        양육유형과 가정환경자극에 따른 유아의 언어이해능력, 자기조절능력 연구

        This study aimed to examine the language comprehension and self-regulation abilities of children in relation to changes in parenting styles due to social phenomena, such as the increase of double-income households and working mothers. Toward this end, a survey and a test was given to children, parents and teachers currently living in the capital of Seoul. Data from 265 children were analyzed for study as well as the data from parents and teachers. The parenting types of participating children were classified into parental parenting and surrogate parenting; 181 subjects received parental parenting and 84 were raised by surrogates. This study examined the relationship between the stimulation found in children’s home environment, language comprehension and self-regulation by types of parenting. The findings showed little difference in home environment stimulation. However, children who received surrogate parenting had significantly lower levels in their language comprehension and self-regulation abilities. The type of parenting affected language comprehension ability under the development facilitating environment. In addition, type of parenting affected children’s self-regulation ability in the condition of a development facilitating environment, responsive interaction, and regular parental stimuli. In case of surrogate parenting, language comprehension ability was affected by the development facilitating environment and responsive interactions in the family environment, whereas high levels of self-regulation ability was affected by repetitive family environment stimulus within a regular parental upbringing. This study discusses the language comprehension and self-regulation of children by parenting types and home environment stimulus in accordance with the results.

        SK社의 T MAP 내비게이션 목적지 설정 자료를 활용한 중력모형 근거 국내여행 수요모형 개발에 관한 연구

        This study applies the conventional gravity model to develop domestic travel demand model and to identify determinants influencing spatial interaction using SK T Map Navigation Data. Physical distance from a origin to a destination was used as a constrained variable in the travel demand model. The trip-generating power of an origin was measured by both population size and the GRDP(Gross Regional Domestic Products) while the trip-attracting power was measured by the square meters of accommodation and restaurant space at a destination. Empirical Analysis identified that gravity model was very appropriate to describe special interactions showing .92 R square. The distance variable had a negative sign as expected theoretically. The elasticity of the distance variable shows -1.113 next to the square meters of accommodation and restaurant space(1.499), the most effective determinant variable in the domestic travel demand model. 본 연구는 구조모형의 하나인 중력모형을 가지고 자동차 여행과 밀접한 관련이 있는 SK社의 T MAP 내비게이션 목적지 설정자료를 활용하여 국내여행 동태를 파악하고, 관광추진인자, 유인인자, 억제인자의 계수정산 과정을 거쳐 국내여행 수요모형을 개발하고자 한다. 수요함수에서 억제변수로는 물리적 거리변수를 적용하였으며, 여행발생지의 추진변수로는 인구수와 소득을 나타내는 변수인 지역내총생산을, 목적지의 유인변수로 개발 정도를 나타내는 숙박 및 음식점 면적을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 중력모형의 거리변수는 통계적으로 유의한 음(-)의 부호를 가져 기본가정에 부합하는 결과를 보였으며 R 제곱도 .92로 나타나 높은 설명력을 보였다. 거리의 탄성력은 -1.113로, 가장 높은 영향력을 나타내는 숙박 및 음식점 면적(1.499)보다 약간 낮게 나타났다. 또한 인구수, 지역내총생산도 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다.

        Quantitative evaluation of renal parenchymal perfusion using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in dogs

        This study evaluated whether renal perfusion changes can be noninvasively estimated by using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in renal ischemia-reperfusion injury and investigated the correlation between renal perfusion measured by CEUS and necrosis and apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells. In six dogs with experimentally induced renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, changes in time to peak intensity, peak intensity, and area under the curve were measured on CEUS. Peak intensity and area under the curve of the renal cortex began to decrease on day 1 (about 20% lower than baseline) and reached the lowest levels (about 50% of baseline) on day 4. They then gradually increased until day 10, at which time peak intensity was about 87% and area under the curve was about 95% of baseline; neither fully recovered. Both parameters were strongly correlated with the necrosis scores on histopathologic examination on day 4 (r = −0.810 of peak intensity and r = −0.886 of area under the curve). CEUS allowed quantitative evaluation of perfusion changes in acute renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, and CEUS results were correlated with renal tubular damage on histopathologic examination. Thus, CEUS could be a noninvasive, quantitative diagnostic method for determining progress of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.

        Clinical usefulness of post-operative 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography in canine hemangiosarcoma

        This report describes the usefulness of positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) for evaluating recurrent or residual tumors following surgery. CT and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET-CT were pre- and post-operatively applied to multiple masses in a dog with hemangiosarcoma. The distinction between the left subcutaneous mass and the peritoneum was clarified on pre-operative CT examination, and malignancy was suspected based on PET-CT. A recurrent or residual tumor in the left subcutaneous region was suspected on post-operative PET-CT, and confirmed through histopathologic examination.

      • 불균형 패널 데이터를 이용한 제조업 영역 및 시간별 에너지 효율성 분석

        Since the manufacturing industry accounts for a significant portion of the total industrial energy consumption, addressing energy efficiency in the manufacturing sector is crucial. Energy efficiency can be analyzed through comparative studies between evaluated efficiency values, and it is important to assess manufacturing energy efficiency by sectors and time. The Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) database provides valuable information on energy use and production for companies within specific manufacturing sectors, including time. Therefore, the IAC database can be utilized to analyze the energy efficiency of manufacturing by sector and time. Popular efficiency evaluation methods such as Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), however, are suitable for cross-sectional data or balanced panel data, but the IAC database provides only unbalanced panel data. Thus, we propose a new approach based on SFA to evaluate manufacturing energy efficiency by sector and time, using the IAC database. Specifically, we classify the entire manufacturing industry into 20 sectors based on the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code. Then, we apply the Gamma SFA model to the IAC database to evaluate the energy inefficiency values of all manufacturing firms. After that, we compare and analyze the averaged energy inefficiency values by each manufacturing sector and year. The results of our proposed method show that annual energy efficiency in most manufacturing sectors was improved by around 2010. Additionally, textile sector was identified as the most inefficient sector, while petroleum and coal products sector was the most efficient area.

