20대 기독 여성의 비자살적 자해 경험과 극복 경험에 관한 사례 연구

본 연구의 목적은 20대 기독교인 여성의 자해 경험과 극복 경험에 관한 단일 사례를 심층적으로 연구하고, 구체적으로 기독교 상담과 돌봄의 방법을 제시하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 20대 기독교인 여성 중 1명을 심층적으로 상담하고 이를 바탕으로 기독교인 여성이 경험하는 비자살적 자해 경험과 극복 경험의 과정을 분석하였다. 자해의 심리적 역동은 부모의 대상 경험과 이를 통해 형성된 내적 표상을 분석하였다. 내적 표상은 ‘사랑 받을만한 가치가 없다’, ‘나를 돌보아 줄 사람은 없다’, ‘모든 것이 내 잘못이다’, ‘나는 상처받아 마땅하다’ 등으로 분석되었다. 더불어, 기독교 신자의 특성을 고려하여 죄책감과 하나님의 이미지가 자해 경험에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 죄책감은 자기비난과 종교적 죄책감으로 분석하였으며, 하나님의 이미지는 ‘사랑이 없고 돌보지 않는 하나님’, ‘징벌하는 하나님’으로 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 심리적 역동 이해와 기독상담자의 역할, 공동체의 역할, 죄책감의 수정과 통합, 하나님 이미지의 통합에 관해서 논의하였다. The main goal of this study is to develop deeply into a single case of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) and the subsequent overcoming process among Christian women in her twenties. For this research, an in-depth counseling session was conducted with one such woman, providing an analysis of the experience and the recovery process from NSSI. The psychological dynamics of self-injury were examined in relation to the experiences with parental figures and the consequent formation of inner representations. Internal representations have been analyzed as “I am not worthy of being loved,” “There is no one to take care of me,” “Everything is my fault,” and “I deserve to be hurt.” Furthermore, considering the attributes of a Christian believer, the study scrutinized the specific influences of guilt and the image of God on the self-harming experiences. Guilt was analyzed as self-blame and religious guilt. The image of God was analyzed as “a God who is unloving and uncaring” and “a punishing God.” Based on the findings, discussions encompassed the psychological dynamics, understanding and role of a Christian counselor, the role of the community, revision and integration of guilt, and integration of God’s image.

보호관찰 준수사항에 대한 소고 - 미국 뉴욕 주의 Less is More Act와 그 시사점 -

2021년 9월 미국 뉴욕 주는 보호관찰 준수사항 위반에 대한 제재를 완화하고 보호 관찰 대상자의 절차적 권리를 강화하는 것을 내용으로 하는 보호관찰 법률 개정을 단행하였다. 특히 보호관찰 대상자의 준수사항 이행만을 요건으로 하여 보호관찰 기간 을 단축하는 제도와 재범의 위험성과 직접적 관련성이 없는 단순 준수사항을 중요 준 수사항과 구분하고 단순 준수사항 위반에 대하여 구금 대신 기간 단축의 효과만을 박 탈하는 방안은 기존의 통제중심 경향의 보호관찰제도에 큰 변화를 가져다 줄 것이다. 「보호관찰법」상 일반준수사항은 “선행”, “나쁜 습관” 등 보호관찰 대상자가 그 의 미를 정확하게 파악하기 어렵고 보호관찰관의 자의적 해석의 위험성이 크다는 점에 서 좀 더 명확한 용어를 사용하여 대상자가 지침으로 삼을 수 있도록 할 필요가 있 다. 또한 준수사항 위반에 대하여 경고, 처분변경 등의 제재의 부과 요건과 절차를 명확하게 하여 보호관찰 대상자의 예측가능성을 확보해야 한다. 준수사항 불이행에 대한 불이익한 제재와 더불어 준수사항 이행을 통한 기간단축의 혜택 부여를 통해 보호관찰 대상자의 자발성을 제고시킬 수 있을 것이다. 보호관찰법상 특별준수사항의 취지가 대상자의 특수한 상황에 따른 탄력적인 방안 마련에 있는 만큼, 준수사항 변경처분을 준수사항 위반에 대한 제재가 아닌 유연화 조치로 활용할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 형 집행 종료 후 보호관찰의 경우, 형 집행 이 끝난 대상자에게 다시 준수사항을 부과하는 것이므로, 재범의 위험성과 관계가 약하나 신체의 자유를 과도하게 제한하는 준수사항이 부과되는 경우 대상자가 이의 를 제기할 수 있는 절차를 마련하는 것이 바람직 할 것이다. The newly enacted law on probation system in the New York State, the Less is More Act, adopted a revolutionary probationer-centered approach to violations of probation conditions. We have placed emphasis on control and supervision on people on probation instead of encouraging them to comply with probation conditions by creating the incentive. The newly introduced Earned Time Credits, which provide people on probation with 30 days of credits for every 30 days in the community without a violation, will enable the positive reintegration into society. The Less is More Act also differentiates non-technical violations from technical violations which have little to do with the recidivism risk and authorizes less incarceration for technical violations. These positive aspect of the Less is More Act throws a new viewpoint on our probation system.

