웹 기반 교육에서 학습자의 자기주도성 및 사전지식과 전달전략이 학습만족도와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-direction, prior knowledge and two types of delivery strategies on learner satisfaction and performance in web-based instruction. In the first delivery strategy, self-directed tutorial type material composed of well-organized HTML documents was used to delivery the lesson and students were more likely able to direct their own learning. In the second delivery strategy, lecture type material composed of a presentation file with lecturer`s explanation in his or her voice and online white-boarding were used to deliver the lesson and students were less likely able to direct their own learning. Both strategies were implemented on the web. The subjects in this study were forty eight college students. Subjects first completed a self-directed learning readiness scale and a pretest which measured their prior knowledge on learning theories. Subjects were randomly assigned to one of two delivery strategy groups and provided with the lesson about learning theories. Two groups differed only in the way to deliver the content of the lesson. Immediately after completing the lesson, subjects took a learning satisfaction scale and a posttest. Multiple regression analysis revealed that two types of delivery strategies had little significant effect on learner satisfaction and performance. The interaction effects of prior knowledge, self-direction and the delivery strategies, however, were significant. When students had relatively a high level of prior knowledge, the self-directed tutorial type lesson of the first delivery strategy was superior in terms of learner satisfaction and performance. In contrast, when they have relatively a low level of prior knowledge, the lecture type lesson of the second delivery strategy was tend to be superior in terms of learner satisfaction and performance. Students with a high level of self-direction were more satisfied when the self-directed tutorial type lesson was given rather than the lecture type lesson was given. However, the interaction effect of self-direction and delivery strategies on performance was not found.
대학 이러닝 강좌의 학습만족도 및 성취도 증진을 위한 컨텐츠 전달전략의 선택방안 -학습자의 사전지식과 자기주도성을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of three types of delivery strategies, prior knowledge and self-direction on learner satisfaction and achievement of e-learning courses in universities and to provide guidelines for selecting delivery strategies to improve them. The three delivery strategies(synchronized lecture, asynchronized lecture, and self-directed learning materials) were different in that how much learners were likely able to direct their own learning. In the synchronized lecture, instructors completely led students` learning. In the asynchronized lecture, instructors led while students were somewhat able to control their own learning. In the self-directed learning materials, students were the most likely able to direct their own learning. Participated by ninety-eight college students in Seoul, an experiment had been conducted to answer the research questions of this study. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the self-directed learning materials was the best in terms of learner satisfaction when students had a relatively high level of prior knowledge or self-direction, while the synchronized lecture was the best when they had a low level of prior knowledge or self-direction. However, the synchronized one was better than the asynchronized one even when they had a relatively high level of prior knowledge or self-direction. As for learning achievement, the synchronized lecture tended to be the best regardless of the level of student self-direction. When students had a relatively high level of self-direction, the self-directed learning materials was superior to the asynchronized one in terms of learner achievement, while the asynchronized one was superior to the self-directed learning materials when they had a low level of self-direction. Therefore, the synchronized lecture-type strategy is necessary to be introduced into universities in order to improve learner satisfaction and achievement of e-learning courses. It is especially important for those who have a relatively low level of prior knowledge or self-direction. The final recommendation is to apply the self-directed learning materials as well as the synchronized lecture for those who have a relatively high level of prior knowledge or self-direction and to apply the asynchronized lecture as well as the synchronized lecture for those who have a relatively low level of prior knowledge or self-direction.
보육교사의 창의성교육 교사역할에 대한 적절성 인식과 수행정도 관계