        인사담당자의 긍정심리자본이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 자기주도학습의 매개효과

        경영전략가 게리하멀 교수는 세계적인‘창의경영의 대가’로써 혁신은 잠시 유행하는 경영 트렌드가 아닌 혁신만이 유일하고 진정한 처방임을 강조하고 있다. 혁신행동의 의미는 구성원 행동에 의해 구체화 된 행위로써기업의 지속적 성장을 위해 매우 중요시되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 혁신행동을 이끌어내는 심리적 선행 요인과 발휘 경로에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 한편 개인 차원의 혁신행동은 다양한 경로의 영향을 받지만 결국이를 실천하는 주체는 개인이다. 이에 착안하여 본 연구는 인사담당자의 긍정심리자본과 하위차원이 혁신행동에미치는 영향을 분석하고 두 변수 간의 자기주도학습 매개효과를 검증한다. 검증 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 인사담당자 긍정심리자본은 혁신행동과 자기주도학습에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인사담당자의 자기주도학습은 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 긍정심리자본과 혁신행동과의 관계는 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 인사담당자의 긍정심리자본 결과로 자기주도학습 능력이 발현되고 동시에 자기주도학습은 혁신행동을 창출하는 선행요인임을 시사한다. 연구결과를 토대로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. One of the world's leading business strategists is Gary Hamel, a professor of creative management. He emphasizes the importance of innovation and emphasizes that innovation is the only true formula, not just a trend of management. This innovation is of great importance for securing competitive advantage, sustainable growth. However, despite these importance, studies on what are the psychological leading factors leading to innovation behavior and how it is created are insufficient. In addition, in order to generate corporate profits, diverse career development of employees and their positive and positive organizational behavior are required. This organizational behavior is positive psychological capital. Individual-level innovation behavior is influenced by various channels such as corporate culture and leader support. With this in mind, this study empirically analyzed the impact on innovation behavior of corporate personnel in charge of the sub-dimension of positive psychological capital, which is the main competency of the individual level. And the mediator effect was verified assuming that the personnel manager's positive psychological capital would go through the self-directed learning phase leading to voluntary learning attitudes before inducing innovative behavior. The result has a significant impact on self-directed learning as a result of the positive psychological capital of HR managers, while self-directed learning is a leading variable of innovative behavior. In self-directed learning, the mediating role between two variables was verified. The results of this study proved that the result of positive psychological capital was self-directed learning. In addition, it can be seen that self-directed learning ability is a major variable of innovative behavior. Based on the research results, practical suggestions were made.

        Warfarin-Induced Intracerebral Hemorrhage Associated with Microbleeds

        Background:Microbleeds (MBs), proposed as a biomarker for microangiopathy, have been suggested as a predictor of spontaneous or thrombolysis-related intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in acute ischemic stroke. However, the relationship between MBs and warfarin-induced ICH is not clear. Case Report:We describe two patients who developed warfarin-induced ICH at the site of MBs documented in previous MRI. Conclusions:The presence of MBs might increase the risk of ICH after warfarin use in ischemic stroke patients. A large cohort study is required to confirm the relationship of MBs with warfarin-induced ICH.

        코칭리더십이 인사담당자 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본과 조직몰입의 매개 효과를 중심으로

        Coaching leadership is emerging as an important element of organizational performance that increases creative innovative behavior as well as psychological factors of members as leaders directly influence members within the organization. However, despite this importance, structural studies on various situational factors and mediating factors regarding coaching leadership and psychology are insufficient. In addition, the research on the individual level of HR manager, which is known to be a major variable between human resource management and organizational performance, is even less. Therefore, this paper examines the effects of the coaching leadership of leaders on innovative behavior of HR managers. In addition, by examining the mediating effects of positive psychological capital and organizational commitment, the objective of this paper is to empirically verify the influence of these variables on innovative behavior of HR manager. The results of the empirical analysis were as follows: First, the relationship between coaching leadership and innovative behavior of HR manager, positive psychological capital, and organizational commitment was mostly positive. Second, positive psychological capital had a positive influence on organizational commitment and innovative behavior. Third, organizational commitment and positive psychological capital had partial mediating effects. 코칭리더십은 조직 내에서 리더가 구성원들에게 직접 영향을 제공함으로 구성원의 심리적 요인 뿐 아니라 창의적 혁신행동을 증가시키는 조직성과의 중요 요소로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 코칭리더십과 심리에 관한 다양한 상황적 요인과 매개변인에 대한 구조적 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 또한 인적자원관리와 조직성과 간의 주요 변수로 밝혀지고 있는 인사담당자 개인수준의 연구도 같은 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 리더의 코칭리더십이 인사담당자 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 긍정심리자본과 조직몰입의 매개효과를 살펴 볼 것이다. 이로써 인사담당자 혁신행동에 관한 이들 변수들 간 영향관계를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적 한다. 인사담당자 568명의 설문 데이터를 바탕으로 실증 분석한 결과, 첫째, 코칭리더십과 인사담당자의 혁신행동, 긍정심리자본, 조직몰입 사이 영향관계 대부분 긍정적 영향관계가 있었다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본이 조직몰입과 혁신행동에 긍정적 영향관계가 있었다. 셋째, 코칭리더십과 인사담당자 혁신행동의 관계에 있어, 긍정심리자본과 조직몰입은 부분매개효과가 있었다. 끝으로 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구가 갖는 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 연구한계를 제시하였다.
