Myotonia dystrophy is an autosomal dominant, multisystemic disorder characterized by myotonia and progressive muscle weakness. The gene for myotonia dystrophy is linked to the long arm of chromosome 19. Myotonia dystrophy is caused by an unstable CTG repeat sequence in the 3' untranslated region of the myotonin protein kinase gene. The CTG repeat is present 5-30 times in the normal population, whereas myotonia dystrophy patients have CTG expansions of 50 to several thousand repeats. We studied the expansion of CTG repeats within the myotonin kinase gene of patients in two Korean families who were clinically suspected to myotonic dystrophy by polymerase chain reaction method(PCR). We examined four patients affected by myotonia dystrophy in two family. Diagnosis of myotonia dystrophy was based on clinical symptoms. Genomic DNA was extracted from leukocytes in peripheral blood and polymerase chain reaction was done. The patients with myotonia dystrophy showed only one polymerase chain reaction allele within the normal range, while the normal control showed two polymerase chain reaction allele within the normal range. Moore가 20세기 도덕철학의 전개과정에 있어서 강력한 영향력을 발휘했다고 말해지는 것은 다음과 같은 두가지 이유때문이다. 첫째로 Moore는 "자연주의적 오류"(The Naturalistic Fallacy)라는 말을 만들어낸 사람이며, 둘째로 철학자들의 눈을 선(goodness)의 개념을 분석하는 문제에로 돌리게 했다는 것이다.

본 연구는 축대칭 난류원형제트가 평판에 충돌하는 경우에 노즐직경이 국소 Nusselt 수 분포에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 노즐출구에서의 유동은 완전 발달된 속도형상을 지니고 있다. 그리고, 금박막이 된 Intrex를 사용하여 평판에는 등열유속 경계조건을 형성시켰다 또한, 액정은 평판의 벽면온도를 측정하기 위하여 사용하였다. 실험시 Reynolds 수는 Re=23,000으로 고정하였으며, 노즐과 평판사이의 거리는 L/d=2~14 까지, 노즐 직경은 d=1.36, 2.16, 3.40으로 변화시켰다. 실험결과 정체점과 정체점 영역에서의 Nusselt 수는 노즐 직경이 증가함에 따라 증가함을 알았다. The effect of nozzle diameter on the local Nusselt number distributions has been investigated for an axisymmetric turbulent jet impinging on the flat Plate surface. The flow at the nozzle exit has a fully developed velocity profile. A uniform heat flux boundary condition at the plate surface was created using gold film Intrex. Liquid Crystal was used to measure the plate surface temperature. The experiments were made for the jet Reynolds number (Re) 23,000, the dimensionless nozzle to surface distance (L/d) from 2 to 14., and the nozzle diameter (d) from 1.36 to 3.40 cm. The results show that the Nusselt number at and near the stagnation point increase with an increasing value of the nozzle diameter.

The variety of the future orientation of the policy relevant groups is able to make dissonance in policy process. The objective of this study is to inquire into the aspect of these varieties and dissonances. In this study author had surveyed 690 persons. They were consist of three groups the civil servants, the company employees and the researchers. The result showed that the civil servants were most conservative. They had good favor of the policies which were maden by themselves. Other two groups wanted more democratic and active administration.
