      • Work Sampling에 의한 산업체 급식의 작업 측정 사례 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate work analysis and productivity of selected industrial foodservice by work sampling methodology. Work activities of each industrial dietary department were measured and analyzed during 5 days. Consistency of data and observation period were verified by 3σ control chart. Observed data were satisfied with confidence level of 95% and confidence interval of ±0.05. The results were as follows. 1) The direct work function, indirect work function, and delay were 23.9%, 46.3%, 29.8% respectively in the mean work percent of dietitian. 2) The direct work function, indirect work function, and delay were 73.6%, 2.5%, 24.0% respectively in the mean work percent of worker. Especially indirect work function was showed in the very low. 3) All the industries marked the highest as direct work function and therefore work improvement must take into consideration four work functions, such as transportation & service, assembly, processing and cleaning. 4) Both dietitians and workers were high in the morning more than in th afternoon to daily work percent by time intervals and have regular lunch and break time. Also, the work function was carried out all day regardless of daily work schedules. 5) Served meals per labor hour were 8.5 meals in A industry, 9.6 meals in B industry, 7.7 meals in C industry. 6) The productivity indices of direct work, indirect work and delay were 5.0 min/meal, 0.2min/meal, 1.9min/meal, respectively and total 7.1 minutes were utilized per meal served in A industry, and 5.0min/meal, 0.2min/meal, 11min/meal, respectively total 6.3 minutes were utilized per meal served in B industry, and 5.6min/meal, 0.1min/meal, 2.1min/meal, respectively and total 7.8 minutes were utilized per meal served in C industry.

      • 고강도 Al-Cu-Li-Ag-Mg-Zr 합금의 석출거동 및 기계적 성질에 미치는 영향

        This study is aimed to investigate the effect of soultion treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of an Al-Cu-Li-Ag-Mg-Zr alloy(Weldalite 049) which has characterized by strong natural aging response, good weldablity and high strength in T_6 and T_8 temper. This experiment was performed by means of differential scaning calorimetry, hardness test, tensile test, impact test, scaning and transmission electron microscopy. This alloy exhibit stong natural aging without prior cold work (T_4) to 410Mpa UTS and reversion temper of lower strength and unusually high ductility (20% elongation). The tensile strength in the peak aged condition shows 630,580MPa in T_6 and T_5, respectively. Unusually well developed G. P. zone and fine 8' structure in T_4 and T_2 tempers, and dissolution of 8' and coarsening (and some dissolution) of G. P. zone in reversion temper. A combination of several strengthening precipitates. including S'. θ' and T_1 in the T_6 temper.

        Lipid oxidation occurs when unsaturated fatty acids autoxidize via free radical reactions into hydroperoxides, cyclic peroxides, epoxide, etc. These primary products subsequently degrade into a vast number of secondary products such as aldehydes, ketones and hydrocarbons. Many of the latter compounds give off flavours and cause rancidity in food stuffs. Lipid oxidation products can also react with protein-bound amino acids. The most sensitive amino acids have been reported to be methionine, cyst(e)ine, tryptophan, lysine, histidine and tyrosine. Chemical changes caused by interaction of lipid hydroperoxide and protein are protein cross-links, protein-lipid adducts, protein scission, and amino acid damage. The secondary products arising from hydroperoxide decomposition readily damage protein and amino acids through formation of covalent bonds. Among the secondary products, aldehydes have received the most attention because of their propensity of to form Schiff base adducts with amino groups, and, in particular, the bifunctional malonaldehyde can cross-link protein via Schiff base formation. Thus, the reactions between proteins and oxidizing lipids can lead to a considerable loss of the essential amino acid. In rat assays, significant reductions were observed in protein efficiency ratio, true nitrogen digestibility, and bioavailibility. All of the protein degradations discussed will influence protein functionality as well as nutritional value.

        Jung 학파에서 보는 여성심리

        In this paper, the effect of mother complex on woman's psychology and the animus in woman's unconscious is reviewed from the viewpoint of Jungian psychology, Woman's psychology is founded on the principles of eros that could be expressed in modern terms as psychic relatedness. whereas the ruling principles ascribed to man is logos that means objective interest and logical thinking. In the daughter, the mother complex leads either to a hypertrophy of her feminine side or to its atrophy. The more a woman is unconscious of her own mother complex, the more destructive effects it exerts. Another important archetype of female psychology is animus, the masculine trait in all women's unconscious. A woman possessed by the animus is always in danger of losing her femininity, her adapted feminine persona, and of having difficult sexual problems. But if a woman tries to be conscious of her own animus problems in the process of individuation, the animus could be her helpful spiritual leader. Just as a man brings forth his work as a complete creation out of his inner feminine nature, so the inner masculine side of a woman brings forth creative seeds which have the power to fertilize the feminine side of the man.

        人形劇의 治療的 利用에 관한 豫備的 硏究

        Marionnettees is a mode of occupational therapy now performed in many psychiatric institutions in Europe. Marionnettees therapy was introduced to six schizophrenic inpatient from Feb.-7, 1980 to March-27, 1980 for 25 sessions at the department of Neuropsychiatry in Seoul National University Hospital as a part of their rehabilitation program. This is the first trial of Marionnettees therapy in Korea according to out literatural review. The five of the six patients showed increased spontaneity and improved interpersonal relationship as the treatment progressed. However, one patient who was still in overt psychotic stage demonstrated an aggravation of anxiety and delusional symptoms. It appears that catharsis through emotional expression reintegration of the unconscious material through group process, increased group cohesiveness are psychotherapeutic components of the marionnettees therapy and provocation of unconscious process has negative effect, and the authors feel that cautious selection of patients is necessary to prevent this unwanted result. Conclusively, the marionnettees therapy is a kind of effective group therapy that has combined elements of art therapy, occupational therapy and roleplaying, and it can be utilized as a treatment for many chronically instituted psychotic patients, particularly in remitted stage or in recovery phase for their rehabilitation.
