This study is performed to select appropriate fan for use stagnant air in gap between double window and double window. The axial fan have blades that force air to move parallel to the shaft, but the tangential fan is drawn in over the entire length of the fan impeller. As the ADPI(Air Diffusion Performance Index) of axial fan is 0.33 and ADPI of tangential fan is 0.67, the tangential fan from the point of view of ADPI is superior than axial fan. From the point view of the noise level, the axial fan is more silent than tangential fan. Therefore, the appropriate fan selection is considered by winter heating, summer cooling load and resident noise sensitivity.
Urea-SCR 적용을 위한 감압비등 와류 분무의 특성의 변화에 대한 실험적 연구

A Flash-boiling atomization is one of most device that generate fine droplet. The main features of the flash-boiling atomization are a finer diameter, better distribution and wider spray angle than mechanical atomizer. The flash-boiling is a atomization process that use a thermodynamic metastable state. The superheated liquid jet introduced at pressure place below the saturated vapor pressure rapidly evaporates and then shatters the adjacent liquid. This experiment is conducted in order to apply the flash-boiling swirl spray to the Urea-SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) system. The breakup length which is a macroscopic spray characteristic measured with CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) camera. SMD(Sauter mean diameter) and SMD distributions which are a microscopic spray characteristic measured with GSV(Global Sizing Velocimetry). The experiment is conducted varying three variable of pressure, temperature and velocity of convection.

감압비등에 의한 미립화는 더 미세한 직경의 액적을 얻을 수 있고, 분무각이 증가하며, 더 좋은 혼합특성을 갖는 다는 점에서 단순 압력식 미립화와 차이가 난다. 감압비등이란 과열된 액체를 포화 압력 이하의 대기 중으로 분사하여 급격한 비등에 의해 이루어지는 미립화이다. 본 연구는 금속 연료를 이용한 추진기관의 산화제인 물 공급기술에 감압비등과정을 이용한 와류분무를 적용시키기 위해 수행됐다. 분열길이와 같은 거시적 특성은 Charge-Couple Device(CCD) 카메라를 이용해 측정하였고, Sauter Mean Diameter(SMD)와 SMD분포와 같은 미시적 특성은 Global Sizing Velocimetry(GSV) 시스템을 이용해 측정했다. 실험은 압력과 온도, 대류 속도를 변화시키며 진행했다.
정형외과 수술을 위한 X-ray 영상을 이용한 3차원 구조 복원

This paper deals with reconstruction of the three-dimensional structure of bones from two X-ray images taken from orthogonal viewpoints for orthopedic bone surgery. The three-dimensional structure of bones are reconstructed from two X-ray images taken from orthogonal view directions. First, two X-ray images are smoothed using MRF-based smoothing method, then the edge of two X-ray images are extracted using an MRF-based edge detection method. From this edge information and back-projection algorithm, initial description of the 3D object's bounding volume is obtained. This description is refined by using polygon-mesh and ellipse interpolation techniques, This method has an advantage over the elaborate data acquisition mechanism required for computer-aided topography in that only X-ray films are needed. In addition, owing to MRF-based algorithms, our implementation is more reliable than other's.
