동충하초 Paecilomyces tenuipes C240의 균사체 배양에 의한 세포외 다당체 생산의 동력학적 연구

The unstructured model was tested to describe mycelial growth, exopolysaccharide formation, and substrate consumption in submerged mycelial culture of Paeciliomyces tenuipes C240. The Logistic equation for mycelial growth, the Luedeking-Piret equation for exopolysaccharide formation, and Luedeking- Piret-like equations for glucose consumptions were successfully incorporated into the model. The value of the key kinetic constants were: maximum specific growth rate (μm), 0.7281 h-1; growth- associated constant for exopolysaccharide production (α), 0.1743 g(g cells)-1; non-growth associated constant for exopolysaccharide production (β), 0.0019 g(g cells)-1; maintenance coefficient (ms), 0.0572 g (g cells)-1. When compared with batch experimental data, the model successfully provided a reasonable description for each parameter during the entire growth phase. The model showed that the production of exopolysaccharide in P. tenuipes C240 was growth-associated. The model tested in the present study can be applied to the design, scale-up, and control of fermentation process for other kinds of basidiomycetes or ascomycetes. 동충하초 Paecilomyces tenuipes C240의 균사체 배양과정에서 균사체 성장, 세포외 다당체 생산, 기질감소 속도를 표현할 수 있는 동력학적 모델을 제시하였다. 균사체 성장은 Logistic 식을, 세포외 다당체 생산은 Luedeking- Piret 식을, 기질소모는 Luedeking-Piret 유사식을 각각 적용함으로써, 전체 균사체 배양과정을 예측할 수 있었다. 모델식에서 사용된 주요 kinetic constant들은 다음과 같다: 균사체의 최대 비성장속도(μm), 0.7281 h-1; 다당체 생산에서의 growth-associated constant (α), 0.1743 g (g cells)-1; non-growth-associated constant (β), 0.0019 g (g cells)-1; maintenance coefficient (ms), 0.0572 g (g cells)-1. 5L 발효조에서 얻은 균사체 성장, 세포외 다당체 생산, 기질감소 속도자료들을 모델에서 예측한 결과와 비교한 결과 서로 잘 일치하는 것으로 보아, 본 연구에서 제안된 모델식은 이 동충하초 균사체 배양공정의 scale-up 등의 프로세스 설계에 응용가능 할 것이며, 다른 종류의 동충하초 균사체 배양공정에도 적용가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

공간적 분위수 회귀분석에 의한 부산 아파트 가격 결정요인 분석

우리나라 아파트 가격 결정 요인에 대한 선행연구 중 공간적 의존성을 반영한 연구가 많이 있으나 공간시차변수의 내생성 문제를 고려한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 공간시차변수를 포함한 2단계 분위수 회귀분석으로 부산의 아파트 가격 결정 요인을 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 공간시차변수의 회귀계수는 0.5 이상으로 1% 수준에서 통계적으로 유의적이어서, 인근 아파트 가격이 다른 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향이 매우 큰 것이 확인되었다. 그리고 아파트 구입자는 면적이 넓고, 총층수와 거주층수가 높으며, 거실의 방향이 남향이고 바다가 보이는, 지하철역, 고등학교 및 해안에 인접한 아파트를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 예상과는 다르게, 산조망은 빌딩조망 보다 덜 선호하는 것으로 나타났는데, 이것은 산조망 아파트는 거실이 북향으로 저가 아파트 지역에 주로 위치하고 있기 때문인 것으로 추정된다. 또한 분위수 회귀분석이 OLS 추정보다도 아파트가격에 대한 주택특성의 효과를 더 잘 설명하였다. 예컨대 아파트 거실이 남향인 것은 저가 아파트에 비하여 고가 아파트에서 아파트 가격에 2배 정도 더 큰 정의 영향을 미치고, 해안에 인접한 아파트에 대한 가격효과도 고가 아파트가 저가 아파트에 비하여 10배 정도 큰 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Lots of previous researches on determinants of apartment prices in Korea consider spatial dependence while few studies regard endogeneity of spatial lag by adding a spatial lag to an OLS regression. Thus, this study intends to include this spatial lag in its analysis of determinants of apartment price in Busan by using a two-stage quantile regression. The empirical results are : the coefficient of spatial lag variable is more than 0.5 and is statistically significant at 1% level. From this result we can confirm that the effect of the price of nearby apartment on that of another apartment is very big. We also find that apartment buyers prefer larger size, height in both the total floors and living floor, south-facing living room with a ocean view, and proximity to metros, high school and coast. Unlike our expectation, however, mountain view is less favored than building view, which we can guess is because apartments with mountain views are mostly located in the low-priced apartment area where some of their living rooms face north. Quantile regression also explains the effect of hedonic characteristics on apartment price better than OLS estimation. For instance, the effect of south facing living room variable on the price is twice larger in high-price apartments than in low-price counterparts. And the effect of vicinity to the coast or the ocean is ten times bigger in high priced apartments.

