        이차전지 원료 해쇄용 GRINDING DISC ASS'Y 구조해석에 대한 연구

        Globally, as population growth and economic development continue, resource consumption is increasing rapidly. As an alternative to electric vehicles was suggested as the environmental pollution problem emerged, the number of registered electric vehicles in Korea increased by more than 137 times compared to 2013. Secondary batteries are expected to expand into various markets such as small IT devices and electric vehicles, and the most important part of electric vehicles is the battery (secondary battery). Therefore, in this study, to analyze the stability of the CSM (Classifier Separator Mill) grinding disc that crushes secondary battery raw materials, structural analysis and vibration analysis of the 1st to 4th grinding discs and the final model were performed. The change of bending by the weight of the Grinding Disc is at least 0.065㎛ and maximum 0.075㎛, and the change by the standard gravity is judged to be very low. The strain is at least 0.00031㎛/㎛ and maximum 0.00078㎛/㎛, and even if the number of Hamer increases, the change by the weight is judged to be insignificant. When the Grinding Disc rotates at a maximum of 6000rpm, the deformation and deformation rate of the first to third models are similar, but the fourth model (Hamer 10EA) is more than three times and the final model (Hamer 12EA) is about four times. However, the maximum deformation is 28.21㎛, which is considered to be insignificant when the change is 6000rpm. Six modes of natural Frequency analysis of the 1st~4th order and final model of the grinding disc appeared to be bent or twisted.

        이차전지 원료 해쇄용 그라인딩 디스크 어셈블리 내 열 유동 해석에 관한 연구

        Sustained economic development around the world is accelerating resource depletion. Research and development of secondary batteries that can replace them is also being actively conducted. Secondary batteries are emerging as a key technology for carbon neutrality. The core of an electric vehicle is the battery (secondary battery). Therefore, in this study, the temperature change by the heat source of the hammer and the rotational speed (rpm) of the abrasive disc of the Classifier Separator Mill (CSM) was repeatedly calculated and analyzed using the heat flow simulation STAR-CCM+. As the rotational speed (rpm) of the abrasive disk increases, the convergence condition of the iteration increases. Under the condition that the inlet speed of the Classifier Separator Mill (CSM) and the heat source value of the disc hammer are the same, the disc rotation speed (rpm) and the hammer temperature are inversely proportional. As the rotational speed (rpm) of the disc increases, the hammer temperature decreases. However, since the wear rate of the secondary battery material increases due to the strong impact of the crushing rotational force, it is determined that an appropriate rpm setting is necessary. In CSM (Classifier Separator Mill), it is judged that the flow rate difference is not significantly different in the direction of the pressure outlet (Outlet 1) right above the classifier wheel with the fastest flow rate. Because the disc and hammer attachment technology is adhesive, the attachment point may deform when the temperature of the hammer rises. Therefore, it is considered necessary to develop high-performance adhesives and other adhesive technologies.

        영상장치 센서 데이터 QC에 관한 연구

        Currently, Korea is an aging society and is expected to become a super-aged society in about four years. X-ray devices are widely used for early diagnosis in hospitals, and many X-ray technologies are being developed. The development of X-ray device technology is important, but it is also important to increase the reliability of the device through accurate data management. Sensor nodes such as temperature, voltage, and current of the diagnosis device may malfunction or transmit inaccurate data due to various causes such as failure or power outage. Therefore, in this study, the temperature, tube voltage, and tube current data related to each sensor and detection circuit of the diagnostic X-ray imaging device were measured and analyzed. Based on QC data, device failure prediction and diagnosis algorithms were designed and performed. The fault diagnosis algorithm can configure a simulator capable of setting user parameter values, displaying sensor output graphs, and displaying signs of sensor abnormalities, and can check the detection results when each sensor is operating normally and when the sensor is abnormal. It is judged that efficient device management and diagnosis is possible because it monitors abnormal data values (temperature, voltage, current) in real time and automatically diagnoses failures by feeding back the abnormal values detected at each stage. Although this algorithm cannot predict all failures related to temperature, voltage, and current of diagnostic X-ray imaging devices, it can detect temperature rise, bouncing values, device physical limits, input/output values, and radiation-related anomalies. exposure. If a value exceeding the maximum variation value of each data occurs, it is judged that it will be possible to check and respond in preparation for device failure. If a device's sensor fails, unexpected accidents may occur, increasing costs and risks, and regular maintenance cannot cope with all errors or failures. Therefore, since real-time maintenance through continuous data monitoring is possible, reliability improvement, maintenance cost reduction, and efficient management of equipment are expected to be possible.

