Marine algal flora and community structure of medicinal seaweeds were examined at Kkotji of Taean Peninsula, Korea from May 2005 to January 2006. Seventy-nine seaweeds including 42 medicinal algae and one marine plant were identified. Sargassum thunbergii was the representative alga occurred at all seasons and shore levels. The dominant medicinal seaweeds were perennial S. thunbergii, Neorhodomela aculeata, and Corallina pilulifera, and ephemeral Monostroma grevillei, Porphyra yezoensis, and Ulva pertusa. Their vertical distribution were N. aculeata ? P. yezoensis, M. grevillei, and U. pertusa ? C. pilulifera from high to low intertidal zone. The average biomass of medicinal seaweeds varied from 34.17 g m?2 in spring to 56.41 g m?2 in summer. At Kkotji shore, the opportunistic species (Enteromorpha, Ulva, and Cladophora) and turf-forming algae (Caulacanthus okamurae and Gelidium divaricatum) were easily observed. Such fast growing ESG II (ecological state group) was 87.50% and slow growing perennial algae, ESG I was only 12.15%. Also, diversity index (H’) and dominance index (DI) indicate that the seaweed community of Kkotji is unstable. Therefore, Kkotji rocky shore should be more protected from human activities such as turbulence and eutrophication in order to maintain species diversity and abundance of medicinal seaweeds.
하이브리드 수신 기법 기반 상향링크 간헐적 NOMA 시스템의 성능 분석

본 논문에서는 각각 단일 안테나를 갖는 두 단말이 다중 안테나를 갖는 하나의 액세스 포인트로 신호를 전송하는 상향링크 간헐적 비직교 다중 접속(bursty non-orthogonal multiple access: B-NOMA) 시스템을 고려한다. 각 단말은 서로 독립적인 확률에 따라 간헐적으로 신호를 전송하고 액세스 포인트는 이 같은 B-NOMA 네트워크를 위해 기존에 제안된 두 단계 구조의 하이브리드 수신 기법에 따라 송신된 신호를 검파한다. 이때, 각 단말의 신호 대 잡음비(signal-to-noise ratio: SNR) 대비 비트 오류율(bit-error-rate: BER) 성능을 수학적으로 분석한다.

이 논문의 목적은 공중통신중계기 실험모델에 대한 풍동실험을 통해 기본 공력 자료와 조종면 변위 및 측풍 효과로 인한 공력 및 모멘트 변화 측정자료를 통해 공력 데이터베이스를 구축하는 것이다. 풍동실험을 위해 13마력 전기모터를 장착한 공중통신중계기 실험모델을 공군사관학교 중형아음속 풍동측정부에 설치하고 최대 추력 2250RPM 범위 내에서 외장형 피라미달 밸런스로 공력 및 모멘트를 측정하였다. 또한 실기체의 운용 RPM에서 추력 추정 결과를 바탕으로 트림비행을 위한RPM-받음각 결과를 제시하였다. In this study, aerodynamic forces and moments exerted on the experimental model, which is a ducted-fan type communication repeater were measured by wind-tunnel test. For the wind-tunnel test, 13hp motor was used instead of gasoline engine due to tunnel environment, thus the maximum rpm of the fan is limited as 2250 rpm. Pyramidal balance was used to measure the aerodynamic forces by changing control surface angles. AOA-rpm relation for the trim flight was suggested based on the measurement result.

The gearbox for wind turbine has been increased the size by demanding of bigger power production. The optimal sizing for gearbox is demanded because of limited space on the nacelle. The volume and weight for the gearbox are influenced especially for size of it. Therefore, the purpose of this study investigates the design characteristics using flexible pin of gearbox for minimizing the volume and weight of the gearbox.

Hypoid gear features that gear train including intersecting shaft and pinion offset compare with spiral bevel gear. When designing the gearbox it has an advantage of volume and pinion mounting. So, it is usually used in differential gear of vehicle, industrial gearbox in exchange of worm gear and also gearbox in need of high-speed reduction. Gear strength evaluation is a very important part when gear design. However hypoid gear study compared with cylindrical gear has the awkward strength evaluation because of its complicated tooth shape and difficult understanding. This study appears that numerical value of durability and strength on changes of hypoid gear design parameter.

The hypoid gear has advantage for the high reduction ratio and compactness. But, geometry design and strength evaluation of the hypoid gear are complex and difficult. This paper proposes the development of the design programs to satisfying the geometry and strength of a hypoid gear through optimization technique using the genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm is designed to optimize a method for minimizing volume. The existing design of hypoid gear in the forklift truck axle is compared with the results of developed optimum design program.
