$Al_2O_3$로 코팅된 Y-TZP 분말의 등온 상전이 거동

Granulated Y-TZP powders were coated by using Sol-Gel method and the coating effect of Al2O3 on the isothermal phase transformation in Al2O3 coated Y-TZP powders was investigated. During aging, tetragonal phase in Y-TZP powder were isothermally transformed to monoclinic, but the tetragonal phase in Al2O3 coated Y-TZP powders was continuously retained in spite of long aging. It can be considered that the improvement of thermal stability of tetragonal phase in Al2O3 coated Y-TZP powders may be due to the increase of constraint effect near tetragonal phase, and the suppression of surface transformation by obstructing the reaction between the surface of Y-TZP and H2O.

An Effects of the Abolition of Compensation Cartel to the Tax Service Lee, Jong-Kuk*This study has analyzed to the user's satisfaction, improvements of tax service, and understanding of the gap between tax agents after abolition of compensation cartel in 1999. The data were from 113 personal and firm's agencies.攀* Dong-A University攀攀The results of this study were as follows.First, in the compensation of the tax agency, compensation of vicarious execution and tax adjustment were a little increased, but compensation of appealing taxation was appeared no changes. Second, in the tax service, it were appeared positive on "keeping secrets of clients' financial affairs", "credence of tax application", but no changes in other services. Third, there were in general satisfied with tax agencies' service after abolition of the compensation cartel. These results reminded tax agencies of preparing more strategic tax service programs for their clients as highly competitive of the markets.
The crystallographic influence on the dissolution and aligned crystallites of hydroxyapatite

The crystallographic influence of hydroxyapatite (HA) on dissolution was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray pole figure (XPF). All HA disks were sintered at 1200 oC for 2 h in air with moisture protection and were immersed in 40 ml of pH 7.4 distilled water at 37 oC. In addition to the surface dissolution at grain boundaries, grains themselves were degraded in a specific direction showing the aligned crystallites. XRD analysis showed that the peak intensity of (300) was maintained relatively during immersion compared with the rest of the peaks. XPF analysis revealed that the contour lines of (211) and (112) decreased after immersion, whereas the (300) contour line remained similar before and after immersion. This means that the (300) plane of HA could be relatively stable in a liquid environment. Therefore, it may be concluded that the direction of crystal alignment should be associated with the susceptibility of certain ceramic grains to dissolution. ${\alpha} - Al_2O_3/SiO_2$복합분말의 반응소결에 있어서 물라이트화 거동

알루미나 입자표면에 실리카 흡착층을 갖는 복합분말로 제조된 시편을 반응소결시켜 물라이트화 과정을 고찰하였다. 물라이트화 반응은 알루미나와 cristobalite의 계면에서 낮은 알루미나 함량을 갖는 비정질 aluminosilicated 상이 중간층을 형성하면서 시작되고 이 층을 통한 알루미나의 확산에 의하여 물라이트가 성장되었다. 물라이트는 알루미나의 입자의 표면을 따라 성장하였으며 확산에 의해 성장속도가 제어되었다 Sintered bodies were prepared from ${\alpha} - Al_2O_3/SiO_2$ composite powders which each alumina particles were surrounded by silica particles and investigated the mullitization behavior on the process of reaction - sintering. Mullitized reaction was started by formation of amorphous aluminosilicate inter - layer and proceeded by diffusion of alumina through this inter-layer. The growth of mullite was happened along the surface of alumina and controlled by the rate of diffusion.
