It is highly important to sensitively measure the abundance of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) on various surfaces. Here, we present a nucleic acid-based detection method consisting of a new sample preparation protocol that isolates only viruses, not the free RNA fragments already present on the surfaces of indoor human-inhabited environments, using a graphene oxide-coated microbead filter. Wet wipes (100 cm 2 ), not cotton swabs, were used to collect viruses from environmental surfaces with large areas, and viruses were concentrated and separated with a graphene oxide-coated microbead filter. Viral RNA from virus was recovered 88.10 ± 8.03% from the surface and free RNA fragment was removed by 99.75 ± 0.19% from the final eluted solution. When we tested the developed method under laboratory conditions, a 10-fold higher viral detection sensitivity (Detection limit: 1 pfu/100 cm 2 ) than the current commercial protocol was observed. Using our new sample preparation protocol, we also confirmed that the virus was effectively removed from surfaces after chemical disinfection; we were unable to measure the disinfection efficiency using the current commercial protocol because it cannot distinguish between viral RNA and free RNA fragments. Finally, we investigated the presence of SARS-CoV-2 and bacteria in 12 individual negative pressure wards in which patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection had been hospitalized. Bacteria (based on 16 S DNA) were found in all samples collected from patient rooms; however, SARS-CoV-2 was mainly detected in rooms shared by two patients.

We investigate electrical and thermal properties of dithienopyran (DTP) based copolymers prepared with various electron-rich and electron-deficient moieties. With electron-rich moieties such as 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole (BT) and 5-fluoro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole (FBT), DTP-based donor-acceptor (D-A) copolymers showed remarkably improved carrier mobility and thermal stability in the wider range of processing temperatures compared to those of donor-donor (D-D) copolymers prepared with electron-deficient 2,2'-bithiophene (T2) and 1,2-di(thiophen-2-yl)ethane (TVT) moieties. The enhanced carrier mobility and thermal stability are attributed to high crystallinity of D-A copolymers sustainable in a wide range of processing temperatures confirmed by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and grazing-incidence wide angle X-ray diffraction. These results demonstrate that D-A configuration is a promising molecular framework for the development of thermally stable OFET-based electronics.
정신간호사의 의료기관인증제 인식과 직무만족도가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향

This study was to identify the influence of awareness of medical institution certification, job satisfaction, nursing performance of psychiatric nurses. The participants were 140 psychiatric nurses and data was collected with questionnaire during Aug, 2018 to Oct, 2018. The result of this study, awareness of medical institution certification was 3.35 points, job satisfaction was 3.32 points, nursing performance was 3.74 points. The factors affecting the nursing performance were job satisfaction and current work experience, these variables explained 40.2% of the variance. The results of this study, it can be used as basic data for improving nursing performance of psychiatric nurses. 본 연구는 정신건강의학병원 간호사를 대상으로 의료기관인증제 인식, 직무만족도 및 간호업무성과의 상관관계를 확인하고, 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 설문지를 통해 정신건강의학병원에 재직 중인 간호사 140명을 대상으로 하였고, 기간은 2018년도 8월부터 10월까지였다. 연구결과 의료기관인증제 인식은 3.35점, 직무만족도는 3.32점, 간호업무성과는 3.74점이었다. 연구결과에서 간호업무성과에 영향을 주는 요인은 직무만족도와 정신과 근무경력이었고 설명력은 40.2%였다. 본 연구결과는 정신간호사의 간호업무성과 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
