홈 네트워크 상에서 다양한 디지털 기기들 간에 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 공유/연동하는데 있어, IPTV환경에서 응용프로그램을 비디오, 오디오, 그리고 이미지 파일과 같이 공유/연동할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제안하고 사용자의 편의성을 증진시키고 시청 환경이 서로 다른 디지털 기기에 동시 적용 가능하며 다양한 시청 환경에 최적화된 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하도록 한다.

사용자 상황 정보 기반 음원 추천 방법

기존의 음원 추천 방법은 사용자 프로파일, 사용자 선호도, 사용자가 오디오 컨텐츠를 재생한 히스토리 목록, 전문가들의 추천 음악 등을 고려하여 각 사용자가 좋아할 만한 음악을 추천해 주는 방법을 사용해 왔다. 이 논문에서는 상황 정보를 이용한 음원 추천 방법을 바탕으로 사용자가 처한 상황을 고려하여 사용자에게 더 큰 만족을 줄 수 있는 음원 추천 방법을 제안한다.

기록관의 온라인 서비스 향상을 위한 웹사이트 평가기준설계에 관한 연구

인터넷의 확산은 기록관의 서비스환경에 많은 변화를 가지고 왔다. 즉, 기록관의 웹사이트를 통하여 이용자에게 기록관에 대한 정보와 이용, 접근을 보다 편리하고 신속하게 서비스 할 수 있게 되었으며, 앞으로 그 비중이 더욱 증대하게 될 것이다. 이제 기록관 웹사이트는 기록관 안내나 마케팅의 도구 또는 단순히 인터넷 기반 자료에 대한 게이트웨이로서의 기능만 하는 곳이 아니라, 이용자에게 서비스에 대한 안내 및 지식을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 기록관 서비스에 직접 연결 할 수 있는 능력을 제공하는 기록관의 모든 서비스의 가상공간이라 할 수 있다. 현재 우리나라에 존재하고 있는 기록관들은 웹사이트 구축을 진행하고 있거나, 구축된 웹사이트를 발전시키고 있는 실정이다. 또한 이용자들의 웹 서비스의 이용도와 의존도 또한 높아지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 웹사이트 평가에 관한 다양한 연구가 있었지만, 기록관의 웹사이트 평가에 관한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 다양한 계층의 이용자를 대상으로 정보서비스를 제공하는 기록관의 웹사이트는 이용자 중심의 편리성과 알권리, 정보제공을 중심으로 한 정보서비스 여부에 보다 많은 연구와 관심을 가질 필요성이 있으며, 기록관 웹사이트 구축의 질적 수준을 높일 수 있도록 웹사이트의 평가기준 또한 연구할 필요가 있다는 것은 두말할 나위가 없을 것이다. 따라서 기록관의 목적과 기능에 적합한 웹사이트 평가기준을 개발 및 제시하고, 국 내외기록관을 직접 평가해 봄으로써 취약점과 보완점을 지적하여, 기록관 웹사이트 구축 및 재개발을 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. Archives provide users with easier and more convenient access to and use of archival data through their Internet websites. Now, archival websites function not only as a tool of information provision or marketing, or as a gateway of Internet-based materials, but also as cyber space for all services of archives, providing users with information and knowledge and direct accessibility to the services in the archives. At present, Korean archives are proceeding with establishing websites or upgrading existing websites, and the use rates and reliability of web services by users are becoming higher. However, although there have been various studies for the evaluation of general websites, few are found with regard to the evaluation of archival websites. It is necessary for archival websites that provide information service to users of every stripe to make more efforts and have more interest in user-centered convenience, right to know, and information provision-centered service. Accordingly, needless to say, it is necessary to study evaluation criteria of websites so that high quality archival websites can be established. With this background, this study establishes evaluation criteria for archival websites, which are appropriate to their objectives and functions and directly evaluates archives, presenting ways to establish and redevelop archival websites. More detailed purposes are as follows: First, analyzes existing theories of evaluation through reviews on previous literature and elicits evaluation criteria for websites, which are appropriate to archives; Second, based on the elicited evaluation criteria for archival websites, examines the current state of domestic archival websites through analytic evaluation; and Third, presents ways to improve archival websites that may be helpful in establishing or improving them in the future. The expectancy effects of this study are as follows: First, it will be helpful when one wishes to identify the current state of archival websites and to improve or redevelop existing websites, or to develop online service through website; Second, it will function as a checklist when a developer who is to establish an archival website wishes to develop evaluation criteria; and Third, it may be used as an inspection tool when an archives contracts out the establishment of its website.

