This paper was written to introduce a newly-discovered manuscript, entitled Leetaehwa, which is a 12-chapter version of Simcheongjeon. According to classification by Shin Horim, the Leetaehwa tale belongs to the Jangja group. However, there is a quality which differentiates it from other versions, namely, the characterization of the protagonist. This paper focuses on and examines these incongruities. The Leetaehwa story belongs to the Jangja group, yet it does not fit the group’s general characteristics. In addition, it includes some rarely-seen aspects that do not fit the narrative’s logic. In the Leetaehwa version, Shimbongsa is older than in other versions, an error that is inconsistent with the age of the case. Also, Shimcheong looks at her father's trousers, telling him that they are wet and torn, yet he is already dressed in dry clothes. However, the Leetaehwa story was not damaged by its discrepancies with other Shimcheongjeons. Instead, the Leetaehwa tale gained new interest. In spite of the errors it contains, Shimcheong and her father's characterization have been solidified. Shimcheong was portrayed more effeminately than in any other version. Moreover, Shimbongsa was depicted as a father who grieves his daughter's sacrifice more than in any other telling. The Leetaehwa narrative is remarkable, and was composed during a time when manyShimcheongjeon versions appeared, with numerous variations. 이 논문은 새로 발굴된 필사본 심청전인 <이태화12장본>을 소개하기 위해 작성하다. <이태화12장본>은 신호림의 분류에 따르면 장자부인 계열에 속한 다. 그런데 주제지향을 수행하는 인물들의 형상에서 같은 계열의 다른 이본들과 변별되는 점이 있는 것으로 파악되므로 그에 주목하여 검토하다. <이태화12장본>은 장자부인 계열에 속하면서도 그 계열의 일반적 특징에 미세하게 부합하지 않는 면이 적지 않다. 또한 서사상의 논리에 맞는 않는 점들이 간혹 보인다. 다른 이본들보다 심봉사의 나이를 높여 놓아서 사건의 시기와 나이가 맞지 않는 오류를 빚었고, 이미 갈아입은 아비의 바지가 젖었다며 눈물짓 는 심청의 모습을 드러내기도 한다. 그러나 <이태화12장본>은 합리성이 손상된 대신 새로운 특별함을 얻었다. 오류가 유지된 만큼 심청 부녀의 인물 형상화를 공고하게 이루는 성과를 얻은 것이다. 심청은 어떤 이본에서보다도 의연한 효녀 로 형상화되었고, 심봉사는 어떤 이본에서보다도 딸의 희생을 비통해하는 아비 로 그려졌다. <이태화12장본>은 심청전 이본들이 다양한 변주를 보이던 ‘성장 기’의 주목할 만한 한 이본이라고 할 수 있다.

월경과다를 동반한 거대 자궁경부근종 1예

자궁의 평활근종은 가임기 여성의 가장 흔한 생식기 종양이나 자궁경부의 평활근종은 드문 것으로 알려져 있으며 대체로 크기가 작기 때문에 임상증상은 없는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 드물게 자궁경부근종에 크기가 큰 경우에는 비뇨기계의 문제를 일으키고 이차적인 변성을 초래하거나 월경과다가 동반되기도 한다. 자궁경부에 발생하는 평활근종은 크고 골반과 밀착되어 있는 경우 간혹 수술이 힘들고 요관이나 방광손상을 일으킬 수도 있으므로 주의해야 하나 환자의 나이, 임신, 악성화 변성 가능성과 본인의 자궁보전 의사 등을 고려하여 적절한 치료를 하면 될 것으로 사료된다. 최근 저자들은 월경과다를 동반한 거대 자궁경부근종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The leiomyoma of uterine body is the most common benign genital tumor in woman of reproductive age but occurs uncommonly in the uterine ecrvix. Cervical leiomyoma is rarely clinically significant except their complications including pressure effects on the bladder or ureter, degenerative phenomena and menorrhagia. Recently we experienced a case of leiomyoma arising in the endocervix and concomitant menorrhagia, so we report this case with a brief review of literature.

