Les socie´te´s populaires parisiennes ont joue´, de`s 1791, un ro^le e´minent dans la marche de la Re´volution francaise. Les socie´te´s fraternelles, de recrutement plus populaires groupaient les sans-culottes. Ces socie´te´s, ouvertes aux petites gens, se multiplie`rent a`Paris apre`s le 10 aou^t 1792. Tandis que les mode´re´s entendaient cantonner les socie´te´s populaires dans un ro^le simplement e´ducatif, les patriotes leur assigne`rent de`s l'origine un but politiqu. Lorsque la convention eut supprime´ le 9 septembre 1793 la permanance des assemble´es de section, militants populaires transforme´rent ces socie´te´s populaires d'ancienne fondation en socie´te´s sectionnaires ou en cre´e`rent de nouvelles. En l'an Ⅱ les socie´te´s sectionnaires de type nouveau constitue`rent l'organisation de base du mouvement populaire parisien. De l'automne au printemps de l'an II, la France fut couverte d'un re´seau de socie´te´s, dense et efficace. Un antagonisme s'affirma cependant rapidement entre les Jacobins et leurs filiales, et les socie´te´s sectionnaires, expression de l'autonomie du mouvement populaire. Au nom dela centralisation ne´cessaire a` la de´fense nationale et re´volutionnaire, les hommes gouvernementals entendirent unifier les organisations populaires sous leur direction. Sous la pression gouvernementale, les socie´te´s populaires dites sectionnaires parisiennes dure`rent se dissoudre.
제조물 결함의 유형분석을 통한 제조물 책임 예방 활동의 전개 방법에 관한 연구

The tightening of product liability law and the growth of consumer demand for product safety make PL a critical issue of business management. In this paper we establish an systematic PL prevention plan by analyzing representative PL cases in Korea, the United States, and Japan. We consider the type of product, the type of defect, the cause of defects, and the results of PL lawsuits. The analysis results indicate that we should not be limited to issues of product safety. We should also consider a responsible PL prevention plan that can protect consumers from risk of damage. In preventing design defects, we should give special consideration to the technical and legal aspects of a design review so that we can improve conventional prevention plans. Manufacturing defects should be prevented through a product safety review tailored to product characteristics. Moreover, we endeavor to prevent instruction defects by analyzing the characteristics of environment in which a produce is used.
만성 역류성 식도염 모델에서 빈랑(檳榔)와 황련(黃連) 복합물의 보호 효과

Objective: Chronic reflux esophagitis (CRE), characterized by esophageal mucosa ulcer, is caused by continuous backflow of gastric acid and consequent inflammation due to unstable gastroesophageal sphincter. The aim of the present study was to clarify the effect of an Arecae Semen and Coptidis Rhizoma mixture (AC-mix) on CRE. Methods: CRE was surgically induced in SD rats with three experimental groups used: normal; CRE control; and CRE treatment (200 mg/kg AC-mix). Blood and esophageal tissue were collected after two weeks of drug administration. The anti-oxidant activity of the AC-mix was measured by total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents as well as by radical scavenging activity with protein levels evaluated using western blotting. Results: CRE damage to the esophageal mucosa was significantly reduced in the AC-mix group as compared with the controls, and administration of the AC-mix was seen to inhibit NF-κBp65 activity. Consequently, the inactivation of NF-κBp65 significantly inhibited inflammatory mediators such as COX-2 and iNOS. Moreover, the anti-oxidant enzyme HO-1 significantly increased through activation of the Nrf2-Keap1 pathway. Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), which can break down collagen from the basement membrane and extracellular matrix, was decreased following AC-mix treatment, and elevated levels of MMP-2 were regulated by its tissue inhibitor. Conclusions: These results show that AC-mix can alleviate esophageal mucosa ulcer though inhibition of the NF-κBp65 inflammatory pathway and enhancement of the anti-oxidant Nrf2-Keap1 pathway.
Electric-field-directed Bicontinuous Microemulsion Polymerization of Nanoporous Polymeric Membranes

Nanoporosity is an advantageous property for the polymeric membrane films in fuel cells, filters, and drug delivery systems, in which interconnected pores within the material facilitate transport of small molecules across the membrane. Here, we examined the effect of a DC electric field on the pore structure and oxygen transport of films formed by bicontinuous microemulsion polymerization (BμEP) of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate in water containing a cationic surfactant, and compared with those of samples polymerized without an applied electric field. Membranes polymerized through BμEP under an applied electric field that showed 50-130% increase in oxygen transmissibility demonstrated more elongated pore channels in 3D nanoscopic image as well as smaller standard deviations in pore size distribution than those of membranes that exhibited a decrease in oxygen transmissibility. The results suggest the potential of this preparative technique for controlling pore connectivity in a nanostructured membrane system.
