        신라 진흥왕대 紫宮의 조영 추진과 중단

        It is a well-known story that the historic Hwangnyongsa Temple in Gyeongju was built on a site to the east of Wolseong Palace. The site was initially chosen for the construction of Jagung ("Purple Palace") or Singung ("New Palace") during the reign of King Jinheung, but it was decided to build a Buddhist temple there after a yellow dragon (i.e. Hwangnyong) was supposedly witnessed at the site. So far, there has been no comprehensive research on the palace construction plan despite its significant historical background, leaving historians uncertain as to why the initial construction plan was abandoned. In this study, the main discussion is focused on the background to the construction of Jagung Palace, including how its construction was planned and then renounced. The first part of the discussion deals with the preparations made for the full-scale renovation of the royal capital of Silla during the reign of King Beopheung and the spatial restrictions of the fortified Wolseong Palace. It is presumed that the limited space of the original royal palace led Silla’s ruling elite to plan a new palace, resulting in the start of the construction of Jagung Palace during the reign of King Jinheung. The site of the new palace required, however, the large-scale task of filling in the ground because a greater part of the building site lay in low-lying wetland. One may naturally conjecture that Silla in this period had no experience of executing such large-scale public works across such a large area and, therefore, required more time and labor than planned in order to prepare the palace construction site. This increased burden on Silla’s royal court finally led it to give up the original plan to build a new palace. Instead, the decision was made to build a Buddhist temple in the style of a royal palace. With the abandonment of the plan to construct Jagung Palace, King Jinheung drew up new plans to overcome the limitations of Wolseong as a royal palace of his kingdom by building new government buildings outside the walls of the palace. 신라 진흥왕이 月城 동쪽에 紫宮(新宮)을 지으려 했는데, 황룡이 나타나자 계획을 바꾸어 황룡사를 지은 것은 너무나도 유명하다. 그런데 진흥왕이 紫宮을 조영하려 했던 배경이나 목적 등은 아직 깊이 있게 다루어진 적이 없고, 紫宮의 조영이 왜 중단되었는지도 분명치 않다. 이에 이 글에서는 紫宮의 조영을 추진한 배경과 그것이 중단된 원인이 무엇인지를 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 우선 법흥왕대부터 시작된 왕경의 대대적인 정비를 위한 준비 작업과 월성이 지닌 공간적 한계에 주목했다. 이는 새로운 왕궁을 짓고자 고민할 수밖에 없게 만들었고, 진흥왕의 親政을 계기로 紫宮의 조영을 추진한 것으로 이해했다. 하지만 紫宮을 지으려던 부지는 물론이고 그 주변은 대부분 습지였기 때문에 대규모 성토 작업이 불가피하였다. 신라는 紫宮 일대처럼 넓은 면적을 성토한 경험이 전무했고, 당초 예상했던 것보다 대지 조성에 많은 노동력과 시간이 들 수밖에 없었다. 이로 말미암아 紫宮의 조영뿐만 아니라 그 주변의 개발이 쉽지 않은 상황에 놓이게 되었다. 결국 현실적인 문제 때문에 紫宮의 조영은 중단되었고, 그 대신 궁궐의 형식을 띤 사찰을 짓는 방향으로 선회하였다. 아울러 紫宮의 조영이 중단되면서 진흥왕은 중앙 관부로 사용할 건물을 월성 외곽에 짓는 방식 등으로 월성의 한계점을 보완해 나갔다.

        새로운 멀티미디어 서비스 환경에서의 다양한 기능을 수행할 수 있는 주택 내 정보화 배선은 장기적으로 볼 때 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 주택 내의 정보화를 위한 주택내 배선 시스템의 요구사항을 검토하고 주택 내 배선 시스템의 형태를 발전단계를 고려하여 검토한다. 또한 주택 내 배선 시스템의 고도화를 위한 핵심 장비인 통합네트워크 인터페이스 장치의 기능을 제시하고 가능한 배선 매체와 통신 방식을 검토한다. 그리고, 주택내의 배선 시스템 고도화를 실현하기 위한 추진 방안을 제시한다.

