In the previous study, a shooting trajectory assuming that the purse seine shooting trajectory is a circle was proposed based on the speed and direction of the movement of the fish school. However, in practice, a trajectory that is closer to an elliptical shape than a circular one is often formed. In this study, the existing circular trajectory and the elliptical trajectory methods were compared under the same conditions to confirm the effectiveness of elliptical shooting trajectory. In addition, changes in the eccentricity of ellipses were derived to assess which type of ellipse was appropriate as a shooting trajectory. When a high-speed fish school moves in a straight line, an elliptical shooting trajectory with the eccentricity of 0.7 to 0.9 will be reasonable, and for middle-low speed fish school, an elliptical shooting trajectory with the eccentricity of 0.4 to 0.6 will be more useful than a circle shooting trajectory.

중소병원 수술실 간호사의 간호근무환경이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향: 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of psychological empowerment (PE) in the relationship between nursing work environment (NWE) and job involvement (JI) of nurses in operating rooms of small- and medium- hospitals. Subjects were 150 nurses in operating rooms of 24 small- and medium- hospitals nationwide, and data were collected from July to September 2018 using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression. As a result of the study, JI was positively correlated with NWE or PE, PE was positively correlated with NWE. PE was found to partially mediate the effect of NWE on JI. In order to help nurses in small- and medium-sized hospital operating rooms to positively recognize the NWE and immerse themselves in the job, it is necessary to develop convergence program to increase PE. 본 연구의 목적은 중소병원 수술실 간호사의 간호근무환경과 직무몰입의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 규명하기 위함이다. 연구 대상은 전국 24개 중소병원의 수술실에서 근무하는 간호사 150명으로, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2018년 7월부터 9월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 직무몰입은 간호근무환경 또는 심리적 임파워먼트와 정 상관관계가 있었고. 심리적 임파워먼트는 간호근무환경과 정 상관관계가 있었다. 심리적 임파워먼트는 간호근무환경이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다 중소병원 수술실 간호사들이 간호근무환경을 긍정적으로 인식하여 직무에 몰입하도록 돕기 위해 심리적 임파워먼트 향상 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

