전문가양성을 위한 직무관찰식 인턴쉽 시행연구 - 문헌정보학 전공사례 -

본 연구는 학부생의 현장실습의 어려움과 실습기관 실무자들의 인턴생 교육의 부담 등의 문제를 최대한 줄일 수 있는 직무관찰식 인턴쉽을 시행하고 인턴생들이 인식하는 효과성과 문제점을 진단하는 실험 사례연구이다. 제안된 두 가지 연구문제에 따라 인턴쉽의 효과와 진로성숙도의 변화를 분석한 결과, 직무관찰식 인턴쉽의 효과에 대한 학생인식(수강자의 71%)은 긍정적으로 확인되었고 반면, 인턴쉽 경험이 진로성숙도에 주는 영향은 시행 전후 차이로 분석되었으나 통계적 유의성은 미비한 것으로 진단되었다. 사례연구를 통해 알 수 있는 주요 내용은 첫째, 직무관찰 인턴쉽 실습은 담당교수로부터 사전에 체계적인 인턴쉽 교육과 철저한 오리엔테이션이 우선되어야 하며, 둘째, 실습기관 실무자의 현장수요가 반영된 인턴 실습 지침이 마련되어야 PEP의 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 마지막으로 전문가 양성을 위한 전공교육으로서의 인턴쉽 실습의 효과성을 지속적으로 개선할 수 있는 측정도구 개발이 필요하다는 것이다. This study focuses on two analysis: direct cognition of effectiveness of internship practicum, difference of career attitude maturity. The purpose of this experimental case study is to find out the practical problems of Internship education as a field-study of LIS by applying Job-Shadowing Internship methods. The results reveal that 71% of interns responded the positive effects of Job-Shadowing, but the effects to the career attitude maturity was not statistically significant. The implications of the case study are as follows; (1) systematic pre-instruction and orientation from the department are the critical factor of internship, (2) practicum guidelines(PEP), which is provided by the person in charge of tasks in internship institutions is the another important factor, and finally, (3) tools for measuring the effectiveness of internship is required for LIS practicum major course development.

지식산업 전문인력 정책개발을 위한 정보검색사 교육과 자격 시험제 타당성 분석

본 연구는 민간 자격으로 공인된 인터넷 정보검색사에 관련된 연구로서 현행되고 있는 교육프로그램과 자격검정시험에 대해 그 타당성을 조사하고 각 기관들과 관련 전문가들이 지적하고 있는 문제를 조사한 후, 자격 공인기준과 절차에 대한 개선 사항과 정책 모형을 구성하는 세부 연구문제를 제시했다. 연구방법은 일차로는 교육과 자격시험을 시행하고 있는 연구대상 기관을 참여 관찰로 실태조사하고, 다음으로 대학의 문헌정보학과와 전산학 전공자(교수와 졸업생)들과 정보 산업현장의 실무자(검색실무자, 정보전문가)들, 현재 인터넷 정보검색사 양성기관이나 시험기관(인증기관포함), 그리고 관련 정부부처(노동부, 교육인적관리부, 정보 통신부) 각계 전문가들을 대상으로 현 실태에 대한 문제와 제도 등에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 자료를 바탕으로 정보인력개발과 정보검색사 자격 활성화를 위한 산학연 협동의 필요성과 그를 위한 구체적인 개선 방안 6가지와 최근 민간자격으로 공인된 검색사관련 논쟁점 등을 중심으로 논의하였다. Searching and retrieving information on the Web that define the core-function of Internet IR specialists is one of the activities that practitioners and searchers of LIS fields do exceptionally yell. Various education programs and license examinations for Internet IR specialists have been carried out by many organizations, without consistent monitoring or objective evaluation of those validity and functionality, which community of information professionals requires. This study focused on investigating the current practice of the education and license exam, and identifying problems that hinder the validity of those programs, and alerting the professionals to enhance and expand serious cooperation to keep up with the evolving interests of Internet IR specialists as a great challenge we all(partners, researchers, and policy-makers in government) face.

The work presents the theoretical background and methodology to network analysis. This approach to information network has been widespread use in many researches of social science. Theoretically based idea of structural analysis of information flow were reviewed and the major perspective and the practical aspects of the analysis were discussed. To show an approach of the methodology to library environment, HISP project which analyzed the network structure of a health information dissemination to a health community was demonstrated.