        절골 턱끝성형술에 있어 3가지 축에 따른 회전적 관계의 활용

        Purpose: Chin is located in a prominent position, and is important to balance and harmony of the face. Genioplasty is widely performed with patients' high satisfaction, yet being relatively simple procedure. Recently in analysis of dentofacial trait, three rotational variables of yaw, pith, and roll are considered with three translational variables (forward/backward, up/down, right/left). And we could correct chin deformity effectively by applying the three rotational variables with three translational variables in genioplasty. Methods: Twenty-eight patients who have chin deformity underwent osseous genioplasty. Preoperative photography, facial three dimensional computed tomography, and cephalography were taken while chin deformities were accessed. The chin deformity was classified into four categories; macrogenia, microgenia, asymmetric chin deformity, and combined chin deformity groups. According to the nature of chin deformities and the patients’ desire, preoperative plans were formulated, in consideration of three rotational variables and translational variables. Through intraoral approach, anterior mandible was exposed in the subperiosteal plane between the mental foramens and beneath the mental foramens. In the anterior mandible, vertical and horizontal grid lines with 5 mm intervals were marked to confirm the spatial location of osteomized bone segment after osteotomy. Chin repositioning was done in consideration of axial rotation and planar translation. Results: Most of the patients had achieved satisfactory results with few complications. By considering the three rotational variables, it was possible to make the chin repositioning effectively. One of the patients complained about insufficient chin correction. In other case, persistent sensory impairment around chin was observed. Conclusion: In conclusion, it is worthwhile to apply preoperative analysis and operative procedures in consideration of a three rotational variables with three translational variables in genioplasty.

      • 지역병원 외래환자의 경구용 당뇨약제의 처방분석

        Diabetes Mellitus is metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from the defective secretion of insulin, or decreased sensitivity of peripheral tissues to insulin, or both. Chronic hyperglycemia, if not well controlled, damages eyes, kidneys, nerves and blood vessels of the humans. The etiology and pathophysiology leading to the hyperglycemia, however, differ from greatly among diabetes patients, suggesting different prevention and treatment strategies might be required. Various classes of antidiabetic agents such as sulfonylureas, meglitinide, biguanide, thiazolidinediones and alpha-glucosidase inhibitors have been developed. However, regional difference in the pattern of administration of those drugs against diabetic patients in Gyeongsang Hospital has been never studied yet. This survey was aimed to investigate the prescription patterns of oral antidiabetic agents based on the same efficacy class of drugs in combination with antihypertensives in the outpatients of Gyeongsang Hospital. The prescriptions of 610 outpatients (M/F 315/295) who were administered oral antidiabetics over 28 days at once from January to February in 2006 were reviewed. We found that mono-therapy including only single efficacy class of antidiabetic drugs was the most prefered one as 45.4%, in which sulfonylureas were the most frequently prescribed drugs as 92.1%, and followed by double-combination therapy using two efficacy classes of drug as 39.5%, in which sulfonylurea with alpha-glucosidase inhibitor combinations were the highest as 43.2% and triple-combination therapy administered three efficacy classes of drug as 14.6%, in which sulfonylurea with biguanide and alpha-glucosidase inhibitor combinations were the highest as 62.9%. We also noticed that about 50.2% (M/F 47%/53%) of outpatients taking antidiabetics were prescribed more than one antihypertensives at the same time. Among them, outpatients who were prescribed only single efficacy class of antihypertensive in combination with antidiabetics were 52.6%, in which the most prefered drug was Calcium channel blocker (CCB) as 39.8%, and then outpatients who were prescribed with two and three classes of antihypertensive drugs were 34.3 % and 12.8 %, respectively. These study results would help not only to understand regional characteristics of diabetic patients and prescription patterns but also to select new antidiabetics or the substitutes in this hospital.