When a high-speed fish school moves in a straight line, an elliptical shooting trajectory with the eccentricity of 0.7 to 0.9 will be reasonable, and for middle-low speed fish school, an elliptical shooting trajectory with the eccentricity of 0.4 to 0.6 will be more useful than a circle shooting trajectory. 우리나라는 태평양, 인도양, 대서양에서 참치를 어획하고 있다. 어획방법은 선망과 연승이 있으며, 이 중 적극적으로 참치를 어획하는 참치선망어업이 각광받고 있다. 참치선망어업의 주 대상어종인 가다랑어(Skipjack tuna)와 황다랑어(Yellow-fin tuna)는 통조림과 횟감으로 사용되는 고부가가치 자원이다. 중서부태평양수산위원회(The Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission : WCPFC)에 등록되어 있는 태평양의 참치선망어선은 2019년 251척으로 FAO에서 1988년에 발표하였던 119척에 비하여 두 배 이상으로 증가하였고, 전 세계적으로는 약 750척의 선박이 어업활동을 하고 있다. 한국의 참치선망어선은 약 50척(합작선 포함)이 활동하고 있으며, 어선 수는 늘고 있는 추세이다. 과거에는 자연적으로 발생한 유목에 의해 집어된 유목군(Associated fish schools)과 자연적으로 먹이활동을 통해 집어된 부상군(Free swimming school, Unassociated fish schools)을 대상으로 조업 하였으나, 인공유집장치(Fish Aggregating Devices : FAD)의 개발과 사용은 어획량의 큰 증가를 가져왔다. 그러나 FAD에 의한 조업은 미성숙한 황다랑어와 눈다랑어를 혼획하는 문제를 야기 시켰다. 이에 WCPFC와 더불어 대서양참치보존위원회(International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas : ICCAT), 인도양참치위원회(Indian Ocean Tuna Commission : IOTC), 전미열대참치위원회(Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission : IATTC)와 같은 국제 수산기구에서는 FAD 사용에 대한 규제와 지속가능한 어획을 위한 조치를 취하고 있다. 현재 태평양 참치 선망어선은 3개월의 FAD금지 기간이 있으며, 앞으로 규제를 더욱 강화하려는 입장이여서 어업자와 대립하고 있다. 참치선망어업에서 비목적어의 혼획을 줄이기 위해서는 FAD의 사용을 줄이고, 부상군이 어획의 중심이 되어야한다. 부상군의 어획의 성공률은 유목군에 비하여 낮은 것이 현실이다.(Lee, 2016)FAD에 유집되어 있는 어군은 거의 움직임이 없기 때문에 투망이 용이하나, 부상군은 이동하므로 어군의 이동방향과 속도를 정확히 파악하여 적절한 투망위치를 선정하고 조업을 해야 성공할 수 있다. 선망어선의 투망궤적에 대한 연구로는 Lee et al.,(2018)이 제시한 투망 시 어군의 속력과 선박의 속력에 따른 최적의 투망궤적을 예측한 연구가 있다. 선행 연구에서는 투망 시 투망궤적을 원형으로 한정하였지만, 실제의 선망어업 작업 시에는 원형으로 투망하기가 쉽지가 않고, 주로 타원형의 투망궤적을 형성하게 된다. 선망어업에 대한 연구는 중서부태평양 한국 다랑어 선망어구의 구성 변화에 대한 연구(Ryu, 2015)와 Kim et al.,(2007)의 선망어구의 동적 시뮬레이션에 대한 연구, Hosseini, S.A. et al.,(2011)의 참치 선망 어구의 침강속력에 대한 연구 등이 있으며, 어구 시뮬레이션에 대한 연구로 수중 유연체에 대한 시뮬레이션 모델링에 대한 연구 등이 있다.(Lee et al., 2005) 본 연구에서는 타원형 투망궤적에 대하여 계산하고, 원형 투망궤적과 비교를 하여 두 방의 효율성을 분석하였다. 타원의 이심률의 변화를 주어 다양한 타원형을 고려하여 타원형 투망궤적에 적정한 이심률을 알아보고자 하였다.

기존에는 오프라인과 온라인을 연결하는 옴니채널과 O2O 전략에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행됐지만 센서, 인공지능, 로봇 등의 ICT 기술의 발전과 더불어 이를 온오프라인 간 연결을 위한 UX 솔루션에 접목한 연구는 부족했다. 코로나 팬데믹을 거치며 소비 중심이 오프라인에서 온라인으로 옮겨졌고, 그 후 많은 브랜드들은 O2O 개념을 도입해 오프라인 비즈니스 경쟁력을 강화하고 있다. 이는 ‘상품’보다 ‘경험’에 집중하는 시대에 발맞춘 전략이라고 볼 수 있다. Z 세대의 81%는 제품을 직접 확인하고, 탐색하는 오프라인 방식의 쇼핑을 온라인보다 선호한다.[1] 이는 정보 수집과 소비 경험에 있어 온오프라인을 유연하게 병행 활용하고 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온오프라인을 연결하고 제품 구매 경험을 개선하기 위해 엠비언트 컴퓨팅 기술을 활용한 UX 솔루션을 제안하고자 한다.

The aim of this paper is to examine the planning characteristics and procedures in terms of the phased spatial planning of the New Islington district’s urban regeneration Project (Manchester, UK) as a case study. The paper also examines the roles and contributions of the stakeholders of the project. In particular, this paper analyzes the processes implemented and the results obtained in terms of the 'cooperative spatial planning' aspect of the project. The study discusses the characteristics of the regeneration strategies and the cooperative spatial planning as follows. First, the central government in the UK and the Manchester city council supported urban regeneration via the urban regeneration support program. The consistent and concrete administrative support enabled the success of the cooperative spatial planning project. Second, the public sector, the private sector and residents discussed the planning content of the urban regeneration, in which planning of the strategies, master plan, and design guidelines were considered. Third, the planning principle of the ‘cooperative spatial planning’ in the New Islington urban regeneration project is to restore and maintain the various communities. Following this principle, consultations with the stakeholders were used to develop the master plan for linking memories to the past and vision in the future, and to create spaces in the present. Forth, the public sector, the private sector and residents participated in the cooperative planning of the spaces by playing different roles and entering into relationships with one another. Finally, the architects offered optimal spatial planning by providing spaces the residents needed by understanding the residents' demands and applying this knowledge to the planning of the project.

