        호텔 종업원의 유니폼이 호텔에 대한 태도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향

        호텔에서의 유니폼은 고객들에게 그들이 누구와 상호 작용하여야 하는지를 알려주어 고객의 혼동을 줄이는 기능뿐만 아니라 호텔의 특성을 알리는데도 유효한 수단이 된다. 또한 유니폼은 자신의 태도와 행위에 대한 타인의 기대 수준에도 영향을 주는데, 호텔 종업원들이 근무할 때나 고객들과 접촉할 때 착용하는 유니폼에 따라서 호텔과 서비스에 대한 고객들의 기대 수준이 달라지는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 호텔 종업원의 유니폼에 대하여 고객들이 어떻게 지각하고 이를 통하여 호텔에 대한 태도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고, 또한 호텔에 대한 고객들의 태도가 이용의도와 어떤 관련이 있는지를 파악한 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 이론적 검토와 실증연구를 병행하였다. 조사는 호텔을 이용한 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 2011년 1월 5일부터 11일까지 총 250부의 설문지를 배포하여 242부가 회수되었으며 회수된 설문지 중 응답이 불성실하거나 다수의 문항에 응답하지 않은 13부를 제외한 229부를 최종적으로 사용하였다. 분석결과 호텔 종업원의 유니폼 중 심미성, 상징성 그리고 기능성 순으로 모두가 호텔에 대한 태도에 영향을 미쳤으며, 호텔에 대한 태도가 이용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 호텔 종업원의 유니폼의 제작 시 마케팅 관점에서 고려해야 할 유용한 정보를 제공하였다.

        온라인 사용 후기 신뢰도가 브랜드 태도 및 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 레스토랑을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of online customer’s review on the brand attitude and visit intention in the restaurant. Normally customers search information for lowering the perceived risk before decision of purchasing. Especially in online circumstances, the lack of tangibility makes customers feel the perceived risk more and intend to search information more. For the actual test of these hypotheses, surveys were conducted with a convenience sample of 268 participants who had experienced in restaurant. Frequency, factor analysis and AMOS analyzed data. As the results, online review credibility were major to influence on the brand attitude as well as flow were major to determinant on the visit intention. And brand attitude were major determinant to influence on the visit intention. Restaurant Marketer need to consider the enhancement of online review quality and credibility through providing detailed information and materials with potential guest

        Background: Conventional spirometric parameters have shown poor correlation with symptoms and health status of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). While it is well-known that the pattern of flow-volume curve (F-V curve) represents ventilatory dysfunction, little attempts have been made to derive quantitative parameters by analyzing the curve. In this study, we aimed to derive useful parameters from the F-V curve via graphic analysis and tried to validate them in patients with COPD. Methods: Using Graphical Analysis 3.4 Vernier Software, we derived following parameters from the F-V curve: Ao (area of concavity), AT (area of triangle), AR(area of rectangle) and 0.25/0.75V (ratio of volume at 75%PEF and 25%PEF). To validate them, we reviewed clinical and spirometric data of 61 COPD patients from Seoul National University Airway Registry (SNUAR) and KOLD cohort. Results: Of all parameters, only RV/TLC was significantly correlated with SGRQ (r=0.447,p=0.037). Six-minute walking distance (6MWD) was highly correlated with Ao/AR (r=-0.618, p=0.005) and Ao/PEF (r=-0.581,p=0.009), whereas neither FEV1 nor FEV1/FVC had significant correlation with 6MWD. Conclusion: Ao/AR and Ao/PEF are promising parameters which correlate well with exercising capacity of COPD patients.         속초시 국민학교 어린이들의 도시락에 의한 영양섭취실태 조사

        To investigate the nutritional contents of lunchbox of students of elementary school located in Sokcho city Kangwon province, the survey was conducted from April 23 to April 26, 1991. Main dishes and side dishes in lunchbox were weighed and nutrients were analyzed from food composition table. Total daily energy and nutrients intake were reach to RDA's, except for intake of calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B_2 and vitamin C. Children's height was positively correlated with energy and protein intake. Fat intake was positively correlated with monthly income and intake of vitamin A was positively correlated with number of family. This survey suggests that it need nutritional education program and school feeding to improvement of nutritional status for children.

        호텔 식음료 종사원의 조직 커뮤니케이션, 조직지원, 조직몰입 그리고 직무만족과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine, in a service context, construct validity of widely used and accepted measures of organizational communication, perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The respondents included 252 food and beverage department employees of five hotels participated in the survey. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, and AMOS. The result of AMOS reveals that the organizational communication significantly influenced perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. And perceived organizational support had a directional impact on organizational commitment and job satisfaction Finally, organizational commitment also had a directional impact on job satisfaction.

        대학생들의 가공식품 구매실태와 식품표시 인지 정도

        This study examined the utilization of processed food and the recognition of food labels among 257 university students (201 females and 56 males) in Seoul and Kangwon-do. The results of the study showed that the most important considered information on food labels are shelf life, nutrition facts, and price in sequential order. Female students' recognition of nutrition facts was significantly higher than that of male students (p<0.05). Female students more attentively checked the manufacturer, origin of the products, and shelf life information on food labels than did the male students. In checking out the food labels information, the most checked items on food labels were calories, trans fatty acid and cholesterol in that order and the least checked information was the sodium contents. Among processed foods, male students' consumption was dominant in instant noodles, frozen dumplings, and canned goods, while female students had more candies/chocolates. In selecting processed foods, male students showed strong preference for cheaper and quantitative products, while female students chose more tasty, brand new, well-known brand, and products of domestic origin. Frequency of canned and frozen food consumption showed a positive correlation with BMI, while candies/chocolates showed a negative correlations with BMI. Negative correlations were found in the attitude of selecting food with longer shelf life and BMI. The results of this study suggest that university students need to be well informed to make wise food choices that contribute to a healthy diet. Additionally, food manufacturers and government authorities concerned should make certain that consumers know how to use food label information more easily and effectively through proper education.

        이혼가정 아동의 자기표출과 적응을 돕는 통합예술치료 사례연구

        This case study shows a successful application of music and other artistic tools to the treatment of a child with a problem of stealing who has gone through his parents’divorce and remarriage. The client doesn’ get enough love and proper care, which are indispensable for early developmental periods, because of parents’discordance, separation and remarriage. The therapist tries to provide a facilitating environment where the client can express his emotional distress, and counseling for the parents to understand their children better and to create a nurturing environment for them. Through short six sessions, the client began to express himself actively and assertively in his new environment and to build an intimate relationship with his step-mother.