Variation in Fucoidan Contents and Monosaccharide Compositions of Korean Undaria pinnatifida (Harvey) Suringar (Phaeophyta)

Three different forms of Undaria pinnatifida, the southern form (U. pinnatifida f. typica), the northern form (U. pinnatifida f. distans), and Samcheok form (recently cultivated strain), were examined for the contents and compositions of fucoidans. Fucoidans were extracted from the dried edible portions of three forms of U. pinnatifida in low pH condition, mainly by ethanol precipitation and CaCl2 treatment. It was shown that Samcheok form contains 1.8 and 3.5 times more fucoidans than the northern and the southern forms, respectively. The monosaccharide compositions of individual fucoidans were also varied. The fucoidans from the southern and the northern forms were shown to be composed of mainly fucose and galactose with the molar percentage ratios of 83.5%:16.5% and 87.4%:12.6%, respectively, indicating that these are F-type fucoidans. The fucoidan from Samcheok form, however, consisted of fucose (62.7%), galactose (32.9%), and small amount of glucose (4.4%). The results of this study showed that both amount and monosaccharide compositions of fucoidans are variable depending on U. pinnatifida forms.

Objectives This is the clinical report about 1 case of patient with delayed motor development in lower limbs. Methods The herb medication, acupuncture therapies were applied for treating delayed motor development from June 9 to November 20, 2007. Results After 5 months treatment, the patient's delayed motor development were improved by oriental medical therapy. Conclusions We report the good results of oriental medical therapy on a pediatric patient with delayed lower limbs motor development. For more accurate studies, further studies would be needed with more cases.

M2M-MIB를 이용한 분산구조 CNM

Recently, Virtual Private Network(VPN) services are Lvidely used to establish enterprise networks. The enterprise networks may be distributed locally and have been used to be in the form of leased lines of the public networks. However. VPN provides more efficient ways of establishing enterprise networks than ever. VPN services are provided depending upon contracts betlveen the VPN provider and the customer. and the tariff can be asked only on the basis of usage. In addition, to meet various demands of customer. the VPN provider supplies the management information and supports the limited managing rights for the related public network resources. The customers be able to manage their own VPNs. Nowadays. trends toward implementing asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) technologies for public and/or private netLvorks have been increasing and CNM has been also considered in the ATN network environment, ATM Forum provides M3 Specifications for the CNM. but VPN services across the seireral public networks are not considered. Therefore. in this paper, a distributed architecture of CNM using M2M-MIB is proposed and implemented using the UT-SNMP. package of University lof Twente.

This paper is a study on the formation of female identity in Shamanistic epic "Samgong-Bonpuri", "Segyeong-Bonpuri". For this discussion rhis writing is paying attention to Recognition for herself as a woman, the attitude of life, and a way of life as a woman in these texts. gameunjang-agi in "Samgong-Bonpuri" shows independent woman life on her own good luck and emphasize positive female identity. it means that subjective attitude of life is the most important factors determining the fortune or misfortune in our life. jacheongbi in "Segyeong-Bonpuri" realize sexual desire of her own, show her affection and overcome the various difficulties. In the process she reveal positive and subjective attitude in her life. therefore in these texts heroines reestablish there femininity against the traditional values that patriarchal society hoped.

「A Tale of Two Cities」에 나타난 服飾의 階層 象徵性 硏究

This paper analyzes how a social status is symbolized by clothing in Charles Dickens' novel 「The Tale of Two Cities」. The result shows that clothing symbols of the upper class people are splendid, perfect, good material, beautiful, younger looking, and fashionable. Meanwhile, those on the middle class people are neat, unpretentious, simple, practical, following fashion, and graceful. Finally, those on the lower class people are unfitted, disordered, careless, worn and shabby, unclean, disharmonious, coarse, and uniform.

RF 플라즈마 처리법에 기반한 기계적 밀링된 Zr 분말의 구형화에 따른 특성 변화

Powder quality, including high flowability and spherical shape, determines the properties of additively manufactured products. Therefore, the cheap production of high-quality powders is critical in additive manufacturing. Radio frequency plasma treatment is an effective method to fabricate spherical powders by melting the surface of irregularly shaped powders; in the present work, mechanically milled Zr powders are spheroidized by radio frequency plasma treatment and their properties are compared with those of commercial Zircaloy-2 alloy powder. Spherical Zr particles are successfully fabricated by plasma treatment, although their flowability and impurity contents are poorer than those of the commercial Zircaloy-2 alloy powder. This result shows that radio-frequency plasma treatment with mechanically milled powders requires further research and development for manufacturing low-cost powders for additive manufacturing.