추출방법에 따른 명월초(Gynura Procumbens)의 광노화 완화 효과

적 요명월초(Gynura procumbens)를 활용한 천연물 기반 화장품및 의약품 소재 개발을 위해 추출 방법에 따른 항산화 효과 및유효성분을 비교하고 자외선(UVB)조사에 따른 DNA손상억제및 항염증 효과를 검증하였다. 주정 농도별 명월초 추출물의 화합물, 총플라보노이드 화합물, 그리고 chlorogenic acid 및caffeic acid 함량을 비교한 결과 주정 100% 추출 용매에서 유효성분의 함량이 가장 높게 조사되었다. 각 추추물의 DPPH와ABTS 라디칼 소거활성에 의한 항산화 활성을 비교한 결과 추출용매인 주정의 농도 의존적으로 항산화 활성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 UVB로 조사된 Hs68 세포모델에서 명월초 추출물별 광노화 완화 효과를 확인하기 위해 DNA 손상억제 효과와항염증 효과 확인였다. 100%주정 추출물은 UVB에 의한 p-p53 과 γ-H2AX의 발현과 iNOS와 COX-2의 발현을 억제함으로써산화적 DNA 손상 및 항염증 활성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 UVB에 의해 과도하게 생성된 ROS의 영향으로 세포내 산화적 DNA 손상과 염증성 발현이 유발되며, 이러한 세포내 산화적손상은 명월초 추출물의 항산화 물질에 의해 ROS를 감소시켜산화적 손상이 억제되었을 것으로 사료된다. 또한 피부기능성소재 개발을 위한 명월초의 효율적인 추출은 주정 또는 alcohol 성 용매를 활용하는 것이 적절하다고 판단된다 Abstract - In this study, we investigated the antioxidant effects and active ingredients of Gynura Procumbens extracts obtained through various extraction methods for the development of natural-based cosmetics and pharmaceutical materials. The contents of compounds, total flavonoids, chlorogenic acid, and caffeic acid were compared at different concentrations, revealing the highest content of active ingredients in the 100% ethanol extract. Antioxidant activity assessed by DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assays showed a concentration-dependent increase in antioxidant activity with the ethanol concentration. Additionally, we validated the DNA damage inhibition and anti-inflammatory effects of Gynura Procumbens extracts through UVB irradiation on Hs68 cell models. The 100% ethanol extract demonstrated significant inhibition of the expression of p-p53, γ-H2AX, iNOS, and COX-2 induced by UVB, indicating its potential in alleviating photodamage effects. Consequently, the efficient extraction of Gynura Procumbens for skin functional material development was confirmed, suggesting the suitability of ethanol or alcohol-based solvents.

성인 ADHD 성향이 수행전략에 미치는 영향: 대학 운동선수를 대상으로

연구목적 이 연구는 대학 운동선수들 대상으로 성인 ADHD 성향이 스포츠 수행전략에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 이 연구에는 D광역시 K대학교 학생 운동선수 73명을 대상으로 총 73명에게 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고 회수된 73부를 자료 분석에 활용하였다. SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 일원변량분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학 운동선수들의 성인 ADHD 성향 파악을 위해 진행한 Conners 성인 ADHD 평정 척도의 분석한 결과 성인 ADHD 성향군의 대학 운동선수가 6.85%로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 운동선수들의 개인 특성별 성인 ADHD 성향의 차이가를 분석한 결과 학년에 따라 성인 ADHD의 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 운동선수들의 성인 ADHD 성향이 스포츠 수행전략의 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 성인 ADHD 성향이 스포츠 수행전략의 하위요인 중 감정조절, 심상, 부정적 생각, 주의산만 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