This study analyzed household income and consumption mobility based on the Convergence Hypothesis Model. The methodology used for the estimation of this model is the Generalized Method of Moments. Using data from Korea Labor and Income Panel Study, yearly data from 2009 to 2021, panel data was used to conduct analysis. As a result, There exists difference in convergence speed by agricultural and non-agricultural household, and by consumption and income item according to the characteristics of each item. The difference in the value of the convergence coefficient by item was due to the influence of the government's policy related to the item. As a result of comparison by group, consumption was generally high in the non-agricultural household, and income was generally high in the agricultural household.

네트워크 정보 검색 지원 Z39.50 클라이언트 비교 연구

디지털 도서관을 포함하는 정보 네트워크 환경에서 이기종의 컴퓨터 및 정보 시스템간의 상호 운영성은 중요한 논쟁점이 되고 있다. 이에 네트워크 정보 검색의 상호 운영성을 지원하는 Z39.50 프로토콜의 일반적 특성을 검토하고, 이를 응용하여 구현된 클라이언트의 사례를 분석하여 그 지원 기능을 조사해보기로 한다. Most of the work done in developing Z39.50 was carried out in the basic protocol framework. It becomes apparent that some problems would be quite unacceptable in implementing and reinforcing the networked information retrieval and that it needs some other arrangement such as ISP. This article discussed the current modifications like ISPs by reviewing the unique characters of Z39.50 and the overall design of a client-server search systems, and also distinguished the Z39.50 clients that have been developed as non-profits from those of profits in the perspective of Z39.50 function-expanding.

W3 가상도서관 활용을 위한 HTML 문서작성과 이미지/사운드 처리

The information users of the middle of 1990s. who know the Internet as well as its useful information services, are now expecting the virtual library services. Especially the increasing demands on hypertext and hypermedia information in the internet settings have been centered on the W3 with the man-page information. In this manner, the paper describes the access methods with brief concepts of the W3 and explains URLs and HTML. It also gives the retrieval layouts of unformatted data including images and sounds and then provides the information sources and software of W3 Clients and Servers in order to catch up the most recently post version of W3. 90년대 중반기의 가상도서관을 기대하는 정보 이용자들은 W3에 대한 수요를 급증시키고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 조직의 하나인 CERN이 제공하는 가상도서관의 도서관 정보자원을 소개하고, 가상도서관의 활용을 위한 인터넷 서비스의 하나인 W3의 특징과 HTML/URLs 체계, 그리고 도서관 W3 서버를 탐색하는 과정에서의 HTML 화일내의 이미지와 사운드정보의 저장과 출력을 실제 W3검색을 통하여 상세히 기술하며, 최근에 정리된 HTML 문서작성에 대한 기본적 요소와 그에 대한 출처정보를 요약한다.

연구자 중심 연구성과물 의미검색을 위한 인문사회 학술용어 온톨로지 적용 및 유지관리 체계 연구

In order to utilize the operational metadata retrieval system which is based on the semantic association between the research outcomes of the Korean Research Memory (KRM), the systematic integration of the metadata of the research outcomes with the term data registry (DR) was required. This study presents the ontology which can be used effectively to support the KRM. It includes the concept modeling of the knowledge structure of research outcomes, information retrieval service modeling that applies an analytical approach to researchers' needs in conjunction with the term DR, and also some technical and administrative suggestions for future system management. 한국학술진흥재단 기초학문자료센터의 기 구축된 인문사회 학술용어는 각 용어 및 연구 성과물간에 성립하는 의미관계의 분석을 통해 수요에 적합한 정보를 보다 효율적으로 탐색 활용할 수 있도록 연구성과물 메타데이터의 유기적 연동이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 연구성과물의 핵심적 개념을 표현하는 주제 색인어로 구성된 인문사회 학술용어 온톨로지를 기반으로 각 해당 연구성과물 지식구조를 표현하는 개념모델를 정의하고, 둘째, 연구성과물 간에 성립하는 의미관계 정의를 통해, 연구성과물에 대응하는 연구자 정보수요를 분석하여 이에 맞춘 정보 탐색서비스 모델을 설계하였다. 셋째, 학술용어 온톨로지 및 연구성과물 데이터베이스의 유기적 연계통합 운영을 위한 기술적이고 관리적 체계 수립방안을 제시하였다.
