변혁적 리더십과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 호텔직원의 감성지능 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of Emotional Intelligence in the Relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of hotel employees. The model was tested using SPSS 12.0 based on a sample of 332 surveys. Factor analysis revealed a two-dimensional factor structure for transformational leadership, and four- dimension for emotional intelligence, and a three-dimensional factor structure for OCB. The result indicated that hotel employees who a high degree of transformational leadership show positive OCB. Also the result showed emotional intelligence of hotel employee had significantly positive effect on OCB. Also the result showed that emotional intelligence of hotel employees had significantly moderation effects of the relation between transformational leadership and OCB.

Aimed at local restaurants, Gangwon-site visitor survey was adopted calling on the 462 valid samples. Using local restaurants via a synchronous market segmentation by customer type for the four clusters based on the multi-select attributes Multinomial Logit model was estimated. Gangwonmotivated type of local restaurants available for the analysis of factors affecting the results are as follows. First, Experience preferred groups (clusters 1) the purpose of use of the local restaurants, and select Properties from the area showed significant affect. Experience preferred groups (clusters 1) local restaurants for a meal using local foods and a lot of interest in quality and taste factors, while less concerned with convenience factor has been identified as a group. Second, the quality rave preferred groups (clusters 2) information learned by word of mouth housewives with their family and friends visited the local restaurants In addition, food quality and taste local factors and human services interest factors were identified by many groups. Third, the Internet and mass media as a source of information, promote a favorite groups (clusters 3) awareness of the physical environment and factors have been identified by many groups are interested in. Fourth, the preferred group of personalities (clusters 4) the income of the male guests, visiting relatives and the family physical environment and many groups are interested in is the convenience factor.
리조트 직원이 지각한 직무환경 불만이 직무열의와 이직의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of dissatisfaction on job environment on work engagement and turnover intention of resort employees. Total 250 copies were distributed to employees who worked in resort and 213 samples were used for the empirical analysis. dissatisfaction on job environment was defined by four factors derived from exploratory factor analysis: salary dissatisfaction, colleague relationship dissatisfaction, work environment dissatisfaction, superior relationship dissatisfaction. The results showed that dissatisfaction on job environment had a negative(-) effect on work engagement. Second, dissatisfaction on job environment had a positive(+) effect on turnover intention. Finally, work engagement had a negative(-) effect on turnover intention. Based on the results of the study, the theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and future research directions were presented.

Schwannoma named neurinoma, peripheral glioma, perineural fibriblastoma and Neurilemmoma is a ectodermal benign neoplasm which originates from schwann cell or neuro axons. It usually develops in peripheral systems of sensory nerves of gastrointestinal tract, oral cavity, and bone. It occurs more frequently in soft tissue than hard tissue, and is extremely rare in intraoral area. We report a case of Schwannoma that showed large mass on buccal cheek with Rt. midfacial swelling, pain, tenderness to palpation and involvement with maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve. We present this case and review the literature.
호텔 직원이 지각한 조직공정성이 열정 및 친사회적서비스행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose this study is to examine the effect of organizational justice on passion and pro-social service behavior. In order to verify the hypothesis, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 230 hotel employees in 5 star, 10 hotels in Seoul. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, organizational justice has a positive(+) effect on harmonious passion. Second, harmonious passion has a positive(+) effect on prosocial service behavior in the role. Third, harmonious passion has a positive(+) effect on extra-role prosocial service behavior. It is suggested that the organizational members who are the internal customers of the hotel company have the influence of the passion on the value of the organizational justice and thus the organizational maintenance and human resources management of the hotel companies efficiently with the pro-social service behavior that can maximize their abilities.