Purpose: It emphasizes the importance of cost analysis for weapons systems that require enormous development costs, analyzes the problems of cost analysis steps from a practical point of view, and presents the direction of business development in terms of cost analysis reliability, timeliness, and efficiency. Methods: It analyzes the R&D cost of Micro satellites with a complex cost structure and large scale according to engineering estimation procedures, derives major analysis step-by-step problems, and presents business development directions. Results: Problems with standards and assumptions, data collection, cost division structure, and cost estimation methods were derived through the micro satellite cost analysis process, and business development directions such as expanding common standards, standardizing basic data, standardizing cost division structures and cost items, and data asset were presented. Conclusion: In order to develop work in terms of cost analysis reliability, timeliness, and efficiency, it is important to prepare and standardize standards and rules for detailed tasks at each analysis stage, and through this, it is expected that high utilization value and systematic cost data will be assetized in the future.

병원 간호단위관리자의 핵심직무 - 핵심역량 매트릭스 개발

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 병원 간호단위관리자의 핵심직무-핵심역량 매트릭스를 개발하고 확인된 핵심역량의 중요도-수행도의 수준을 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법: 7명의 간호단위관리자로 구성된 전문가 집단을 대상으로 핵심직무-핵심역량을 확인하였고, 도출된 핵심직무-핵심역량 매트릭스에 대한 전문가 검증 단계를 거쳤다. 간호단위관리자 핵심역량의 중요도-수행도의 수준 측정은 196명의 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 확인하였다. 연구결과: 병원 간호단위관리자의 38개의 핵심직무와 5개 역량군, 37개의 핵심역량이 도출되었다. 5개의 역량군은 임상수행역량군, 인간관계역량군, 전문직 역량군, 리더십 역량군, 비즈니스 역량군이었다. 확인된 핵심직무와 핵심역량을 바탕으로 핵심직무-핵심역량 매트릭스를 개발하였다. 핵심역량에 대한 중요도-수행도 측정 결과는 중요도(3.50±.30)의 평균이 수행도(3.03±.34)의 평균보다 높게 나타났다. 결론: 병원 간호단위관리자의 핵심직무와 핵심역량의 도출은 간호관리자의 역량을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 간호관리자의 역량을 평가하기 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop the nursing management core task and competency matrix for hospital unit managers. The perceived level of importance and performance of identified core competencies by unit managers were also investigated. Methods: Literature review and expert survey identified nursing management core task and competencies. Subsequently, the core task and competency matrix was developed and validated by expert panel. A survey of 196 nurse managers from 3 cities identified perceived importance and performance of core competiences. Results: Thirty-eight nursing management core task and thirty-seven nursing management core competencies were identified comprising five categories; Clinical practice knowledge, Evidence-based practice, Employee development, Strategic planning and Initiative. Based on the core task and competencies, the task and competency matrix for unit managers was developed. In the analysis of importance and performance of core competencies, the mean score of importance (3.50±0.30) was higher than the mean score of performance (3.03±0.34). Conclusion: The development of core task and competencies for unit managers in hospitals provides a guide for the development and evaluation of programs designed to increase competence of unit managers.

