본 논문은 이성애적 실행으로서의 성희롱이 한국의 이성애 제도를 재현하는 성적순결, 결혼제도와 어떠한 연관성을 가지는 지를 검토하고 또한 성희롱이 일어나는 대표적인 장인 조직 내의 성별, 성문화가 성희롱의 발생과 어떠한 관련성이 있는지를 고찰한다. 이를 고찰하기 위하여 질적 방법론에 기초하여 28명의 사무직 여성 노동자와 심층 연접법을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 첫째, 이성애적 제도로서 순결이데올로기와 결혼 제도 내에서의 성에서 비롯된 지배적인 이중규범은 여성을 성희롱의 저항할 수 없는 피해자로 남성을 일상화된 성희롱의 가해자로 만드는데 주요하게 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 이러한 이성애제도에 근거한 남생 중심적, 이성애 중심적 성별, 성문화는 다양한 양태에 성희롱을 유발시킬 뿐 아니라, 성희롱을 유지 공고화하는 실질적인 역할을 수행하고 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 본 논문은 성희롱의 문제 해결은 단지 새로운 법안의 수립, 제도의 개혁을 통해서 가능하기 보다는 이성애 주의에 대한 도전, 조직문화에 대한 구체적인 문제제기를 통해서 가능함을 주장한다. This article examines how sexual harassment as a heterosexual incident is not only perpetuated by heterosexuality as an institution but also related to gendered and sexual organizational culture in Korea. In doing so, the data of this research derives from qualitative interview with 28 female clerical workers who work in Seoul in Korea. Firstly, this research found that the specificity of Korean heterosexuality is characterized as the dual norm based upon the ideology of sexual chastity and sexuality within marriage. Therefore, Korean female workers affected by the institution of heterosexuality are unable to assertively respond to sexual harassment. Whereas women are defined as a sexual victim, men are regarded as a common harasser. Secondly, this research shows how the incident of sexual harassment is linked with the gendered and sexual culture in the Korean workplace. The gendered organizational culture is featured as the first, inequality of opportunity in employment, sex-discrimination in income and promotion, the second, sex discrimination against married female workers, the third, a uniform for female workers only. The sex-discriminated features contribute to see women not as a worker with an equal ability but as a office wife and a sexual object. Moreover, sexual culture of Korean organizations is mainly related to the 'drinking culture' within the institution of the 'office party'. This drinking culture is male-centered and male-dominated, so most female workers are forced into sexual service roles. In this circumstance, the various forms of sexual harassment are occurred within the office parties and therefore it demonstrates that the sexualized organizational culture is a main cause of sexual harassment. As a result, in order to study incidents of sexual harassment within each society, a research on the sexual harassment- heterosexuality-organizational culture complex is indispensible.

The purpose of this study was to identify core elements of sustainable leadership in online learning community of elementary school teachers based on basic understanding of sustainable leadership. For this study, teachers leadership and sustainable leadership in changing process were investigated. The factors of sustainable leadership were found as follows: performance of moral purpose, capacity of conference at all level, capacity of collecting information through networks, intelligent accountability, deep learning, and cyclical energizing. And this study defined online learning community and follow its global development trends in order to analyze online learning community from the perspective of sustainable leadership. Specific cases which define sustainable leadership were collected through participatory observation, online and in-depth interviews at independent schools, representative of online learning community of elementary school teachers. As a results, sustainable leadership is needed to improve potential capacity of community members and to regulate reflective thinking and power at once. In conclusion, it was recommended to be developed a it was recommended to conduct an in-depth follow-up study on characterizing factors and defining elements of sustainable leadership.

Upland Irrigation Network Analysis System(UINAS) used Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). The results of using OOP is definition of objects and class hierarchy for UINAS, Objects of UINAS are consist of the Pipe, Sprinkler, Valve, Pump, Tee, Bend and Contractions. The class hierarchy have cooperative design for FEM in analysing the irrigation network. Therefore UINAS have a flexibility in additioning the network components.
생태 여성주의 관점에 따른 초등학교장의 상징적 지도력 연구

The Purpose of this study was to introduce a Eco-feminism and to search for the symbolic leadership of elementary principals. For this purpose, the factors to assess symbolic leadership of principals are identified through literature review. After the factor analyzed, in-depth interviews were asked with 2 male principals and 2 female principals. The symbolic leadership of elementary principals are summarized into school culture investigator, vision present, communicator and curer. These are concrete factors; greeting principal, spied parents, strong union- relationship, characteristic educational environment, viewing educational belief, vision sharing, current speaking, extra lecture, communication with teachers, sharing a suffer, a trouble-solving broker, depressive atmosphere recovery. Specially, female principal was seen as much more communicator and curer of the symbolic leadership than male principal. Idealistically schools should be prepared to improve systems for the symbolic leadership and also be raised principal`s consciousness.