        X-ray tube 내 열유동 해석에 관한 연구

        As the aging ages, the disease also increases, and the development of AI technology and X-ray equipment used to treat patients' diseases is also progressing a lot. X-ray tube converts only 1% of electron energy into X-ray and 99% into thermal energy. Therefore, when the cooling time of the anode and the X-ray tube are frequently used in large hospitals, the amount of X-ray emission increases due to temperature rise, the image quality deteriorates due to the difference in X-ray dose, and the lifespan of the overheated X-ray tube may be shortened. Therefore, in this study, temperature rise and cooling time of 60kW, 75kW, and 90kW of X-ray tube anode input power were studied. In the X-ray Tube One shot 0.1s, the section where the temperature rises fastest is 0.03s from 0s, and it is judged that the temperature has risen by more than 50%. The section in which the temperature drop changes most rapidly at 20 seconds of cooling time for the X-ray tube is 0.1 seconds to 0.2 seconds, and it is judged that a high temperature drop of about 65% or more has occurred. After 20 seconds of cooling time from 0 seconds to 0.1 seconds of the X-ray tube, the temperature is expected to rise by more than 3.7% from the beginning. In particular, since 90kW can be damaged by thermal shock at high temperatures, it is necessary to increase the surface area of the anode or to require an efficient cooling system.

        분석철학자의 놀라운 창의적 반복

        현재 국내의 하이데거에 관한 연구는 대형 서점 철학 코너에 그의 이름으로 책장 한 칸을 장식할 정도로 다른 철학자에 비해 활발하다. 올해만 해도 하이데거의 저작의 번역서를 제외하고 5권 이상의 입문 서, 연구서들이 또한 독자들에게 선을 보였을 정도니, 그의 철학에 관 한 연구가 얼마나 활발하고 생산적인지 가늠해볼 수 있을 것이다. 그 러나 이러한 활발하고 생산적인 연구만큼이나 하이데거 철학의 내용 이, 또한 그의 사유가 우리에게 사유되고 있는가? 그렇지 않다. 왜 그 렇지 않은가? 그것은 하이데거의 글이 당혹감을 안겨줄 정도로 이해 하기 어렵고, 그의 철학에 관한 연구서들도 그의 글과 마찬가지로 다 가가기에 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 하이데거는 ‘존재’나 ‘현존재’등의 말을 통해 뜻 모를 소리를 해대는 사람처럼 보이며, 그의 철학에 관한 입문 서와 연구서의 대부분도 이 뜻 모를 말 자체를 다시 반복하고 있는 듯 한 착각을 불러일으키는 것처럼 보인다. 그래서 하이데거의 철학은 일 반 독자뿐만 아니라 전문 연구자들도 사유는 커녕, 글을 이해하려 하 는데 급급해 보인다.

        중・고등학교 기초종목 운동선수의 신체조성과 체력에 관한 비교분석

        This study was to compare and analyze on the body composition and physical fitness of middle and high school basic sports athletes. Middle and High school basic sports athletes who live in B city were recruited for the study. The participants were assigned into 12 groups(n=140); mddle school athletics boy(n=19), middle school athletics girl(n=19), high school athletics boy(n=18), high school athletics girl(n=4), middle school swimming race boy(n=17), middle school swimming race girl(n=14), high school swimming race boy(n=20), high school swimming race girl(n=7), middle school gymnastics boy(n=9), middle school gymnastics girl(n=7), high school gymnastics boy(n=8), high school gymnastics girl(n=7). For the statistical analysis, such as mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) was calculated using SPSS Version 24.0. To verify mean differences between the 12 groups, one-way ANOVA was used. Post hoc tests was analyzed using   . As a result of the study, a comparative analysis of body fat percentage in body composition, there was a significant difference between middle school boy (p<.05) and high school (p<.05). And lean body mass, there was a significant difference between middle school boy (p<.001) and girl (p<.01). And hand grip strength left, there was a significant difference between middle school boy (p<.01), high school girl (p<.01), and hand grip strength right, there was a significant difference between middle school boy (p<.01). And push-up, there was a significant difference between middle school boy (p<.01) and girl (p<.01), high school boy (p<.001). And standing long jump, there was a significant difference between middle school boy (p<.01). And 20 m multi-stages shuttle run, there was a significant difference between middle school girl (p<.05). And there was no significant difference in sit-up and sit and reach test and 10 m multi-staged run. Based on the research results, In order to improve body composition and physical strength that greatly affects performance for athletes, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of differences in basic sports athletes and gender. In addition, adolescence's growth period has a great influence on body composition and physical strength, suggesting the need for overall improvement through training.