본 연구는 어린이집 창의성 교육의 보다 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하는 데 도움을 얻고자 창의성 교육에서 중요시되는 교사역할에 대한 보육교사의 적절성 인식과 실제 역할 수행정도는 어떠하며, 또 교사역할 적절성 인식과 수행정도 관계는 어떠한지를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 분석 결과 첫째, 보육교사들은 연구자들에 의해 현장에 제시되는 창의성 교육에 대한 교사역할들에 대해 거의 적절하다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 창의성 교육에서 보육교사의 교사역할 수행정도 점수는 5점 만점에 평균 3.65점으로서 수행정도 인식은 창의성 교육 교사역할 적절성 인식에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 영역별로는 몰입지속성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 창의성 교육 교사역할에 대한 적절성 인식과 수행정도 인식의 관계는 .433의 정적 관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 할 때, 어린이집 창의성 교육이 더욱 활성화되고 효율적으로 운영되기 위해서는 무엇보다도 관계 당국의 적극적인 지원과 같은 교사들의 역할 수행정도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 한다. This study investigated child care teacher’s cognition on teachers’ appropriate roles of creativity education at child care centers, and a relation cognition and performance of appropriateness of child teachers’ roles in creative education. The subject was 346 teachers at child care centers in Chungcheongbuk-do. A questionnaire survey by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was done. SPSS 17.0 was used. The findings were: First, the child care teachers thought that teachers’ roles of creativity education were almost proper (4.10). Second, the teachers thought of properness of creativity education less to play role of their roles (3.65). Third, the teachers’ cognition on properness of roles had relation with cognition on performance (.433): The teachers who thought of properness of their roles cognized performance. The teachers thought of their roles of creativity education much to teach less because of difficulties at creativity education to have positive correlation between cognition on properness of the education and performance. So, the teachers’ role and performance should be elevated to teach at child care centers effectively.

Cyber education is the new paradigm which is able to satisfy today``s educational needs. It has been already introduced or is being prepared to introduce in many universities and institutes in Korea. However, most of them have weak or little strategy and plan to establish sound cyber education system s. Also they seem to be without understanding of their nature and essential characteristics. In order to implement the successful systems, it is the most important to set objectives, to identify and analyze target learners, to establish curriculum and to decide courses which will be open. To meet the needs and requirements of target learners and subject matters, we need to select appropriate type of cyber education, which can be divided into 3types such as distance self- paced learning, real- time distance lecture and lecture on demand. We can implement more than one type of systems for a course. Each type is sub- divided by its network base, that makes differences in educational characteristics, application domain and other consideration points for its implementation. After making decision on the type, we can implement and integrate its components, which are information infrastructure, educational contents, support systems and control factors, while considering their dependent nature. Implemented based on the systematic approach mentioned above, cyber education systems can bring out their educational potentials and realize our expectation s for education.
모둠구성전략과 사회과 영역지식 수준이 학습자의 창의적 문제해결에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 5th graders` creative problem solving skills according to grouping methods and students` domain knowledge. A creative problem solving program, which had been proven to improve creative problem solving skills for the 5th graders in general curriculum of social studies, was chosen for this study. It was applied to the 5th graders of an elementary school located in Seoul. The students from 3 out of 6 classes of the target school were grouped homogeneously in terms of their domain knowledge. Those from the rest 3 classes were grouped heterogeneously. After 8 week treatment, they took the post test of creative problem solving. Also, class-observation, focus-group meetings, and a student survey were conducted focused on students` group activities in class. As a result, there was no significant difference in their problem solving skills between homogeneous and heterogeneous groups. It was true even when the student`s domain knowledge level was considered. The results from class-observation, focus-group meetings, and a student survey showed that the students of heterogeneous group were more active and cooperative, and the program seemed to facilitate group activities among students.
불확실성을 갖는 RC 모델 기반의 리튬이온 배터리 SOC 추정을 위한 강인한 고이득 관측기 설계

본 논문에서는 모델의 불확실성을 갖는 RC 배터리 모델의 State-of- Charge(SOC)를 추정하기 위한 강인한 고이득 관측기를 설계한다. 일반적으로 SOC를 추정하기 위해 사용하는 RC 배터리 모델은 실제 배터리 셀과 정확하게 일치하지 않고 거기에 따른 모델의 불확실성이 존재하게 된다. 이렇게 불확실성이 존재할 때 그 영향을 최소화하고 보다 정확한 SOC를 추정할 수 있는 강인한 관측기를 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 실제 배터리 셀과 RC 배터리 모델 사이에 모델 불확실성이 존재하더라도 정확한 SOC추정을 위하여 강인한 고이득 관측기를 설계한다. 하지만 이러한 강인한 고이득 관측기는 높은 이득으로 발생하는 튐 현상(peaking phenomenon)과 출력 측정오차에 민감하게 반응하여 발생하는 진동(perturbation)이 존재하는 단점이 있다. 그래서 이를 보완하기 위해 슬라이딩 모드 기법을 사용하여 강인한 고이득 관측기를 설계한다. 마지막으로 성능 검증을 위하여 선형 관측기, 고이득 관측기를 이용한 SOC 추정결과를 비교한다. This paper proposes the robust high-gain observer based SOC estimatro for uncertain RC model of Li-Ion batteries. In general, RC battery model has inevitable uncertainties and it cause some negative effect to estimate the accurate SOC of Li-Ion batteries. The proposed estimator overcomes such weakness with two techniques; high-gain observer design technique and sliding mode control technique. A high-gain observer provides the robustness against model uncertainties to the proposed estimator. A sliding mode control technique helps the proposed estimator by reducing the side effect of adopting a high-gain observer such as peaking phenomenon and perturbation. The performance of the proposed estimator is verified by some simulation.
도립진자 시스템을 통한 최적 상태 되먹임 제어기의 성능 검증