金元四大家 중의 한 사람인 朱震亨은 主火論의 영향을 받았지만 독창적인 "相火論"과 "陰不足而陽有餘"하다는 견해를 밝히면서 補驗精而抑相火를 위주로한 治法을 제창하여 後代에 "滋陰派"라고 불리운다. 이러한 丹溪의 醫學思想과 韓方婦人科學과 관련된 이론을 개괄하여 丹溪의 이론과 처방이 우리나라 韓方 婦人科學의 발전과정에 미친 영향을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 丹溪의 證治思想의 특징은 祛濕痰, 調氣, 滋陰淸熱의 治法 運用과 禁慾的 攝生을 통한 養生論이었으며, 둘째로 丹溪의 理論과 處方들은 《醫方類聚》와 《東醫寶鑑》에서 《丹溪心法》과 《丹溪心法附餘》의 내용을 대폭 수용함으로써 우리나라 韓方婦人料學 理論의 주요한 부분을 형성하는 계기가 되었으며, 셋째로, 부인과 질환과 관련하여 月經病에 調氣 및 祛濕痰을, 不姙症에는 月經不調와의 關聯性은 물론 體型ㆍ體質別 病機와 治法을 구분하였으며, "産前當淸熱養血" 이론에 의한 黃芩·白朮을 위주로 한 安胎論, "從痰論治"한 惡阻治法, 難産豫防, 産後의 "大補氣血"등의 이론을 제시하여 丹溪의 학술사상이 우리나라 한방부인과학에 미친 영향은 많았던 것으로 사료된다. JuJinHyoung(朱需亨) is a well-known physcian of the four schools in the Jin(金) and Yuan(元) Dynasties. He lived in ZhejiangSheng(浙江省) which located in the southeast region of China. There was humid and heatful climate, this kinds of environments influenced to his medical thoughts. He persisted in the theory that Yang is ever in excess while Yin is ever deficient(陽常有餘陰不足論) and exhorted the therapy of subduing excessive Yang and making up deficient Yin by nourishing it, and he said about the theory of ministerial fire(相火論). So he was regarded as a representative of the nourishing Yin school(濫陰派). And he said that the method of "Clearing away heat and nourishing blood" is suitable in pregnanoy. So Scutellaria Baicalensis GEORGI and Atractylodes macrocephala KOIDZ. Can be apply in case of treatment on Anti-abortion. Thus these theories have influenced on Obstetric & Gynecology in Korea.

D-band Stacked Amplifiers based on SiGe BiCMOS Technology

This paper presents two 3-stage D-band stacked amplifiers developed in a 0.13-μm SiGe BiCMOS technology, employed to compare the conventional cascode topology and the common-base (CB)/CB stacked topology. AMP1 employs two cascode stages followed by a CB/CB stacked stage, while AMP2 is composed of three CB/CB stacked stages. AMP1 showed a 17.1 dB peak gain at 143.8 GHz and a saturation output power of -4.2 dBm, while AMP2 showed a 20.4 dB peak gain at 150.6 GHz and a saturation output power of -1.3 dBm. The respective power dissipation was 42.9 mW and 59.4 mW for the two amplifiers. The results show that CB/CB stacked topology is favored over cascode topology in terms of gain near 140 GHz.
