Hirtodrosophila 아속 초파리 5종간의 유전적 유연관계
이택준,박제원 한국유전학회 1990 Genes & Genomics Vol.12 No.1
The genetic relationships among the five species of the subgenus Hitrodrosophila, D. sexvittata, D. trilineata, D. alboralis, D. histrioides and D. nokogiri were investigated by isozyme and soluble proteins. The 15 loci were detected electrophoretically in the 10 isozymes. The five loci, Aph-1, α-Gpdh, Mdh-2, Odh, and Sdh were monomorphic in all species, and specially Mdh-2 was same allele. As for the genetic relationship based on the results from the isozyme analysis, D. sexvittata and D. trilineata were found to have the most close genetic relationship (S=0.634), and the relationship between D. nokogiri and D. trilineata showed the farthest (S=0.307). The average genetic similarity among the five species was found to be 0.818. The soluble protein patterns of D. sexvittata and D. trilineata by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were similar. The difference of protein pattern among the other 3 species were confirmed. The genetic distance of five species was calculated by means of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The genetic distance between D. sexvittata and D. trilineata was 0.1139, the lowest of all, between D. trilineata and D. histrioides, 0.1883, between D. nokogiri and D. sexvittata, 0.4978, the highest of all. The dendrograms established by isozyme and soluble protein analysis had same patterns. Clustered patterns as follows; first, D. sexvittata and D. trilineata were clustered, and D. histrioides, D. alboralis and D. nokogiri followed the first one in order.
A New Record of Sea Urchin (Echinoidea: Stomopneustoida: Glyptocidaridae)from the Yellow Sea, Korea
이택준,신숙 한국동물분류학회 2013 Animal Systematics, Evolution and Diversity Vol.29 No.4
Sea urchins were collected from waters adjacent to Daludo Island and Mohang harbor in the Yellow Sea, and were identified into Glyptocidaris crenularis A. Agassiz, 1864, of the family Stomopneustidae within the order Stomopneustoida, based on morphological characteristics. This species has two unique morphological characteristics: the ambulacral plate is composed of three primary plates and two demi-plates, and a valve of globiferous pedicellaria consists of with a well-developed long terminal hook and a unique stalk equipped with one to six long lateral processes covering membranes, resembling fins. It is newly recorded in Korea and is described with photographs. This brings the total number of sea urchins reported from the Yellow Sea,Korea, to seven.
Echinoderm Fauna of Chuuk, The Federated States of Micronesia
이택준,신숙 한국동물분류학회 2014 Animal Systematics, Evolution and Diversity Vol.30 No.2
Micronesia is an island nation located north of Papua New Guinea in the Pacific Ocean. A survey wasconducted on Chuuk, which is one of the four main islands of Micronesia, from 11-25 Nov 2012. Echinoderms collected at one intertidal area as well as at 16 SCUBA diving points of 10-40 m depths in thesubtidal zone were identified based on morphological characteristics. In total, 35 species from 165 individualswere identified: two crinoids, eight asteroids, four ophiuroids, seven echinoids, and 14 holothuroids. Amongthem, one asteroid, one ophiuroid, one echinoid, and two holothuroids were newly recorded from Micronesia.
A Newly Recorded Sea Star (Asteroidea: Forcipulatida: Asteriidae) from the East Sea, Korea
이택준,신숙 한국동물분류학회 2011 Animal Systematics, Evolution and Diversity Vol.27 No.2
Sea stars were collected with fishing nets between depths of 40-150 m from the Gangwon-do coastal region,East Sea. Specimens were identified as Evasterias echinosoma Fisher, 1926 belonging to the family Asteriidae, which is new to the Korean fauna. This species was characterized by strong external spines and a general size of more than 200 mm, thus the largest sea star identified in Korea to date. Its morphological characteristics are described here with photos. Thirty two asteroid species including E. echinosoma have been reported from the East Sea of Korea.
A Newly Recorded Sea Cucumber (Holothuroidea: Aspidochirotida: Synallactidae) from East Sea, Korea
이택준,신숙,김동환 한국동물분류학회 2014 Animal Systematics, Evolution and Diversity Vol.30 No.2
Five sea cucumbers were collected from Gisamun and Gonghyeonjin of Gangwon-do, in the East Sea, Koreafrom 27 December 2009 to 14 November 2012. These specimens were classified as Synallactes nozawaiMitsukuri, 1912 belonging to the family Synallactidae of order Aspidochirotida based on morphologicalcharacteristics. The family, genus and species are recorded for the first time from Korea. The distinctmorphological characteristics of this species are as follows: body flexible, with thin gelatinous body wall;presence of numerous tubercles along dorsal ambulacra table of body wall consisted of three- or four-armeddisk and a spire-form pillar. This species usually inhabits the deep sea and is distributed in the NorthwestPacific from northern Japan to Bering Sea.

A sea star was collected with fishing nets at a depth of approximately 100-160 m in the East Sea and was identified as Stephanasterias albula (Stimpson, 1853) belonging to the family Asteriidae of the order Forcipulatida. This species characterized by having the capability of asexual reproduction by self-division turned out to be new to the Korean fauna. Its morphological characteristics are redescribed with illustrations. Thirty one species of sea stars including S. albula are now recorded from the East Sea of Korea.
A Newly Recorded Sea Star of the Genus Lophaster (Asteroidea: Velatida) from Korea
이택준,신숙 한국동물분류학회 2009 Animal Systematics, Evolution and Diversity Vol.25 No.3
A new asteroid specimen was collected at a depth of 400 m in the East Sea. It was identified as Lophaster furcilliger Fisher, 1905 belonging to the family Solasteridae of the order Velatida. This species is new to the Korean fauna. Thirty asteroid species including L. furcilliger have been reported in the East Sea of Korea so far. We report adult-onset sleep terrors in a patient with idiopathic Parkinson's disease. A 42-year-old woman presented with abnormal behaviors during sleep. Neurologic examination revealed mild hypomimia, resting tremor and bradykinesia in her right upper limb indicating early Parkinson's disease. An episode would consist of sitting up in bed, screaming, then clapping her hands and more talking, shouting, screaming, and appearing frightened. Polysomnography documented 2 episodes of parasomnia which occurred in slow wave sleep indicating sleep terrors.