본 논문에서는 도립진자 시스템을 이용한 최적 상태 되먹임 제어기 설계 및 성능 검증을 소개한다. 제안하고 있는 최적 상태 되먹임 제어기는 최적제어 이론을 기반으로 입력크기와 응답성능의 최적값을 고려하였고 뿐만 아니라, 적분제어기법을 도입함으로써 정상상태오차를 줄이도록 하였다. 실험에 사용된 도립진자 시스템은 (주)셈웨어의 PC기반 CEM-IP-01으로써 제안된 제어기를 적용한다. 마지막으로 제안된 제어기와 일반 상태 되먹임 제어기를 모의실험과 실험을 통하여 비교함으로써 제안된 제어기의 성능을 검증한다. This paper presents the performance verification of the optimal state feedback controller via inverted pendulum systems. The proposed method generates the optimal control inputs satisfying both the constrained input and the performance specification. In addition, it reduces the steady-state error by adopting the integral control technique. In order to verify the performance of the proposed method, we apply both the proposed method and the general state feedback control to an inverted pendulum, CEM-IP-01 in the experiment.
선형 상태 관측기의 실용화 검증을 위한 도립진자 시스템의 출력 피드백 제어 실험

본 논문은 선형 상태 관측기의 성능 및 실용화 검증을 위하여 도립진자 시스템의 출력 피드백 제어 실험을 수행하였다. 도립진자 시스템으로는 (주)셈웨어의 CEM-IP-01를 실험에 사용하였다. 동역학 해석을 위하여 라그랑지안 방정식 및 자코비안 선형화 방법을 이용하였고, 모의실험을 통하여 일반 상태 피드백 제어기의 출력 응답과 제안된 제어기의 출력 응답을 먼저 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 실제 도립진자 시스템에 적용함으로써 제어기 구현에서 발생하는 문제점을 파악하고 해결함으로써 실용화 가능성을 직접 확인하였다. In this paper, the output feedback control of inverted pendulum systems is experimented for the practicality verification of the linear state observer. For the experiment, a pendulum system, CEM-IP-01 of Cemware Inc. is used and Lagrange equation and Jacobian linearization are adopted for the dynamic analysis of the pendulum system. In addition, the output responses of the state feedback control and the output feedback control of the pendulum system are compared before the experiment by Matlab. Finally, we directly verify the practical use of the linear state observer by recognizing and solving some real problem to control the inverted pendulum system in practice.
속도 프로파일 기반의 가감속제어를 통한 DC 모터의 토크제어

본 논문에서는 자동물류운반시스템(AGV)에 사용되는 가감속 제어를 위한 속도 프로파일 기반의 가감속 위치제어를 DC 모터 실험을 통한 토크변화에 대해서 고찰한다. 속도 프로파일을 이용한 모터의 가감속 제어는 모터에 걸리는 부하를 줄임으로써 시스템의 무리한 구동을 방지하고 수명을 연장 시키는 장점을 가지고 있다. 체계적인 설계 구조를 갖는 상태 피드백 제어기를 이용하여 속도 프로파일을 이용한 가감속 제어 기반의 DC 모터의 위치제어와 단순 위치제어를 모의실험을 통하여 비교함으로써 토크 크기를 비교 관찰한다. 또한 CEM-IP-01의 카트 위치 제어 실험을 통하여 이를 검증한다. This paper presents torque control of DC motor using the velocity profile based acceleration/deceleration controller for automatic guided vehicles (AGVs). This technique has some advantage; to reduce the damage of motors and to extend the life time of motors. First, we generate velocity profiles for three cases and design the state feedback controller using the generated velocity profile as a reference. The state feedback controller has servo system for solving regulation problem. For the verification, we apply the proposed method to control a cart position and shows some simulation result.
