논산 관촉사 석등의 훼손도 진단 및 기원암의 성인적 해석

논산 관촉사 석등은 암회색을 띠는 화강섬록암으로 구성되어 있다 이 석등은 전체적으로 S자형으로 뒤틀려 있으며 상대석과 1층 옥개석 하부에는 표면박리가 발생하여 석재의 표면이 심하게 부서지고 있다. 이차적 오염도 심각하여 . 부재사이에 삽입된 철편의 산화에 의한 변색과 강수의 유동흔적을 따라 나타나는 회백색 및 암흑색의 침전물이 산재한다. 석등의 표면에는 지의류와 선태류가 피복되어 있어 다양한 형태의 생물학적 훼손을 저감하기 위한 보존처리가 요구된다 또한 석등의 구조적 안정과 표면마모 및 기계적 풍화를 저지하기 위해 환경변화에 대한 장기적인 모니터 링과 함께 풍화요소를 저감할 수 있는 보존방법을 강구해야 할 것이다. 이 석등의 부재는 산출상태와 암석학적 및 지구화학적 특성이 주변의 기반암과 동일한 성인을 갖는 것으로 보아 주변의 석재를 이용하여 석등을 제작하였을 가능성이 높다. Rock materials of the Stone Lantern in the Gwanchoksa temple was composed of dark grey granodiorite. This Stone Lantern is partly structural distortion as S-shape, especially, rocks of the upper supports and under the roof materials were highly deterioration due to the surface exfoliation, and strong secondary contaminations owing to the discoloration by oxidation of inserted iron plates between the rock properties, and white grey to dark black contaminants along the rain path way. Rock surface of the Stone Lantern occurred as partly green patches because of coated by algae, lichen and moss. This biological problems are need for cleaning and treatments. The Stone Lantern have to be considered to conservation method that can reduce weathering factors with long-term monitoring about environmental change for structural stability, surface degradation and mechanical weathering. Materials of the Stone Lantern and basement rocks of the area are consisted of same petrogenetic granodiotite based on occurrences, petrological and geochemical characteristics.
Effect of divergence ratio on heat transfer and friction factor in the ribbed rectangular channel

The local heat transfer and pressure drop of turbulent flows developed in stationary ribbed rectangular divergent channels are experimentally investigated. The rectangular divergent channels with a one sided ribbed surface only have inclination angles of 0.72o and 1.43o. The ribbed wall is manufactured with a fixed rib height (e) of 10 mm and rib spacing (p) to height (e) ratio of 10. The measurement was conducted within a Reynolds number range of 15,000 to 89,000. The local heat transfer characteristics of the rectangular divergent channels are quite different from those of the square straight channels because of the streamwise flow deceleration. The thermal performances of the ribbed rectangular divergent channels are compared with those of the ribbed square straight channels under three constraints: identical mass flow rate, identical pumping power, and identical pressure drop. The comparison shows that between the two channels D1 (Dho/Dhi = 1.16) and D2 (Dho/Dhi = 1.49), the divergent channel D2 (Dho/Dhi = 1.49) has the higher thermal performance at identical mass flow rate, and the divergent channel D1 (Dho/Dhi = 1.16) has the higher thermal performance under the constraints of identical pumping power and static pressure drop.