<남창 춘향가>의 성격과 옥중가의 전승 양상

신재효는 판소리 명창이 아니지만 누구보다도 판소리사에 큰 영향을 끼친 인물이다. 판소리 사설을 정리하고 개작했을 뿐 아니라, 많은 판소리 연창자들을 교육하고 후원하였다. 정노식의 『조선창극사』에 따르면, 당대에 명창을 되기 위해서는 신재효의 지침을 반드시 받아야 할 정도였다고 한다. 그러므로 신재효가 개작한 사설이나 그의 판소리관이 후대에 어떻게 수용되었는지를 검토하는 것은 판소리 전승사의 중요한 맥락을 파악하는 일이 된다. 이 글에서는 신재효가 개작한 <남창 춘향가>의 옥중가를 중심으로 그 일단을 살펴보고자 하였다. 신재효는 <남창 춘향가> 주인공의 전신(前身)을 천상계 인물로 설정하는데, 춘향은 그 점을 인지하고 자신의 고난이 몽룡과 자신의 운명에 따라 극복되리라 믿게 된다. 이런 특징 때문에 <남창 춘향가>의 옥중가는 여타의 춘향가들과 다른 양상을 띠게 된다. 대개 ‘황릉묘’로 설정되는 춘향의 꿈 이야기가 ‘천장전행’으로 바뀌고, 춘향은 죽음을 예감하고 처절한 비탄에 빠지는 것이 아니라 자신의 운명에 따라 고난이 잘 해결될 것이라는 낙관적인 자세를 보여준다. 이러한 개작의 양상에서 신재효는 기존의 춘향가들이 귀곡성을 통해 음산한 분위기를 극대화시켰음을 간접적으로 지목하는데, 신재효의 그런 시사를 통해 옥중가의 성격이 귀곡성이나 ‘산물’ 등의 장치에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 짐작할 수 있다. 그러나 옥중가에 대한 신재효의 개작의식은 후대에 거의 수용되지 않은 것으로 보인다. ‘쑥대머리’가 <남창 춘향가>에서 처음으로 보인다는 점을 제외하면, 신재효의 옥중가 개작은 실제의 전승 현장에 별로 영향을 미치지 못한 것이다. 다만 귀곡성의 등장 양상과 신재효가 언급한 ‘산물’ 등의 표지를 기준으로, 초기 옥중가의 모습을 추정하는 데에는 얼마간 접근한 듯하다. 요컨대, 초기의 옥중가는 귀곡성 위주의 단순한 내용으로 이루어져 있었지만, 후대로 갈수록 ‘동풍가’나 ‘황릉묘’ 등의 여러 더늠이 덧붙어서 현재와 같이 다양한 구성 양상을 보여주게 된 것이다. Shin Jaehyo was not a master singer of pansori, he was a person who had a great impact on the history of pansori than anyone else. Not only was arranged and remade the pansori lyrics, was sponsored by education a lot of pansori singer. According to Jeong Nosik's 『Joseon-changgeuksa』, that in order to be contemporary master singer of pansori was about shall receive always an indication of Shin Jaehyo. Therefore, reviewing how Shin Jehyo’s view of pansori and his modified lyrics were inherited, is like to understand important historical context of pansori tradition. In this article, I want to review the one based on the Okjungga(songs sung in prison) in <Namchang-Chunhyangga>. Shin Jaehyo was set up in a past life of the main character of the <Namchang-Chunhyangga> with ethereal figures, Chunhyang recognizes that respect, she believes that her suffering would be overcome by the fate of her and Mongnyong. Because of these characteristics, <Namchang-Chunhyangga> reveals aspects that distinguish it from other Chunhyangga. Set in a dream usually is directed towards going to “Hwangneungmyo”, this version is set to go to the “Cheonjangjeon”. As a result, Chunhyang is not falling in desperate feeling sorrow because of death, and shows an optimistic attitude that suffering is resolved well according to her fate. In the aspect of this adaptation, Shin Jaehyo indirectly pointed out the fact that the existing Chunhyangga is to maximize the dreary atmosphere using Gwigokseong(whine of ghosts). Through the implication of Shin Jaehyo we can guess that the nature of Okjungga may vary depending on the device, such as a Gwigokseong or ‘Sanmul’. But the will of Shin Jaehyo appear in the remake of Okjungga seems barely accepted the later. With the exception of the fact that the earliest version including "Ssukdaemeori" is <Namchang-Chunhyangga>, Okjungga modified by Shin Jaehyo did not affect much in the field of succession. However, based on the appearance aspect of Gwigokseong and the mention of Shin Jaehyo about the 'Sanmul', I seem to approach to some extent There estimating a state of an initial Okjungga. In short, the initial Okjungga consisted of simple contents, just including Gwigokseong. However, toward the later signature songs have been added, such as "Dongpungga" and "Hwangneungmyo". So were shown a variety of aspects, such as the current configuration.

일 종합전문병원에서의 전문간호사 역할 및 운영방안 개발

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop roles and organizational policy of advanced practice nurses (APNs) in an acute hospital setting. Method: The design of the study was to descriptive-exploratory. Sample consisted of 43 participants who included 13 nurses, 18 nurse managers and 12 physicians. Survey, interview and focus group interview were performed to obtain the data. Results: The expected roles of APNs were education and counseling, direct management patient care with advanced skills, research, and collaboration and coordination among several departments. The expected outcomes were patient satisfaction, improved access to care, decreased the rate of complications, and speedy provision of services. Based on research, a proposal of APNs roles and organizational policy in a hospital setting was developed, which included definition of APNs, qualification, roles and specific roles, specialty areas, accountability, recruitment and affiliation, privileges, and expected outcomes. Conclusion: This study gives a guideline on how to introduce and use APNs in acute care tertiary settings.