본고에서는 TDX-1의 주변정합장치로 구성되는 가입자 회로, 애널로그 중계회로, 디지틀 중계회로의 기능 및 설계에 대한 특성과 측정 결과를 중심으로 기술하였다. 또한 TDX-1시스팀의 현장운용중 발생되는 가입자 서비스 및 운용자 불편사항을 수집 분석하여 현재의 정합장치에 대한 설계 검토 보완과 향후 TDX-10의 주변정합장치 개발에 활용토록 할 예정이다.

간호교육에서의 환자시뮬레이션 교육 현황

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the current usage of high integration mannequin human patient simulators (hereafter HPS) in nursing education. Methods: Thirty-two faculty members in 11 nursing schools participated in this survey. the questionnaire consisted of some multiple-choice questions and open questions to collect data on the experience of faculty members with using HPS as well as quantitative information. Results: The faculty members who used HPS in their classes recognized the need to use simulation in nursing education. They identified the advantages of simulation education as promoting adaptation to the clinical environment(46.9%), promoting self-confidence(28.1%), promoting critical thinking(28.15), and making direct nursing skill practice available(28.1%). However, they considered the obstacles to the use of simulation in nursing education to be insufficient manpower(62.5%), insufficient time(40.6%), and difficulty in preparing a teaching strategy(34.4%). Conclusion: HPS is useful in nursing education, but systematic plans and policies regarding on its operation are needed to confirm its effectiveness. The results of this study generally provide a basic information for use of HPS in nursing education.

ABR 형태의 데이터 서비스를 위한 무선 MAC:APRMA

본 논문에서는 PRMA의 구조를 사용하여 ABR 형태의 데이터 서비스를 수행 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 도입하므로서 그 개념을 확장하고, 채널의 이용효율을 극대화하도록 설계된 무선 MAC 알고리즘인 APRMA를 제안한다. 기존의 PRMA에서는 랜덤 데이터를 전송하고자 하는 단말들은 슬롯을 예약할 수 없다. 즉, 슬롯의 예약은 시간 지연에 엄격한 음성에만 국한된다. 그러나 데이터들도 요구하는 서비스 품질을 만족시켜 주어야 하며, 이를 위해 데이터에 대해서도 예약을 가능하게 하므로서 채널의 처리율도 높일 수 있다. 따라서 무선 MAC에서는 음성 뿐 아니라 데이터에 대해서도 예약이 수행되어야 한다. 이때, 데이터에 고정된 전송율을 갖도록 슬롯을 예약해줄 수도 있겠지만 이로 인해 시간 지연에 민감한 서비스들의 효율이 떨어질 수 있다. 따라서, APRMA에서는 초기에는 최소한의 대역만을 할당해주며, 잉여의 대역이 존재하면 계속 그 전송율을 높여나갈 수 있게 하므로서 채널의 이용율을 높이고, 음성과 같은 상대적으로 우선순위가 높은 서비스 요청에 대해서도 동시에 그 서비스 품질을 만족시킬 수 있다. In this paper, we propose a wireless MAC protocol named APRMA, which is capable of supporting the ABR type data service and maximizing channel utilization. In PRMA protocol, data terminals with random data packets cannot reserve slot. That is, slot reservation is applicable to the time constraint voice packet exclusively. But the reservation scheme has to be performed for loss sensitive data packet, and so data packets can get their quality of service. Therefore, in wireless MAC, reservation technique has to be used for both voice and data services. But in service aspects, if a fixed bandwidth is allocated to data terminals, time constraint voice packets may have a low efficiency. So in this study, the terminal which wants to request for ABR tyupe service, acquires a minimum bandwidth from system for thefirst time. If the system has extra available bandwidth, ABR terminals would acquire additional bandwidth slot by slot. As a result, APRMA protocol cansupporty the data service with loss sensitivity and maintain their channel utilization high. Also high priority services like voice can be satisfied with their QoS by APRMA.

Breast Metastasis from Gastric Cancer Mimicking Benign Breast Mass

Breast metastases from extra-mammary malignancies are unusual. In particular, the characteristics of breast metastasis from gastric cancer are rarely reported and there is no common specific finding among the reported cases. Breast metastases from extra-mammary malignancies are often misdiagnosed as benign lesions due to the absence of characteristic finding in imaging studies; however, they also resemble inflammatory breast cancer clinically sometimes. Therefore, differential diagnosis between the primary breast cancer and the metastatic disease is considered difficult. In order to hasten the diagnosis, to avoid unnecessary mastectomy, and to determine appropriate options of treatment, it is important that physicians understand the clinicopathological and radiologic features of breast metastases and consider its possibility in patients with a history of extra-mammary malignancies. Herein, we report a case of breast metastases from gastric cancer.
