions by situations. Both groups showed the highest average scores in the phone call situation. Conclusions: It is suggested that constant education is needed since both literal and inferential conversation listening ability has continuously improved as the ages of the intellectually-disabled group increased.
RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의한 MFM 구조의 SrBi₂Ta₂O9 박막 특성에 관한 연구

RF magnetron sputtering법으로 SrBi₂Ta₂O_9 (SBT)박막을 상온에서 p-type Si(100) 기판위에 증착하여 DRO 강유전체 메모리(destructive read out ferroelectric random access memory)에 사용되는 강유전체막으로 Pt/SBT/Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si (MFM)구조의 응용가능성을 확인하였다. 구조적인 특징들이 열처리 시간의 변화와 Ar/O₂의 가스 유량비의 변화에 따라서 XRD(x-ray diffractometer)에 의해 관찰되었으며 표면 특성은 FE-SEM(field emission scanning electron microscopy)에 의해서 관찰하고 박막의 전기적 특성들은 P-V(polarization-voltage measurement)와 I-V(current-voltage measurement)를 사용하여 관찰하였다. 스퍼터링 증착시 Ar/O₂의 가스 유량비는 1:4에서 4:1까지 변화 시켰고 SBT박막은 상온에서 증착시켰다. XRD 측정시 박막들은 SBT의 (105), (110) peak들을 나타내었다. 상온에서 증착시킨 박막은 l시간, 2시간 동안 산소 분위기에서 800℃열처리를 하여 결정화 시켰다. SBT 박막의 P-V곡선은 이력 곡선의 모양을 갖추었으며 비대칭적인 강유전체 특정을 나타내었다. Ar/O₂ 가스유량비가 1:1, 2:1인 경우에 박막의 누설 전류밀도 값이 제일 좋았으며, 그 값은 3V, 5V, 7V에서 각각 3.11×10^(-8) A/㎠, 5×10^(-8) A/㎠, 7×10^(-8) A/㎠이었다. 열처리 시간을 2시간으로 증가시킨 후, 그들의 전기적 특성과 결정화특성이 개선됨을 확인하였다. AES분석 및 EPMA분석으로 SBT박막의 깊이 분포 및 조성을 확인하였다. SrBi₂Ta₂O_9 (SBT) films were deposited on p-type Si(100) at room temperature by rf magnetron sputtering method to confirm the possibility of application of Pt/SBT/Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si structure (MFM) for destructive read out ferroelectric RAM (random access memory). Their structural characteristics with the various annealing times and Ar/O₂ gas flow ratios in sputtering were observed by XRD (X-ray diffractometer) and the surface morphologies were observed by FE-SEM (field emission scanning electron microscopy), and their electrical properties were observed by P-V (polarization-voltage measurement) and I-V (current-voltage measurement). The Ar/O₂ gas flow ratios of sputtering gas were changed from 1:4 to 4:1 and SBT thin films were deposited at room temperature. The films show (105), (110) peaks of SBT by XRD measurement. SBT thin films deposited at room temperature were crystallized by furnace annealing at 800℃ in oxygen atmosphere during either one hour or two hours. Among their electrical properties, P-V curves showed shaped hysteresis curves, but the SBT thin films showed the asymmetric ferroelectric properties in P-V curves. When Ar/O₂ gas flow ratios are 1:1, 2:1, the leakage current density values of SBT thin films are good, those values of 3V, 5V, nd 7V are respectively 3.11×10^(-8) A/㎠, 5×10^(-8) A/㎠, 7×10^(-8) A/㎠. After two hours of annealing time, their electrical properties and crystallization are improved.

A robot crane truck is developed by the Bridge Inspection Robot Development Interface(BRIDI) for an automated and/or teleoperated bridge inspection. This crane truck looks similar to the conventional bucket crane, but is much smaller in size and light-weight. At the end of the telescoping boom which is 12m long, a robot platform is mounted which allows the operator to scan the bridge structure under the deck trough the camera. Boom vibration induced by wind and deck movement can cause serious problems in this scanning system. This paper presents a control system to mitigate such vibration of the robot boom. In the proposed control system, an actuator is installed at the end of the working boom. This control system is studied using a mathematical model analysis with LQ control algorithm and a scaled model test in the laboratory. The study indicates that the proposed system is efficient for the vibration control of the robot booms, thereby demonstrating its immediate applicability in the field.
Anti-bacterial effect of Dendropanax morbifera L. Leaf extract against Porphyromonas gingivalis

The present study is designed to investigate the antibacterial effect of the hot-water and various ethanol extracts from the leaves of Dendropanax morbifera L. (DML) against Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalsis). Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of 30, 50 and 70% ethanol extract of DML against P. gingivalis decreased in a concentration-dependent manner. However, MIC and MBC of hot-water and 30% ethanol extract against P. gingivalis were the same as 3.13 and 6.25 mg/mL, respectively. In the bacterial growth inhibition test, the growth of P. gingivalis in the group treated with MBC and 2×MBC of DML hot-water extract was statistically significantly decreased from 6 h after incubation compared to the control group (p<0.001). From the results portrayed above, aqueous extract from DML at the concentration of 6.25 mg/mL can be usefully used to suppress infection of P. gingivalis, a major causative agent of periodontal disease.
